A total waste of time, Imo is the only state in the east APC has structure, hence losing it means that they will not have a representative state in the east and secondly the issue of getting at least 24 states in order to be sure of retaining power in 2023. It was a deliberate act.
The Seven Judges should remember that nothing last forever. Only Good legacy will definitely stand the test of time. They have failed Nigerians and their names are already dented.

Ihedioha's Legal team did their best but Tanko already made up his mind to use Imo as the sacrificial Lamb so that APC will be able to boast of having a state in the six Geopolitical Zones and also help them in getting their atleast 24 state agenda.

As for Ihedioha and PDP I would suggest they supports Uzodima in Moving the state forward. After all Uzodima was once their member and their brother.

For NJC those judges should be blacklisted, for the open disgrace they caused to the Judiciary.

For APC supporters stop using Zamfara as a case study.

Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo (then Finance Minister) and Late Chief Anthony Eromosele Enahoro (then Information Minister)

With this two men including late Tarka it was sure that Gowon was going to get what he wants.
These were the real game changers.

The Supreme Court is right and fair in her Judgement. No case is exactly the the same in itself. There is always a hint of peculiarity to every case

If PDP legal team was smart they should have cross petition the ambiguous figures ducked out during the election from Hope Polling Unit.
This same cross petition was used by the Supreme Court to jettison Buhari Legal team argument That Atiku was not a true Nigerian. This same loop which Your PDP legal team couldn’t cover cost them IMO state. The Supreme Court is great. PDP legal team is just not Brilliant as the APC legal team. Period!!!

The Question is why didn’t PDP IMO legal team cross petition..all I see is a guilty conscience..because PDP IMO knew they also cooked some rigging figures from their own polling units , consequence of being caught in their own shit made them reluctant to cross petition.

Well PDP lost. Any PDP or Online Igbo or any Yoruba Omo Ale...that complain is an hypocrite. When Supreme Court denied APC right of contest in Rivers ..una no talk. It was INEC VS APC, APC VS APC.

Even though INEC who had promised never to include APC in the ballot still went ahead to include them, did you hear the PDP complaining?. The game is for 2023. For APC to be sure of regaining power they need at least 24 state, and at least have a state in each of the Six geopolitical zones. HENCE IMO WAS USED AS THE SACRIFICIAL LAMP, and for it to be sweet they needed two persons one Reverend father and two, the Chief Justice.
