No single money lost in NNPC now the issue they have now is not following due process before issuing contract & which is common even in offices because almost everyone has their people.

Are we suffering from illiteracy or we don't read to digest.A contract was issued without due process no money missed.
As of late the federal government has stopped paying mobilisation fee.you finance the contract all by yourself & 6 months after execution the job LL be inspected & if the govt is ok with it you LL be paid.
