Many times, we attach blame solely on the leaders without directing some to the followers.

Say for instance, the money was spent purposely on electricity, and perhaps functional. How many Nigerians are faithful to payments of their bills as at when due.

Even with the so-called prepaid meter, I know quite a good number of folks that resort to the usage of bypass.

Lets do what's right, ourselves.
