If you claim you have been doing P2P, then you should know that his Solana was locked by bybit which acts as escrow in P2P transactions. Though the guy is rude and troublesome, it is possible he truly has some trouble with Opay, provided the proof to bybit, and that could be reason for the delay.

On Gate exchange, they give a seller not more than 30 minutes to provide proof that you haven't received the funds. After which the coins are released to the buyer. Bybit clearly have their own rules, regardless, there is no cause for alarm because your funds are safe
