Hi Hayprof, I got my Zoom from the headoffice at Iganmu,opposite Breweries busstop.Make you hurry go collect your own before the thing finish. You could have used your subscription for the next one month to buy it, and if you don't like it you drop it at the end of the 30 days. That way you don't loose much and you have a modem at the end of the day,which is exactly what I did. Thus I am not spending anything beyond my usual budget.

Hi XXVICTORXX,all I paid for my modem and one month subscription is N15,000.The modem is free on the promo.I guess it's not fair to guys like you who bought theirs for N21G and have been paying regularly monthly.Maybe na de money wen dem collect from you na im dey use buy my own for me.

Hi all, I got the Novatel 727 from Zoom Iganmu during this promo, on the 7th. It's working quite fine for a SOHO of 7. Victor don't sell,keep your modem as things may improve.Verizon may increase the bandwidth they are dashing us through Zoom.

Hi XXVICTORXX,why are you selling your much talked about 595 modem? Do you want a Novatel U727, which I think is better and more rugged? I advise everyone to go for Novatel U727 with a microSD slot for memory card, hope I no dey spoil your market, but you sound desperate.

Hi All, I am happy to say I got my Zoom modem today, and can confirm what XXVictorXX says on the site. The Zoom broadband is good,downloads are faster than with Starcomms broadband. Ordinary browsing, not much difference, though I think ZOOM is sometimes slightly slower.
It appears ZOOM has an agreement with Verizon wireless (R) , as the modem is a Verizon modem. Zoom also has a new technical support from Hauwei and I hope the partnership with Verizon remains intact.
I hope Starcomms will rise to this unwarranted aggression into its territory by improving on their service,I hope Starcomms will be the first to give us total broadband,until then all my money goes to ZOOM

Can someone please beg Starcomms to share some of their N34 billion ($225 MILLION DOLLARS) profit for the year ended with their loyal data customers by improving the network, I'm sure they can rise to the challenge Zoom, MTN is throwing their way. I certainly hope Starcomms will score another first by giving their customers total broadband sometime soon

Hi xxVICTORxx, one other thing you should know,the USB modem you have and displayed has a fragile end which breaks rather too easily, saw a couple of people at the Iganmu office who came for replacement,had to pay about N5000 for this. So please handle yours with care

Hi all, was at Zoom Iganmu today, promo is still on, but the modem displayed above is temporarily out of stock,they have another USB type. The broadband is only available as a monthly 15000, other plans (plan B) are on 1X. They had some problems last week, are expecting to carry out an upgrade next month. I decided to wait until they have the type displayed above.

Hi XXVICTORXX, do you know if those who are on plan B ie pay as you browse on Zoom can also enjoy the same broadband speed. The options include 1000 for 5 days, 3000 , 5000etc or do you use only the N15000 monthly.Can you tell me how to maximise and keep my bandwidth usage? Thanks
