Its the current year people should at least skim through the article. This plant has alot of issues. Unless they fix the Kaduna refinery or find reliable supplier it wont operate optimally. They poorly planned this project leaving issues for next man. The rail lines are better option instead of tankers.

They should have built an electricity power plant that makes use of steam and not diesel.

Steam produced using diverse types of fuels to heat up high pressure boilers.

Types of Fuels

1) Biogas

3) Coal
