Politics › Re: Edo: How Bayelsa Verdict Weighs Against Oshiomhole - The Guardian by WATCHOVER(m): 8:37am On Feb 21, 2020
ybalogs:
The quest for power is indeed something else. Greedy administrators everywhere. Oshiomole demanding for too much. Obaseki laying claim to a whole state and stake holders caught in between. PDP will be foolish not to capitalize on the problems in APC in the state right now.
PDP is already capitalising on Edo APC saga but want to keep its strategy to itself.
Nigerians will be shocked on the outcome

Gr8amechi:
Why all these drama??
Inec should have cancelled the election and called fro fresh nomination, imagine if this one is also declared voided based on this then the 3rd candidate would be sworn in right ??
No only him will suffer because they have already been sworn in. They will have to look for another deputy to replace him but the governor will remain as governor of the state.
Politics › Re: APC Urges Supreme Court To Reverse Lyon’s Sack by WATCHOVER(m): 12:00am On Feb 21, 2020
Validated:
The argumentAPC is relying on are very shaky. If you are saying that rlthe Deputy Governorship candidate remained disqualified per High Court judgement, you have thereby upheld the Supreme Court decision because you CANNOT contest governorship without a Deputy.
I was expecting them to argue that the disqualification of the deputy governor was wrong. This case is Dead on Arrival.
ONCE GOVERNORSHIP OR DEPUTY IS DISQUALIFIED, THE JOINT TICKET IS DEAD
Don't mind the Useless APC. They have already shot themselves in this Bayelsa case.
I bet Wole to lose this one.

And Supreme Court will also get to know how Ihedioha scored 64000 votes from a total accredited votes of just above 20000 in Aboh Mbaise lga. They'll also get to know that Ihedioha scored over 31000 votes from a total accredited votes of 9340 in Enihite Mbaise lga. Last but not the least is a third lga. Where he again polled more votes than accredited yet INEC pdp card carrying members allowed it.

Oshiomole an opportunist?
Somebody who led NLC for many years?
I laugh at people's ignorance and laziness.
What does it cost you to do a bit of research on Oshiomole?
For your information, Oshiomole has a masters in Industrial relations.

Wike may have all the degrees in this world but he does not look and sound intelligent.
He sounds more like a tout than a lawyer and will definitely not stand with Oshiomoleon the same podium of Intelligence.

Somebody said Wike never appeared for a client in court before.
I laugh at you too for your own ignorance, laziness and mere hearsay that wike never appeared in court for a client in court.

Guy just quiet you know nothing about any of them.
Mr. Know it all can you please tell the world why Oshiomhole ran away from his village.

I think fresh elections will be ordered in both Zamfara and Bayelsa according the Section 140(b) of the electoral act, while the decision of Imo will remain as it is according to Section 140(c) of the electoral act.
My opinion.

Politics › Re: Bayelsa: Who Is On The Ballot , Party Or Individual? by WATCHOVER(m): 10:46am On Feb 16, 2020

Politics › Re: Was Justice Mary Odili Right In Her Judgment? by WATCHOVER(m): 10:42am On Feb 16, 2020
walexbiz:
There is no peace in the land when grave injustice is committed, and the orchestrator shall get no respect nor peace too. If you look at the two election ruling of both imo and Bayelsa it's quite different, I will start with bayelsa first

In the ruling of Bayelsa, the supreme court affirmed that David Lyon running mate forged his credentials and true to their words it was established the man had different names in all his certificates and I know that party officials should have verified the candidates certificates before presenting them to Inec as their flag bearer. The supreme on the basis of discrepancies in all the certificate submitted void and anull the election of APC in Bayelsa election.

Now, in the case of Imo state, APC went to court that some of its votes were not included in the Imo election result and the votes were submitted not by Inec but by APC which was gotten from an assistant commissioner of police. Now the real problem that arose was when the votes were added to the whole result, the total number of votes exceeded the total number of accredited voters thus putting a question of credibility on the supreme court judgement in IMO. Thus the supreme court have s moral obligation to explain to Nigerians especially Imo indigenes how the discrepancies came to being.
You made a point here no doubt my friend .
Politics › Re: Bayelsa: What Manner Of Justice: Let's Discuss by WATCHOVER(m): 8:40am On Feb 16, 2020
Judeerons32:
I would want us to reason this. As has been brought to notice still on this Bayelsa issue that Timi Alaibe still has a case challenging the Primaries of the newly sworn in governor and also that the new deputy has a certificate case pending. If these case gets to the supreme court and the ruling is against the governor or deputy what then happens?
Will INEC and the supreme court sustain their wasted vote theory and the next person takes over?
Because this will mean about 3K people will have elected a governor for Bayelsa.Because the Apc and Pdp account for about 497k out of 499K votes.
My Opinion is that on issues like this a rerun should be ordered because the people should not be punished for things not in their control rather only the party which should be bared from a rerun. To me that is justice to the people.
What do you think?
In my own opinion, since they have already been sworn in only the deputy will have that problem, that is if the deputy governor loses the suit.
For the issue concerning the APC the SC verdict is clear APC vote is void hence automatically PDP gets more than 25% spread. no rerun.
This is what you get when you get lazy and stubborn party leader at the helm of affairs.
Politics › Re: Was Justice Mary Odili Right In Her Judgment? by WATCHOVER(m): 4:24pm On Feb 15, 2020
First of all I would like Nigerians to understand that the Judges, (whether Tanko or Odili) are humans we must respect them for their actions whether good or bad so insulting them would be too harsh. Though they are trained not moved by hearsay, or sentiments but are moved by what is on ground.

Though that of Imo was one error that would not be forgotten by history, be that as it may since the candidate of the PDP has filled his petitions concerning this issue let's wait and see how it goes.
We hope that smiling will be restored back to faces of Nigerians.

Please let's respect our Justices from the CJN down to the least. they are people's family members and even bread winners.
They need our prayers and support.

sulaak:
GEJ and Buhari are both wrong to make that statement, considering the enormous investment in security and military intelligence agencies.
This is a country that has over 5 intelligence agencies, 4 military institutions and at one stage over 10 Chinese made drones, yet despite fighting Boko Haram for the best part of 10 years, the Nigeria government (of both PDP and APC) seems to lack any operation capability to defeat and degrade BH.

List of Nigeria Intelligence Agencies :

State Security Service (Internal Security)
National Intelligence Agency (Foreign Intelligence and Counterintelligence)
Defence Intelligence Agency (Military Intelligence)
Department Directorate Of Secret Service (Nigeria)
Force Intelligence Bureau(FIB) (Intelligence Arm of The Nigerian Police Force)
You are correct

Lol grin grin Let us share Jonathan Records that many fools want to foist on Nigeria:

1. Under Jonathan, Churches were bombed, no Christmas passed with out a church being bombed. Under PMB, no church has been bombed. It was so bad, that a Christian attempted to Bomb a church to try spoiling PMB record.

Do we want Jonathan's Nigeria where churches are bombed?

2. Under Jonathan, Nigeria Troops ran to Cameroon to avoid fighting BH, under PMB our Military has put BH on flight that even Shekua confessed that he is tired in a YouTube video?

Do we want Jonathan's Nigeria where our soldiers were scared to fight BH because of equipment?

3. Under Jonathan, BH occupied a territory the size of France and Belgium combined, under PMB all territory are fully recovered and denied space to operate freely.

Do you want Jonathan's Nigeria where BH occupied our territory?

3. Under Jonathan, BH attacked Police HQ, UN HQ, Eman and many places in Abuja and far from the theatre of war like suleja, Logo etc. PMB has curtailed their evil to largely Maiduguri and seasonally Yobe.

Do you want Jonathan's Nigeria were all the country lived in fear of BH?

These are just a few, when you see Christians saying they prefer Churches being bombed under Jonathan than none Under PMB then you know they are hedonistic fools whose greatest pain is no loot money.
I pray your house is their next target. So you stop this political talk

lets be honest, we guys are the cause of why Nigeria ladies put so much importance to sex. Asking the OP if he slept with her is dumb question. Sleeping with her or not doesn’t change anything. I’ll rather get compensated with cash for wasting my time with the wrong person than feeling satisfied because I fvcked her.

Let’s stop thinking this way you’ll see ladies beg us for sex instead.
My guy there is a reason why I asked.
The modern world we are today there are so many things that can cause relationships to break down or weak.
Most of the time it's what partner A ignores is what Partner B wants.

So before giving a relationship advice you need to ask some critical questions before drawing to conclusion, so that you who is advising will not end up ruining the case more.
