AgricultureRe: Dwarf Cashew Trees Flowering 18 Months after planting, in Ogbomosho by wealthtrak: 12:41pm On Nov 16, 2024
hbid:
CCP76 is a dwarf cashew clone variety which will start flowering from between 6 to 18 months depending on the season in which it is planted and the soil and weather conditions.
We brought CCP76 dwarf cashew seeds into Nigeria in January 2018 and planted in July in Osogbo Osun State, and Ogbomosho Oyo State, to test the viability of growing it in Nigeria.
The pictures below have proven that you can plant dwarf cashew in Nigeria and get high yields in early harvest times.
Target planting spacing is between 4 to 5 meters to give a maximum of 250 trees per acre.
With proper maintenance, you can achieve 1 ton of raw cashew nuts per acre by the fourth year.

To order your sees for next year, please contact us at 0.8.1.8.0.6.3.9.7.0.6

Price is at 1,200 naira per kg.

The Americans were of the opinion that Putin being a more calculated and cold operator who is very conscious of international law can be ousted by a coup led by hardliners if NATO kept provocking Russia to act extreme. The west was of the opinion that Putin would ride it out but the old school hardliners in Moscow and the military may call for Putin stepping down or stage a coup to put a warhawk in charge.

Washington and London are in desperate need of a global nuclear war to use as another excuse to get another Brentonwoods moment to usher in the digital age and Great Reset.

Remember: all wars are bankster wars.

Larry Fink is pushing this war because BlackRock, Main Street and Vanguard Group will all be under if BRICs takes off.
I want to know what your credible sources are for the bolded?

Second, without a shadow of doubt, a global nuclear war would also NOT spare Washington and London thereby "defeating" the projected aim of "ushering in the digital age and Great Reset" like you indicated here. In the light of Trump making a comeback to the U.S. Presidency, these permutations are NOT gonna occur... at least for the NEXT four years of Trump.

I'm NOT discountenancing some of the subterranean moves that occur within the major power center groups of the world (like those with links to the banksters and the arms industries) who use disinformation and subterfuge in furthering their own group agenda though.

There's a reason why all Jewish billionaires have all bleeped off to their mountain side underground bunkers in New Zealand - they are ready to unleash hell on humanity.

I did a thread about this a few months back on how the Jewish mafia in Kiev is hell bent on instigating a global nuclear holocaust and how a dirty nuke will be detonated by Ukraine on the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, the largest nuclear power plant in Europe, which is currently under Russian control.

About a year ago, the ruffians in Kiev were bombarding the plant with artillery fire in a bid to bring about another Chernobyl disaster and from there blame Russia for the fall out.

I want to believe that Zelensky is blackmailing both NATO and the EU to give him more precision missiles and the go ahead to strike Moscow directly - a scenario the Kremlin has warned will be an outright declaration of war on Russia by NATO and the EU.

Zelensky telling the world that he will develop a rudimentary nuclear weapon is simply a statement that he will deploy dirty nukes on Russia. There's no shortage of nuclear waste in Ukraine to achieve this, and Zelensky has enough missiles to deploy a payload of dirty nukes which even though Russia can intercept them, will lead to serious radiation fallout .

Unlike conventional weapons grade nuclear munitions that utilize most of the energy yield to produce a thermobaric effect, dirty nukes are not that efficient and the goal of using one is to irridate an area and make waste of it. The average half-life of spent uranium rods is about a thousand years. That means , wherever you deploy these dirty nukes remain uninhabitable for at least 2,000ys. A clear example of this is the Chernobyl nuclear meltdown that has seen the entire Chernobyl turn to an abandoned radiation wasteland.

Zelensky may not have the balls to carry out such a mad dog attack on Russian soil with a dirty nuke but he most likely will use them on Russian liberated areas of eastern Ukraine. The philosophy here by Zelensky is, if we can't have eastern Ukraine oblasts back , so also won't Russia.

Either way, Zelensky deploying dirty nukes will see Russia pull out the gloves and go full war mode on Ukraine especially Kiev, Lyiv and Odessa and this is most likely to see Zelensky deploy more dirty nukes on Russian forces advancing to Kiev and Odessa.

The final scenario of this is better not imagined because it will trigger an all out nuclear response by Russia not only on Kiev but all those who have enabled the Jewish homosexual comedian .

Ukraine could develop a rudimentary nuclear bomb within months if Donald Trump withdraws 🇺🇸 US military assistance, according to a briefing paper prepared for the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence.

The country would quickly be able to build a basic device from plutonium with a similar technology to the “Fat Man” bomb dropped on Nagasaki in 1945, the report states.

“Creating a simple atomic bomb, as the United States did within the framework of the Manhattan Project, would not be a difficult task 80 years later,” the document reads.

With no time to build and run the large facilities required to enrich uranium, wartime Ukraine would have to rely instead on using plutonium extracted from spent fuel rods taken from Ukraine’s nuclear reactors.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is approaching its 3rd year. In search of security guarantees like NATO membership, Ukraine has been left in limbo due to Russian-occupied territories and Western bureaucracy.

In light of Russian advances and Western indecision, Kyiv has stated that NATO membership is one path to victory and negotiations on its own terms. If membership remains out of reach, Ukraine may restart its nuclear program, triggering a domino effect of nuclear proliferation, a consequence the West would directly bear due to its failure to manage escalation.

After two years of negotiations and no security guarantees from major Western powers, as well as a stalled NATO path, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that a resolution to the war would include NATO membership or a pathway to nuclear weapons.

After the Soviet Union separated, Ukraine hosted Russian Nukes which were some of the largest nuclear arsenals in existence. Many Soviet-era missile silos were located within its borders with Russia holding the launch codes.

BusinessRe: US Court Renews Allen Onyema’s Arrest Warrant Over Alleged Fraud by wealthtrak: 8:12pm On Nov 13, 2024
ALTERNATEID:
A United States court has reportedly reissued an order for the arrest of the Chairman and CEO of Air Peace Limited, Allen Onyema, over a $20 million fraud case that has been pending against him for five years.

Premium Times reports that the federal district court for Northern Georgia, Atlanta, renewed the arrest warrant on 9 October, following the addition of more charges to the case against Onyema and his co-defendant – Ejiroghene Eghagha, the airline’s Chief of Administration and Finance.

US authorities filed the superseding indictment on 8 October, alleging obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice.

The two counts added to the pre-existing 36 counts of conspiracy, money laundering, bank fraud, credit application fraud, and identity theft. The superseding indictment brought the counts to 38, according to Premium Times.

Early in October, Onyema was charged ‘in a superseding indictment with obstruction of justice for submitting false documents to the government in an effort to end an investigation of him that resulted in earlier charges of bank fraud and money laundering.’

However, the airline in response to the latest indictment insisted on the innocence of its Chairman and Finance Director even as it assured that the fresh charges would not affect its operation.

On the day the superseding indictment was filed, Assistant US Attorney Christopher Huber filed for a new arrest warrant after the first one issued against Mr Onyema in 2019.

On the following day, 9 October, a deputy clerk of the court signed and delivered the new arrest warrant to the US Marshal, the American body that carries out the arrest of fugitives.

Preparatory to the filing of the charges in 2019, Russell Vineyard, a magistrate at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, issued a corresponding warrant of arrest for Messrs Onyema and Eghagha in Canada.

American prosecutors had sought the warrant to enable Canadian law enforcement authorities to take the suspects into custody if sighted in their jurisdiction.

In another arrest warrant issued on 19 November 2019, Justin Anand, an American magistrate of the same court, ordered the US Marshals Service to take them into custody.

In the 2019 charges, the US authorities accused Onyema of moving suspicious funds from Nigeria to American bank accounts between 2017 and 2018 with the funds allegedly disguised as being meant to be used to purchase aircraft.

The duo of Onyema and Eghaga allegedly applied for export letters of credit for the transfer of funds from a Nigerian bank account to the bank account of Mr Onyema’s Atlanta-Georgia-based firm, Springfield Aviation LLC, between 2016 and 2017.

The defendants, according to US prosecutors, applied for the funds purportedly for the purchase of aircraft by Air Peace from Springfield Aviation.

Prosecutors also said the aircraft referenced in each of the export letters of credit sent to the American banks was never owned or sold by Springfield Aviation.

Prosecutors said she “had no connection to the aviation business outside of her role with Springfield Aviation and had no education, training, or licensing in the review and valuation of aircraft, including aircraft components.”

In October 2022, the US District Court sentenced Ms Mayfield to three years’ probation for her roles in helping to facilitate the alleged fraud.

Prosecutors continue to allege that Mr Onyema founded and used Springfield Aviation “to facilitate large transfers of funds from his Nigerian bank accounts to the United States.”

Mr Onyema allegedly moved about $15 million from Springfield Aviation’s account with a Wells Fargo Bank branch in Atlanta, Georgia, to his personal savings account with the same bank in 27 transactions in 2017.

Each of the 27 transactions stands alone as a charge of money laundering.

Reacting to the filing of the superseding indictment last month, Air Peace noted in a statement that “both Mr Onyema and Eghagha remain innocent and these are mere allegations, and the case is still in court.”

It added that: “Our legal team is fully engaged with the matter and is working tirelessly to ensure that justice prevails. We remain confident that, through due process, the truth will be revealed, and our CEO and co-defendant will be exonerated.”

The airline argued that Mr Onyema and his legal team have consistently cooperated with authorities throughout the legal process and that Air Peace continues to operate without disruption, upholding its commitment to delivering top-notch services to its valued customers.

“We want to reassure the public that these legal proceedings will not impact the safety, reliability, or day-to-day operations of Air Peace. The dedication and focus of our staff remain steadfast as we continue to provide you with the best aviation experience in Nigeria and beyond,” the airline said.

PoliticsRe: Petrol Landing Cost Drops To ₦‎971/Litre – Report by wealthtrak: 8:07pm On Nov 13, 2024
adenigga:
The estimated cost of landing Premium Motor Spirit, commonly known as petrol, on Nigeria’s shores has seen a considerable reduction of 20.34 per cent, dropping to N971.57 per litre over the past three months.

This decline in landing cost, which reflects the price of importing and distributing the product, indicates some relief in terms of global market fluctuations and supply chain factors.

However, despite this reduction, the retail price of petrol in Nigeria has sharply increased by N443, or 71.79 per cent, from N617 per litre on August 1, 2024, to N1,060 per litre by November 8, 2024.

According to data released by the Major Energies Marketers Association, in its competency centre daily energy bulletin, oil marketers imported petrol at N1,219 per litre at a Brent crude oil price benchmark of $80.72 per barrel and at an exchange rate of N1,611 per dollar in August. Petrol sold at N617 per litre during this period.

But in November, with an estimated landing cost of N971.57, Brent crude price benchmark of $75.57 per barrel and an exchange rate of N1,665.84 per dollar, the product currently sells at N1,060 at the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited retail station and N1,180 at stations owned by independent marketers.

The document also showed that the landing cost stood at N945.63 in September 2024 and N903.64 per litre in October 2024. This increase, despite falling landing costs, can be attributed to factors such as the ongoing deregulation of the fuel market, fluctuations in the exchange rate, rising inflation, and the broader economic challenges facing the country.

However, experts say they expect the reduction would lead to a corresponding drop in the retail price of petrol.

On Sunday, the Nigeria Labour Congress accused fuel marketers of inflating petrol prices, claiming the pump price is significantly higher than the actual market value.

The NLC in a communique released following its National Executive Council meeting, contended that Nigerians are being exploited, with citizens enduring heightened suffering and hunger due to government policies that are pushing many into destitution. The organization’s call underscores its growing concerns over the economic strain on Nigerians and its commitment to holding both fuel marketers and the government accountable for citizens’ welfare.

PoliticsRe: Ex-Governor Aregbesola Warns Of Possible Revolution In Nigeria by wealthtrak: 7:15pm On Nov 13, 2024

Ex-Gov Aregbesola warns of possible revolution in Nigeria

A former Governor of Osun State, Rauf Aregbesola, has raised the alarm over what he described as “worsening economic, political, and spiritual conditions” in Nigeria.

He stated that if left unaddressed, these conditions could lead to a revolution.

Mr Aregbesola, a former political ally of President Bola Tinubu, made this statement on Monday during a panel session at a national dialogue on the Parliamentary Bill, organised by the Parliamentary System Support Group in the House of Representatives in Abuja.

The session featured Mr Aregbesola, the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, the Minority Leader of the House, Kingsley Chinda, youth advocate Chimdi Neliaku, and the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Benin, Edoba Omoregie.

It was moderated by Nnenna Ekeji, a former member of the lower chamber.

The group is advocating for Nigeria’s return to a parliamentary system. In February, 60 lawmakers sponsored a bill in the National Assembly to amend the 1999 Constitution to facilitate the transition to the system.

Revolution
Mr Aregbesola stated that Nigeria is declining daily. He cited rising inequality between the few wealthy and the majority poor. He said the worsening economic situation and lack of guaranteed rights make revolution an acceptable option for many.

“We have seen worsening economic—even political and spiritual—conditions of Nigerians. You don’t need to be a nuclear scientist to know that. A smaller percentage of Nigerians are now prosperous—not that there is no prosperity in Nigeria—but it is decreasing daily.

“When I was born, and during my developmental years, wealth was not as limited to the hands of a very few people as it is today. So, what does that tell us? It tells us that we are in deep trouble. We would not be here discussing this if things were normal in Nigeria,” he said.

Mr Aregbesola, who served as interior minister in the immediate past administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, said he had mentioned in passing that the primary responsibility of government is the welfare and security of the people. He argued that there cannot be a stable society when these two things cannot be guaranteed.

“Whatever does not give appropriate opportunity or rights to the people will be resisted no matter what you do. If other things fail, people can revolt. If we are conscious of all this and understand the consequences of things getting out of hand, we would be interested in finding the best ways to govern ourselves,” he said.

Case for parliamentary system
Mr Aregbesola strongly argued for transitioning to a parliamentary system, as outlined in the proposed bill, arguing that it is impractical for a single individual to govern a country of 220 million people.

He insisted he has never supported the executive system.

The former governor, who introduced the parliamentary system at the local government level during his tenure, further argued that the “dictatorial tendencies” of Nigerian leaders could lead to another form of colonialism, adding that their current attitude is similar to that seen in pre-colonial Nigeria.

“If we go on believing that one person, no matter how capable, has the capacity to govern over 220 million Nigerians alone, without checks, we are kidding ourselves. By that alone, I am opposed to the executive system of government. I believe in a collective arrangement, which the parliamentary system best supports for a nation like ours.

“There was a weakness that led to our colonialism in the first place; it was a weakness. If you are strong enough, you wouldn’t be colonised. Part of it is these individual dictators we call rulers,” he said.

I watched the full video and the dude speaking there with the red cap made matters WORSE by embellishing his comments with LIES with respect to the so-called Eze Ibo of Ajao Estate's wild comments about inviting the Ipob and Esn to Lagos. That was a most STUPID and highly inciting comment to make. This Ugo Chinyere dude ALSO CLEARLY told a LIE that the Yorubas burnt Ibo shops and killed Ibos which NEVER happened! That fire outbreak in that shop was NOT an attack by Yoruba folks but according to further police investigations, it was a robbery incident and an inside job which led to the thieves setting those shops on fire and arrests were eventually made. There is an X account that regularly churns out propaganda and fake news to Ibos who stupidly and gullibly believe them and anytime a fire takes place in a market in Yorubaland, the idiots handling the X account tell LIES that Yorubas burned the market, but there have been several market fires in Iboland including the horrible fire that affected Onitsha Main market. Market fires most often occur due to electrical wiring faults, power surges, people living and cooking inside their shops, narrow roads also prevent fire trucks from gaining access to burning sections. So, are Yorubas responsible also for all the fires in Ibo markets? He even made wild reference to the alleged Ibos being "threatened" with the lagoon which from listening to the fuller audio and videos clearly show that the Oba of Lagos was being jocular or was bantering with his guests. He cannot tell even Yorubas to vote for ONLY one person but he can only appeal but not threaten. These FALSE and highly irresponsible propaganda accusations are nothing but a paranoid state of behavior, very stale and a broken record that some Ibos like this guy in the video keep using to try to guilt-trip Yorubas and it's silly and the Ibos are further making enemies for themselves with these wild speculations and propaganda you are spreading! The Yorubas have rock-solid EVIDENCE to counter every single one of the LIES Ibos have been spreading over the decades and will be you will be disgraced if you don't desist from antagonizing them. Even the alleged 2023 polling station disruptions in Lagos took place in less than 0.5 percent of all the polling units in the whole of Lagos State and NO Ibo was killed like that Ugo said in the video. Infact Ibos and non-Ibos voted peacefully in other polling units in Lagos State on that election day and this is why the courts affirmed that those few disruptions of less than 0.5 percent on election day were NOT enough to invalidate the entire votes cast. Even in Iboland, we all saw viral videos of people from non-LP political parties being intimidated, attacked and taunted by some of the irresponsible Obi supporters.

Instead of focusing on the primary topic of getting that secessionist guy out of prison, this dude ended up getting his message mixed up and even made FALSE claims and spurious comments that his Ibo people are the ones who make the biggest investments outside his Ibo region and even asked why others don't invest in his Ibo region.

Ibos have ALWAYS ran out of their area to look for survival because more opportunities exist in other regions, but it doesn't mean that other ethnic groups don't travel outside their ethnic areas to live and invest as well. The competition for customers in the Iboland is also very fierce, so, Ibo people and traders go to other areas for survival (using legal and illegal means) these are historical FACTS.

The NDLEA and police detectives have arrested many Ibos (especially indigenes of Anambra State and a few times their Latin American criminal accomplices who they brought into Nigeria to teach them how to illegally produce methamphetamine hard drugs) for being drug barons producing methamphetamine in illegal labs in various locations and estates in Lagos State and other states who all claimed to be millionaire traders at Alaba International and Trade fair Complex in Lagos State over the last 20 years, and just in 2023, another criminal Ibo drug baron from that same Anambra was arrested in the elite Victoria Garden City, Ajah for having a methamphetamine laboratory right inside his VGC house producing for sale within Lagos and other parts of Nigeria and for export through the international airport.

The WORSE part of these illegal methamphetamine laboratories that many of these Ibos were arrested for operating illegally by the NDLEA in various parts of Lagos State (Ajao Estate, Satellite Town, Ibeju-Lekki, Iba New Site in Ojo, Victoria Garden City, Ajah), Ogun, Delta (Asaba), and Anambra States (in Nnewi, Ozubulu, Ihiala, Obosi, etc) is that the WASTE product of this methamphetamine production is highly TOXIC and causes all types of cancers and delusions. These idiots have been pouring the methamphetamine (ice) waste products into the ground thereby polluting the underground water supplies of these places where their illegal meth laboratories are based!

The NDLEA had to issue a warning to the Victoria Garden City, Lagos residents living within 500 meters of the house that the arrested Ibo guy was using as an illegal methamphetamine laboratory NOT to drink the water from their boreholes again due to the contaminated underground water source from the meth waste production which causes cancer and other terminal illnesses.

So, this highly bogus claim by Ugochinyere in the video that Ibos are the biggest investors in other parts of Nigeria holds NO legitimate foundation because even though there are some honorable Ibos out there, the damage done by the highly irresponsible and criminal-minded Ibos who FALSELY claim to be doing "legitimate business" around Nigeria and Asia and elsewhere in the world (including the criminal Eze Ndigbo of Australia and Eze Ndigbo of Thailand who were all arrested for being drug barons and aiding drug traffickers including cyber fraudsters) while engaging in all kinds of criminal enterprise and money laundering of proceeds of crimes CANNOT be discounted. All these can be verified from past media reports of several arrests which are still online for more than 20 years now.

Foreign AffairsRe: 10 Countries That Have No Army, Navy, Or Air Force by wealthtrak: 7:10pm On Nov 12, 2024
TouchNfollow:
10 countries that have no army, navy, or air force

These countries maintain national security without a military – army, navy, or air force – through treaties and strategic diplomacy for external alliances.

As the United States deepens its involvement in Ukraine by allowing military contractors to maintain and repair weapons, it is a timely reminder of how crucial military backing can be for nations under threat.

Although many nations like the US invested heavily in military strength for protection, over 20 countries have chosen to exist without standing militaries but rely on foreign nations for defense.

These countries maintain national security without a military through treaties and strategic diplomacy for external alliances, while they channel resources toward social development, healthcare, and infrastructure.

In this article, we’ll explore ten countries belonging to that group.

Costa Rica
Costa Rica abolished its army and redirected military funds to education and healthcare after the 1948 civil war. The country now relies on the United States and other allies for military defense if needed.

This decision has helped the country build a reputation as a peaceful nation, prioritizing social progress and environmental stewardship over the military.

Iceland
Iceland is another country that has no standing military due to its dependence on NATO for defense purposes. The lack of a formal military can be traced back to the country’s independence in 1944. However, Iceland relies on a civilian Icelandic Coast Guard, which handles national security concerns, search and rescue, and maritime patrols.

The country has chosen to prioritize social welfare, peaceful diplomacy, cooperative defense, environmental protection, and social services over a traditional military, which has helped define it as one of the world’s most peaceful nations.

Liechtenstein
Liechtenstein made a decisive move in 1868 to abolish its military, due to the high cost and the relative security offered by Switzerland and Austria.

Liechtenstein disbanded its army in 1868 due to financial constraints. It maintains neutrality and depends on Switzerland for defense, if necessary. Liechtenstein has a small police force for internal security and relies on its neighbours for its defence under a mutual agreement. The country maintains a neutral stance in global conflicts and it is a member of various international organizations.

Monaco
Monaco is a peaceful, low-crime country that relies on France for its defence under the 1918 Franco-Monégasque Treaty. Monaco’s emphasis on luxury tourism, finance, and maintaining a stable, neutral stance has allowed it to thrive without a military, attracting high-net-worth residents from around the globe. Although the country has a small, ceremonial police force to maintain internal order and ensure the security of its royal family and its citizens.

Kiribati

Last week, Samoa qualified for the 2026 World Cup after 18 years with a win over Fiji in the women’s Pacific Bowl.

Mauritius
Mauritius abolished its standing army shortly after gaining independence from Britain in 1968. The southeast African country which will head out to its 12th national election on 10t of November 2024 has successfully maintained a strong, vibrant parliamentary democracy without having a standing military

Palau
Palau has been in existence without a military since its independence in 1994 but relies on a Compact of Free Association with the United States, which guarantees American protection in case of a threat. IbeOkehie:
1) That your first line is reason enough to ignore the rest of your comment. As I told you last comment, you should know better. The FACTS of the matter are quite different.

President Obama didn't deport a lot of illegal immigrants. The claim that he did is a NOISY lie cooked up by his propagandists. Over the years I got to find out that people turned away at the borders and airports were counted as deportees. Don't take my word for it. Thankfully here's a recent video interview with a top immigration official of the Obama administration. Listen to it....OR you can search Google.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sIXI3ws-634?list=RDNSsIXI3ws-634

2) The beauty of this election is that THE PEOPLE of the USA have experienced a full Trump Administration. That's why they voted him in again.

3) Immigrant Labour is not a do or die. As VP elect Vance kept saying during the campaign, Americans were doing farm work and building houses 200 years ago and 70 years ago before illegal immgration became a crisis. The problem is ILLEGAL immigration.

Japan has a labor force problem too. They're inventing robots to do HOUSE WORK and nursing aide work. Problems create innovation. Here's some examples -

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHVA_FyXvPk

The USA is about innovation. This country sent humans to the moon, has made great advances in cancer treatment, viable therapy for alzheimers & demential is on the horizon, there's electric cars. Around 40 to 50 years ago it was ASSUMED that all the crude oil in the USA was finished, tapped out and used up. The invisible hand of free market capitalism led to the invention of FRACKING by an Indian or Iranian immigrant, today the USA produces the largest amount of crude oil in the world. Kamala Harris vowed to make fracking illegal.

The illegal immigrants MUST go home. The brain drain must be reversed for countries losing talent. Let them go apply their labor to building their own countries and enjoy the rewards. We Americans will work hard and SUFFER through our difficulties here. God willing, we'll solve our problems as they arise.

4) Of course you're exaggerating, for reasons best known to you.

President Trump in his 2024 victory speech proclaimed that a new golden age was at hand for the USA. That's what we voted for. We will make every attempt to help our new government to help us, THE PEOPLE.

I've given you the courtesy of a fairly detailed reply. My advise is that everyone think through their comments before posting. Make it make sense else you tempt those who take you seriously to dismiss your view out of hand.

Good Luck to Nigerians.

Gistmedia10:
A Nigerian lady living abroad issued a warning to her fellow countrywomen, shedding light on a cultural reality she has experienced. She highlighted how, unlike in Nigeria where admiration from strangers often comes unsolicited, life overseas is strikingly different.

"No matter how attractive you are or how you catwalk, no man will call you on the street here," shocked she said, referring to the reserved social norms in her new environment. The lady expressed surprise at the lack of street interactions and shared that it's something many Nigerians may find unusual, especially if they're used to the warm, expressive nature of admiration back home.

Her comments sparked a lively discussion online, with Nigerians both at home and abroad chiming in with their own experiences and opinions. Some praised the reserved approach, seeing it as respectful, while others reminisced about the vibrant interactions and compliments they miss from back home.

InvestmentRe: How To Invest In Genuine Properties And Avoid Being Scammed by wealthtrak: 9:20pm On Nov 11, 2024
EnohUmukoro:
Demolitions in Lagos: What You Need to Know Before Buying Property in Lagos and Nigeria

Lagos had the reoccurring sad news of demolitions, especially in 2023. From one area to another, homeowners were faced with the unsettling fear: Will my house be next? The uncertainty had many asking, “Is Lagos still a safe place to invest in real estate?” And for good reason — concerns about the legitimacy of property deals and trustworthiness of real estate companies have never been higher.

The Real Truth: What Every Land and Property Buyer in Lagos Must Know

If you're considering buying land or property as a real estate investor in Lagos, it’s essential to take the right steps to ensure that your investment is safe. Here are 7 key tips that will guide you through the property purchase process, helping you ask the right questions and avoid costly mistakes.

1. Conduct a Proper Title Search
Before signing any documents, ensure you carry out a comprehensive title search at the Lagos State Land Registry. This step helps confirm the legal ownership of the property and reveals any encumbrances or claims that could affect your ownership.

2. Survey the Land
Engage a licensed surveyor to perform a land survey. This ensures that the boundaries of the property match what’s stated on the documents. It will also show you whether the land encroaches on government-owned areas like canals or highways.

3. Check for Building Control Issues
Properties in Lagos are subject to strict building regulations. Before purchasing, visit the Lagos Building Control Agency (LABSCA) to verify if there are any existing contraventions or demolition notices. Buying a property with unresolved issues can lead to problems later, including possible demolition.

4. Verify Location and Setbacks
It’s crucial to check the property’s proximity to sensitive areas like pipelines, high-tension wires, canals, or highways. The Lagos State New Town Development Authority can provide detailed maps and information about restricted areas. Properties too close to main roads without proper setbacks are especially risky.

5. Obtain Necessary Permits
Before starting any construction on a property, ensure you have the correct permits. The Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority (LASPPPA) and the Lagos State Building Control Agency are the bodies responsible for issuing permits. Failing to secure these can result in hefty fines or forced demolition.

6. Environmental Approval is Key
The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) evaluates potential projects for their environmental and public health impact. It's essential to get their approval, especially for large-scale developments. This ensures your project does not face issues related to environmental safety.

7. Work with a Trusted Realtor
In a market as volatile as Lagos, partnering with a trusted real estate company like Real Estate with Enoh can give you peace of mind. We handle all the paperwork, inspections, and legal procedures, ensuring your transaction is safe and compliant with all regulatory standards.

Why Choose Real Estate with Enoh?

BusinessRe: How To Make Loads Of Money As A Social Media Influencer by wealthtrak: 8:38pm On Nov 11, 2024
babaonpoint:
Savvy social media users can turn their hobby into a profitable business, and it's clear the time of social media influencers is here, especially the Instagram Influencer! The business of being a social media influencer may seem strange, but it's very much a legitimate source of income, and for many users, it's become a full-time career.

As social media continues to grow by leaps and bounds every day, so does the number of social influencers. Per the most recent stats, Instagram stands at 1 billion and Twitter at 330 million active monthly users, according to Statista. Facebook has, of course, surpassed them all and crossed the two billion monthly users mark recently

A social media influencer is essentially someone who can prompt others to participate in an activity or purchase a product by creating and publishing content on a popular social media network such as Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, Google Plus, and others. An influencer has a high number of followers or subscribers and a high ratio of regular interaction and engagement with their fans

1. Be Genuine!
Brands are willing to pay for your influence on social media. However, they will not pay you blindly. Simply having a large number of followers on your social channels is not good enough.

With the multitude of tools and tricks available, anyone can buy followers on social media. However, you must remember that fake followers are not genuinely interested in you or your content. So your level of influence on them will be scant.

Instead, you must work on growing your followers using your personality and great content. It is important to find a niche that resonates with you. If you are able to tell a compelling story to your audiences, you are most likely to win them over. The more authentic your story is, the more influence you can exert on your followers.

2. Make money with sponsored posts.

Once you have acquired a few thousand genuine followers, you can start pitching to brands for sponsored posts. These posts can have content created by the brands, or you can create them as well. Depending on your contract, you will then be responsible for posting them on one or more of your social accounts.

Crowdtap is a good example of a platform that connects brands and influencers. If you're confused about how much to charge for each sponsored post, you can use Social Bluebook. It is a platform that will help you sync all your social media accounts and create proposals. These proposals are created taking into account your follower count and influence level.

3. Try affiliate marketing.

Another great way to make money using your social influence is through affiliate marketing. with affiliate marketing, you are simply promoting the products or services of another brand. So when your followers make a purchase from an affiliate link, you get a percentage of it.

The most important thing to remember here is to choose brands or products related to your niche. If you steer away from it in your attempt at making money, it will do you more harm. If your followers do not see a consistent brand personality, they will soon unfollow you. Try putting yourself in your followers' shoes and think about what products they might benefit from.

Some of the most popular affiliate marketplaces are Amazon, CJ Affiliate, and ClickBank. One of The best way to use affiliate marketing that does not come across as spammy is to write product reviews. Also, it is recommended that you tell your followers upfront about your affiliate relationships.

4. Create or co-create products.

Successful social media influencers use their influence to promote their own products or services too.
For example, if you are an expert in a field and you are known as an expert. Then you ought to be an influencer. If I am a popular fitness coach, I will run a business by selling workout programs.

You can even collaborate with the brands you work with and co-create products or services. For such partnerships, you can receive a commission on sales or charge a fee for becoming a brand ambassador.

Conclusion
The possibilities are endless once you have established a secure foothold on social media. It might take some time and effort to build up a decent follower base. However, if done well, the results will be well worth the investment.

Also, remember to continue engaging your followers with fresh content. Your followers are the people who pave the path to your success. Once you embark on that journey, don't leave them behind. if you need a step my step guide on how i made my first million online please check the source.

LegendHero:
Former Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi has declared unwavering commitment to wife, Margaret Brownson.

The former Anambra Governor, on the Honest Bunch Podcast, spoke passionately about the depth of their bond, describing it as an unbreakable resolve that goes beyond vows.

Obi emphasised that his love and dedication to Margaret would never falter, regardless of any circumstances.

He calmly stated that nothing, not even infidelity or being shot, could shake his commitment to stand by her side for life.

Obi said: “No matter what my wife does today. I can’t separate from her. I can never. Even if she like let her shoot me, as long as I am alive, she’s my wife

“No matter what she does, I won’t marry [someone else]. She’s my wife. Whatever she likes, let her do because what is she going to do that would offend me? What? Maybe have an extramarital affair? It’s her business. It’s not me. They won’t say two of us have an affair. They would say Peter Obi is a very good man who married a woman who is [promiscuous]. That is it!

“You can’t quantify me with the life of my wife or children. No. We have different lifestyles. Even if I’m traveling with my wife, people have seen it. Sometimes we are in the same plane but in different classes. She is in business class and I’m in economy. Because that suits her and it doesn’t conflict with my interests.”

Peter Obi and Margaret have been married for over 30 years.

This dude is saying B.S. to patronize the gullible public. How can a person who is a Naira billionaire say he flies in economy class while his wife flies in the business class? That's stinginess and patronizing to gain cheap political popularity.

Second, for him to say he wouldn't divorce his wife even if she engaged in infidelity OR cheats on him shows a very effeminate, weak man who wouldn't take a firm stand on issues. As a man thinks, so he is. This guy should get out of the way... Nonsense talk!

On April 9, 2022, Obi also tweeted: “The truth is that for long market forces have not determined the exchange rate of the Naira…. It has to end. Let the exchange rate be determined by the forces of demand and supply. It’s that simple.”

In other words, Tinubu is doing exactly what Atiku and Obi had proposed they would do, and the results would have been the same. The hyperinflation and hurt Nigerians are going through now won’t have been evaded because it is Atiku or Obi who removed petrol subsidies “from day one.” The naira’s glide to the bottom wouldn’t have been avoided because Atiku or Obi “floated” the naira.

That is why Atiku- or Obi-supporting critics of Tinubu come across as ignorant partisans who have drunk the Kool-Aid of their cult leaders. Atiku and Obi supporters should be grateful that their idols are not president today. They would have been bearing the reputational brunt of the boneheaded, discredited rightwing economic policies they also advocated, which have thrown Nigeria into the current mess.

Interestingly, in response to Obi’s 2022 tweet rhapsodizing over the imperative of subjecting the naira to the “forces of demand and supply,” a supporter of his by the name of Abel (with the handle @governance9ja) wrote a riposte, which has turned out to be prescient. He wrote: “So @PeterObi will float the currency for a country where most factor inputs into local manufacturing is imported? We already have cost push inflation reducing real income of many Nigerians. Floating naira will ruin many households. @PeterObi and @OfficialABAT are two of a kind.”

As a guest here I saw his post on nairaland on charcoal biz with moniker agrobusiness which was later banned but after researching I got his contact through another moniker Ltrust who is into charcoal biz who told me he was not in Kwara presently but he will link me up with someone in Kwara. He gave me the contact and it came out to be agrobusiness moniker number which I have been looking for but from how things turned out I discovered Ltrust and agribusiness abi na Agrocharcoal05 which might later change to agrothief was the same person with different phone numbers.

I contacted agrocharcoal05 and he said he based in Offa in Kwara State….I called his number that I would be coming to Igosun near Offa with a friend to inspect his pig farm so better for me to use the opportunity to see him and he agreed.Reaching Igosun he said he was in Osogbo on a trip that he would make it down. Some hours after after calling.he said he can’t make it to Igosun since he doesn’t know me,fine we are having security issues in Nigeria, nobody to trust.

We now agreed to meet at Total filling station in Offa but to my surprise when I reached total filling station his cell number was switched off, after trying like five times I took my leave to Ilorin. Before reaching Ajase town this guy called that he had a flat battery,no wahala am already on my way, possibly Saturday I should be back….that night I had chats with him to tell more about charcoal biz and what it entails possibly we don’t even need to see and do this biz.

We had nice chats but telling my friends they disagreed that how would I invest millions to someone that ibdon’t know,Okay I agreed and called him that can he make it down to Ilorin I would foot the bills but I had changed of minds cuz Offa is not far from Ilorin and said guy I will make it down….On my way he called and asked have you left Ilorin and I said yes,oh you should have make it tomorrow cuz am busy and he said okay no problem you can make it I will attend to you.

I said look am not the owner of the cash I want to invest, just to let him know how important is the biz, getting to Offa again I called the guy he said he was busy but would soon leave to see me.I waited for more than an hours inside my car, calling him back to back he said he was in Erin Ile a town after Offa and I said no problem I will make it to Erin Ile.He described where I would stopped which was after Erin bridge.I did as he directed me but funny I put a call to him and his replied was “YOU WANT TO KIDNAPPED ME”and I was like what is this trash.I ranted back to him on phone and cursed him which I never did in my life….I just left the place,on my way back the army on boarder between Offa and Erin Ile.I narrated my shocking experience they just smiled and said big man thank God you did not fall victim…my man sincerely I wanted to invest 5 millions but to start with a million first.

Fact,Nairaland is a good place to do biz but we have terrible scammers here who are devils incarnations and ready to defraud.Imagine advertising”Agrobusiness said he need a partner to invest with cus he didn’t have enough of money and the same agribusiness abi na charcoal05 now said I wanted to kidnap him cus of millions he had….very and nasty experience….I registered on nairaland from guest mode to expose this guy….Oga run o.

Modified….Agrobusinees or Agrichacoal05 later tender unreservedly apologies to me and we made up after he narrated what happened to him before that faithful day.He though I was the same person that had earlier contacted him some weeks before our agreed date….We have made up and talked it over in peaceful ways.

TravelRe: Before You Relocate To Ghana, read This! by wealthtrak: 1:56am On Feb 05, 2024
raymondhill:
Are you interested in relocating to Ghana? Are you seriuosly affected by the economic hardship in Nigeria that you believe that Ghana will be a better alternative? Do you want to live and do business in Ghana?

Then, I have good news for you. It is possible to relocate in Ghana if you have the right knowledge that will facilitate your easy and successful relocation.

I have decide to re-write this article to clarify certain issues which some people have misconceptions about since english language is not our native or mother tongue. My sincere apologies to those who may have misinterpreted my last article.

Before you decide to relocate, I must share a few points with you. I believe I am qualified to share this information having lived and made money in Ghana for about 10 years. I have also conducted several Nigerian-Ghana business investment tours, one of which was covered by Ovation West Africa magazine published by Chief Dele Momodu. Now,I want you to know that:

- Ghana is not as economically powerful as Nigeria. There are also more money making opportunities in Nigeria than Ghana.Despite that,Ghana is a land fertile with immense untapped opportunities.

- Most Nigerians are more intelligent, creative and entrepreneurial-minded and so can take advantage of the numerous opportunities which abound in the Country. Most foreigners who relocate to Ghana and are focused, hardworking and law abiding always fare far better financially . I have proven it in my life and I have friends who have done same.

- Most Ghanaians are vastly contented with the little they have;a bit laid -back and superstitious like other African countries and may not necessarily flow with the fast thinking and ability to take high risk mindset of Nigerians. So,you have to know how to communicate with them to get what you want. You can live there for 20 years and make your money if you know what you are doing. Just, make sure you avoid breaking the laws of the land. Also, try to avoid dabbling into their politics. Most Ghanaians are intensely passionate about their party affiliations.Avoid political discussions and affiliation. You are a foreigner and not a politician.Mind your own business.

- Ghana has stable electricity and the peaceful country was once listed as the 6th safest country in the world.

- It is the gateway to West Africa. Therefore,a lot of foreign investors come through Ghana to Nigeria.

- There are business opportunities which Nigerians are taking advantage of. It is not every type of business you can make money from as a Nigerian.

I must warn here that for every Nigerian man to succeed in Ghana like any other place in the world, they must be careful of their women since they can constitute a huge source of distraction. If you are married, keep your status quo.Remember, that behind every successful man there is a woman and behind every unsuccessful man, there is a woman.

But,I summarize this by say that Ghana is one of the loveliest, peaceful and safe place to stay.

But, before you decide to relocate to Ghana, have you prayed about it? Have you sought the face of the Lord? If you are ready to relocate, then go ahead.
