Palevu: Samklef, Slimcase, and Tunde Ednut respond as Pastor Adeboye describes how God stopped winter in the US for his sake
Well-known pastor Pastor E.A. Adeboye has angered internet users by asserting that God stopped winter in Colorado, USA, just for his own enjoyment.
The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) is seen in a widely shared viral video on the internet discussing how, because he hates the cold, he asked God to take charge of his programme in Colorado, USA.
Adeboye noted that God unpredictably brought summer to Colorado, USA, and postponed winter, so he could enjoy his visit without having to contend with the cold.
AImiron: Snoop Dogg’s notorious love for consuming weed could be about to go up in smoke, as the rapper claimed to fans on Thursday that he is quitting smoking.
Fans were immediately unconvinced by the admission, with some wondering if it was just a publicity stunt ahead of a new business venture with edibles.
'I’m giving up smoke,' the rapper claimed in his post, which included a fuller statement reading: 'After much consideration with my family, I've decided to give up smoke.'
The 52-year-old added before signing off the message, 'Please respect my privacy at this time.'
It has come as a shock to fans of the veteran rapper due to his open appreciation for the drug, which has extended to numerous business ventures, among them edibles, weed strains and a digital media business devoted to marijuana related news.
It was once claimed that the rapper - born Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr - had someone rolling 75-150 joints for him per day, which he would later dispute and dismiss.
Renegade Piranha, who had claimed to be Snoop's 'personal blunt roller' (PBR) said last year: 'On average, I do about half a pound a day, which seems excessive. So that's roughly like 75 to 150 units per day. I calculate it at over 450,000 blunts.'
However, in March this year he admitted he had moderated his weed intake after becoming a grandfather.
Speaking to DailyMail.com in March, Snoop said his personal use was scrutinized after eldest child Cordé became a father to son Zion in 2015.
'Being a grandfather has changed me in multiple ways,' he said.
'The main way is being concerned with how I live, how I move, the kind of people I’m associated with, because I want to see my grandkids grow old.
The only way I can do that is to take precautionary steps as far as how I move, who I hang out with, where I go out, my intake, what am I intaking?
'Am I doing extra-curricular or am I just doing what I’m supposed to be doing?'
The father-of-four is a parent to Cordé, 28, Cordell, 26, and Cori, 23, from his 25-year marriage to Shante Broadus, and son Julian, 25 from a former relationship with Laurie Holmond.
Snoop is no stranger to weed and revealed in a 2013 Twitter Q&A that he smokes up to 81 blunts per day, which is consistent with the estimate of his personal joint roller.
In 2015, the rap artist launched his own platform called Merry Jane, a lifestyle media site that serves as an information hub for everyone interested in weed geared towards the occasional to the daily smoker.

Ndipe: Ok, it has never happened to me, before, but I have come very close to running out of gas. Once, while driving home I realized that I was running low on gas. It was in the evening and the nearest gas station, was miles away. I kept praying that I would make it to the gas station, and miraculously, I arrived at the gas station and filled my tank.
Earlier on when I lived in Nigeria, as a kid, my father's chauffeur was taking us back to Calabar, after spending the weekend in the village. Guess what? He ran out of gas on the highway, much to the anger of my father. He rushed to the gas station and came back with a container filled with petrol. I just brushed off the incident.
At another time, while going for a job interview that did not materialize, I had a flat tire. While I was pacing up and down the side of the freeway, trying to place a call to my insurance company /9-11 for assistance, another fellow pulled right behind me and told me that he had ran out of gas. His story was typical, finances played a major role, so in exchange for changing my tires, I offered him a ride to the gas station. Still, on my way to school again, I witnessed a scene where a man was filling his tank with gas, just off the freeway.
I inquired from my coworkers about their experience and two told me that they had in the past. Worse of it all is when you are flying. How can one be so sure that the plane they are flying in has a tank full of gas? Ethel Kennedy (widow of Robert Kennedy) lost her parents in a plane crash, because the plane had ran out of gas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethel_Skakel_Kennedy)
So your experiences please? How about those living in the USA? What would be your reaction if someone ran out gas here? Would you lay blame on them for failing to take advantage of the plethora of gas stations, in close promixity to one another in the spirit of capitalism, or would you chalk it up to the frailties of humans?
U mean CNG? NO, but if na PETROL YES! which the Gases? U dey NAIRALAND, u dey types GAS for my People, how there You?
