The problem is not the Bible itself. It is the people who made doctrines out of it (based on their own views), and turned Christianity into a religion. Funny all pastors say it is not a religion, but being a pastor/priest in itself is religious, not spiritual. In fact, Jesus taught the exact opposite!

But if you read your Bible more carefully, you will see the truth of the gospel in it - the truth that will set you free.

Absolute nonsense from Daily Trust. You cannot confirm the status of a company by mere checking on the website of CAC. CAC website is never updated regularly. Even as an auditor, I can’t rely on information from CAC website as absolute proof of the current status of a company.

Daily Trust should write to CAC and do a legal search of the company. That’s the best way to get the necessary information. I can bet this is just a sponsored attack on the company by some vested interest.

CAC portal is now updated in real-time.

There's no way you'd file annual returns and you will have "inactive" status. As CAC accredited agent, I know this!

No they're two different things!
Choose your path. Business Name is ideal for small hustles. Personal business, small partnerships.
Limited Liability is if you want to go corporate - you'll be talking of directors, shareholders, board resolutions, Annual General Meetings, etc.

Is it a Business Name Registration to operate as enterprise, Venture or otherwise a sole proprietorship. Registration for these should be around 25k max.

If want to register for a limited liability company. It will cost you more. Say 80-100k depending on the person involved.

You can do it yourself online if you're familiar with corporate terms. Google your way through and you'd do it.
