I wonder why they are not called to open churches in Chad, Niger, Darfur, Central African Republic etc. Always in highbrow and rich areas and nothing for the poor. Next branch would be opened in UK and from there to US where the gospel will be paid for in dollars. The other day he paid for a full page advert of himself on a national daily. Just wondering whether God is selective where the Gospel should be preached and located. My brothers, is it in the bible that air conditioned churches should not be built in poor areas like Okokomaiko with Pastor Ituah being the G.O there and living in their midst?

This so called bunkering is not all about Okonkwo alone. The police and some so called elders are neck deep in it. Is it not the same police that mounts road block opposite the estate while some tankers are always packed behind them waiting for their turn to load the stuff? How come no policeman was arrested? The former DPO, where is he? Bunkering is no new thing around Idimu, Iyana-Odo, Iroko and Diamond Estate axis and the police are the ones providing the cover and i wonder how they are exempting themselves from it.

ANOTHER case of a white child born to black parents has been reported. The child was also born to a Nigerian couple in Britain.

The fair-haired, green-eyed toddler is Emmanuel Ofor.   He was born to Ethelbertand  Nkemakonam Ofor, both from eastern part of the country.

Emmanuel  has two sisters, Afoma, six, and six-month-old Whitney, who are both black.

His baffled mum and dad have still not managed to find an explanation for the genetic mix-up three years after the youngster was born.

It comes after The Sun revealed, on Tuesday, how blonde, blue-eyed newborn Nmachi Ihegboro’s arrival had amazed black parents Ben and Angela who believe they have no white ancestry.

The baby girl is to undergo full genetic tests after doctors said the odds of her white colouring were “between many millions to one and a million to one.”

Reacting to Nmachi’s complexion, Professor Bryan Sykes, genetic expert at Oxford University in Britain, said: “Ths sounds a very unusual case. Quite extraordinary.

“All skin and eye colour are controlled by the pigment melanin.

“And there are about a dozen genes that control the amount or type of melanin.

“Even if there had been convergence of a pale version of the parents’ genes, there would have to be some form of white ancestry on both sides for the baby to look this way.

“As albinoism has been ruled out, it is more likely that there has been some other mutation that’s happened to produce this colouring.

“Without further tests, that is, in my opinion, the most rational explanation.”

Now Emmanuel  is also beginning to wonder why he looks different.

Emmanuel’s dad, Ethelbert, 43, said, on Wednesday: “It is something genetic but we don’t know what.

“Emmanuel has got to the age where he is questioning why he is white and his sisters are black.”

Point of correction, i'm no narrow thinker like you have chosen to be.  I don't play to the gallery but say it the way it is. 1+1 =2 and can never be 5. Have you asked yourself why this kind of your 'miracle' can't happen in Ajegunle or Okokomaiko.  A lion gave birth to a goat and you want me to keep quiet. God forbid!

I figured out, but did not want to jump to conclusion.

I think you have such view because of society and your surrounding.
Most people in the western world and much more enlightened and don't posses what I will describe as backward and very old fashion views.

Once upon a time,  twins in Nigeria were viewed as abnormal and were killed.
We have babies in other parts of the world with two heads or abnormal body parts.
Am sure if they were born in Nigeria, you will be one of the first people to  sanction that they should be killed.

I am nigerian but a afraid to say, most of you have very backward thnking and old fashion views.
