Avoid Turbo engines if you can. They're built for efficiency not reliability. At the end the cost of additional repairs will offset the savings you made on fuel. |
Is this some kind of trick or what? But what most people don't realize is that kidnapping people for ransom is part of jihad (Quran 47:4). So any Muslim that believes in jihad will not be against it. It's the sad reality. I have a number of Muslim friends that didn't even know this until I challenged them to read that book themselves in English. I'm not against anyone practicing their religion, but don't hurt other people while doing it. |
Iran has been tricked again If this is true, then the US used the cease fire talks to reposition for the next phase. Same way they made Iran relax at the beginning before killing all their leaders. Iran will never trust the US again. |
In a few months or years they'd srike again Federal Government NEVER fulfill its promises to any unions. It doesn't care. |
Economic realities in modern world is the cause for this. Otherwise responsibility sharing won't be a thing. Men have abilities women don't have - and women have abilities men don't have - physically, emotionally, psychologically, etc etc. Every human should understand their specific gender strengths and weaknesses, and those of the other gender. This knowledge alone solves most issues. |
What's holy about the Thursday?? |
HacheNoire:Don't mind them. Modern diesels are not even that reliable. It's either Carbon buildup, or Turbo failure or transmission wear out. And they sound terrible! The advantage is higher MPG, lower tax and lower insurance. So you're right. You just have to be stingy to buy a diesel car. |
chopnaira:It's lack of common sense. You have corn growing in your backyard. But the price of corn in the market affects how much corn you can eat, whether you're filled or not. |
God is not input -> process -> output |
That is what happens when your focus is on "men of God" rather than God Himself. |
Nigeria and nonsense sha. |
It's not always as it seems |
A&E procedure when you walk in by yourself: A nurse sees you within the first 5 minutes and evaluate the seriousness of your condition. They're trained to look out for anything life threatening - if it doesn't look like you could die in less than a day, you're low priority. Children, elderly and disabled people have higher priority too! But if your symptoms become life threatening while in the waiting area, they'd attend to you immediately. But OP waited like 12 hours, which means he didn't need to be at the A&E in the first place! Else he would have fainted during that wait - they knew that at the beginning. That's why the nurse sent him home at the end. mctech: HighQue007: fijiano202: |
You need to understand the system to make it work for you. There are 3 levels of medical care in the UK system. GP - your first and default call. Urgent GP - if you fall ill on weekend or public holiday, or outside business hours and you can't wait. A&E - life threatening issues. Unless you have serious symptoms like heavy bleeding, heart pains, respiratory distress, fainting, shock, etc. Don't go to A&E, they will keep pushing more serious cases ahead of you on the queue, until the pressure eases. That is what happened to you. |
We all know they will never work unless you sell them to Indians. This is old and stale news! |
You guys should know why such laws were made before you start judging others with it. Dtruthspeaker:The peoples surrounding the Israelites were idol worshippers. Cutting your body, or making tattoos were often ritualistic and symbols of deities, stars, occultic, etc. God commanded Israelites not to follow such practices, which were signs of idolatry and paganism. That's the context. We Africans have our own traditional tattoos and tribal marks which may or may not be ritualistic. So if you want to apply Leviticus 19:28, you should apply it to tribal marks as equally as you apply it to tattoos. If you had Oyo tribal marks on your face, or Hausa tattoo on your arm, before you meet Christ, does that mean you are a "big sinner" for life? Since you can't safely remove them? But for someone who is already in Christ, your responsibility is, what does this mark preach? Is it showcasing a dragon or scorpion (evil spirits), or a girlfriend (fornication), dollars or Benz (vanity), tribal mark (heritage), a rose (harmless) or cross (Jesus) or bible verse? Your mark or tattoo reflects what is in your heart. Jesus said it's not what goes into man that corrupts him, but what comes out of his heart (Matt 15:11-20). My verdict. If your tattoo promotes sin or demonic things, remove it IF it is safe, else cover it in public places. If it promotes good and honourable things, flaunt it for people to see! |
1. What manner of father enjoys luxurious items when his children are in need? 2. When people sold their lands and possessions and brought the money to the disciples' feet, did Peter James and John buy houses or chariots or jewelleries?? No! They didn't keep anything to themselves. They distributed it such that no one in the church lacks anything. If truly these pastors are Jesus's disciples after the order of the apostles, they will sell all those gift cars, watches, jets, etc. and distribute the money to poor church members to eliminate lack. But when you're a terrible father, you won't even be sensitive to your children's needs. |
TEST * When a president sends a representative to a public function. You give that person the same respect and honour you'll normally give to the president as if he was there physically. As far as everyone in that event is concerned - that representative is the president himself. Now imagine if a king sends his son to represent him somewhere. As far as everyone is concerned, that Prince is their king at that time. He not only has the king's DNA, he also has the king's full authority. If you truly believe Jesus Christ is the son of God, and He was sent to represent God physically on earth by God himself, then He is God to you. John 5:23 "that all should honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him." |
Many have been deceived to believe that Christianity is about giving your life to Christ during one altar call, discipleship class, workers meetings, speaking in tongues and joining a department in church. An average "Christian" today believes this is the total package. Every other thing is minor, "God will forgive whatever else is not right". This is what brought about your question. But Christianity is not an identity - it's a mindset that causes a behavioural pattern. To answer your question? I do hope what others see in me will make them know that there are still a few goodhearted people in this world. |
smokinloud:1. No one owns ALL the oil in the arctic. It is shared between 4 countries (Russia, US, Canada, Norway), Greenland only owns what is around its waters and doesn't extend further into arctic. If US takes them over, it will claim everything North of Greenland into the arctic region. 2. Greenland stopped issuing oil licenses in 2021 due to environmental fears. 3. Only "mumu" Europe is moving towards green energy. Haven't you heard Trump mocking them for buying expensive solar panels and wind turbines from China, while China itself doesn't want to use them extensively? Trump is moving the US back to fossil fuels, hence the scramble for the arctic region. 4. The US is one of the heaviest consumers of fossil fuels in the world, and their local prices are strongly determined by international prices. Just like Nigeria. You need lithium and cobalt to go green, and for electronics. China controls around 70% of global refining of these minerals. You think what Trump is doing is all about ego and madness?? You think the US ever cares about "western liberty"?? Check. Every country with a strong liberty (democracy) has a high degree of US control/influence on its resources or defense. Trump has realized that the US is disadvantaged in global resources compared to Russia and (especially) China, and he wants to level up as quickly as possible. If a war breaks out now, China will block lithium and Cobalt that are essential for electronic warfare - US cannot reload its weapons as fast as it fires them. That's why China is talking boldly these days. Iran will block out 25% of the world's crude oil (Strait of Hormuz), no one wants that. Bottom line, war is about resource control. The background to Every war in history has always been about who controls what. It has nothing to do with liberty, communism, not even mere religious beliefs! |
smokinloud:1. The oil in question is NOT Greenland oil, it's in the arctic region. Greenland is mostly a suitable operational base for the US. 2. US companies now have the tech to mine that oil efficiently. 3. This is about resource control for the coming centuries, not a few decades plan. The US economy is largely affected by crude oil prices. In fact when crude oil prices rise, the US dollar falls - and vice-vera. So controlling global energy supplies is a top survival priority for the US economy. Now don't you think that Greenland's ban on oil exploration due to "global warming" is enough reason for Trump to take over? Trump has repeatedly condemned green energy initiatives. Now if Greenland is sitting on oil reserves and has refused to open up, Trump will blast them open. This has nothing to do with liberty, who cares about that? Not the US, especially not Trump. It's all about money. |
Only one reason: To gain access to shale oil in the arctic region. It's a working agreement with Russia, which already has direct access from their own end. Trump and Putin have deals no one talks about. |
Belgian Malinois AKA Psychopath. |
Madness Why do you need to go through a whole phone book? There should be only 2 numbers to memorize at most, and each should be 3 digits. Those few should be able to transfer you internally to any of those emergency services based on your case. Funny thing is, it's very easy to do. |
Diamond098454:We don't hear such statements again. Seems weird. ![]() Odds are you won't be thrilled after the first time. But after a few more times you start may start craving - just like any hard drug. Still same as the topic - sex is overrated. |
Diamond098454:Lols. In my experience, from a man's perspective, sex strengthens deep love-based relationships, but weakens other types. I can't say for you ladies though, maybe you could shed some light...? ![]() |
Holluwhakemmy:I totally agree. But you could do that at home with your family, either around midnight, or when you wake up in the morning, or anytime on that 1st January! There's nothing special about going into a church for that. In fact, many churches do it because they just have to do something to "help your faith" not because it's a spiritual requirement! |
Overrated true. It will only have meaning if the two parties have genuine affection for each other - then it becomes love making. And for a man, if you take out love/affection, alcohol and drugs, the real pleasure is the 3-5 seconds of ejaculation. Every moment before that is just anticipation (I'm squeezing her, I'm bleeping her, she's moaning and screaming), and every moment after that is mostly emotional numbness (I want to leave here, let her go, I need to do something else). |
Righteousness2:Vawulence ![]() |
Krankhead:The "evidence" only suggested the state govt asked for funds. Nothing bad in FG bailing out a state. How the funds were utilised is a different thing, and no one has provided any evidence that funds were received and that it was looted. |
RIP to the wonderful actress. |
stuffs2002:You have trouble understanding English, really. Read my comment again. Okay lemme break it down for you - Adeboye is considered a Jesus's apostle so he will receive lots of criticism for anything he does that appear to not represent Jesus or Christianity well. Indasboki is seen as a self-worshiping idol, doesn't represent Jesus so no one is surprised even if he's seen with Sango or Amadioha. If you see a dog in the mud you'll be angry, but if you see a pig in the mud you won't be bothered. That's what I'm saying! You understand now?? But I'm more annoyed that you are arguing along tribal lines. Both Yorubas and Igbos online are blind men. You guys mix well in marriage, but you hate each other in business and politics. |
