ednut1: lets say he wins. Labour has no one in senate, House of Representatives or governor forum. And decamping is no longer possible. He will try but wont achieve much.
You sounds like a newbie in Nigeria politics.
The moment he wins, all this people will decamp to labour.
DeLaRue: I feel sorry for the military. We need to give this people a break.
There was no need for the deputy Governor to leave his office and start giving them a dressing down over whether they should be in charge of a road block or not.
He was a Director in the Military...so? Why didn't he contact their commanding officer.
The Army have said over the years that they would rather not be involved in this type of work, but when the government orders them to do the work in order to improve security, some people and even senior government officials who lack patience still go out to abuse them
In my experience, army road blocks tend to move faster than those manned by police. A lot of the delay that happen is usually caused by motorists who refuse to queue in single file.
I generally feel safer on roads where the army man road blocks.
Is obvious you know nothing, bcoz you sounds like a child.
The military check points causes more harm than good to the people and should be abolish.
You are actually sounding like a sycophant, from your statement your support is not actually from a genuine heart, if you think you are doing the Igbos good for supporting Obi then you are the biggest fool.
BluntCrazeMan: The date of this meeting cannot be ascertained at the moment. .. But the message is very clear.. THE YOUTHS ARE NO MORE HAPPY.. AND IT IS TIME TO CHANGE ALL THESE OLD METHODS OF DOING THINGS. THEY NEVER WORKED..
The Date is Saturday 3rd September at Agwu local Government, this is Enugu west PDP Zonal monthly meeting.
(Translation **N100,000 was given to each Local Government to share (“thanks-for-coming” package) **Auwgwu Local Government has eleven wards. We know that there are LGAs that has upto to 20 wards, and that means, if they share the N100,000 it becomes N5,000 per ward?? **How can it be possible that the youths from different Local Governments are mobilised and they gathered at Auwgwu Local Government, and they were given only N100,000 per LGA, that cannot happen. ****At this point, we are declaring Okay Ozoani incapacitated.........
Laidewiess: Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu has assured Nigerians of his preparedness to tackle the challenges facing the country if elected in the 2023 general election.

The Presidential candidate of the ruling party APC Bola Ahmed Tinubu pledges to build knowledge based economy as he hosts member of the NWC of the party at his campaign secretariat in Abuja.
TheRareGem1: Vice President Yemi Osinbajo said the Federal Government is proud of its achievements recorded so far.
He said the Federal Government has done a lot against human trafficking through the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons and other Related Matters (NAPTIP).
Osinbajo said It is on record that this administration has continued to deploy the necessary political will in the fight against human trafficking by providing direction and support to NAPTIP
The Vice President said this in Abuja at the last day of NAPTIP’s one-week celebration of the 2022 World day against human trafficking organised by NAPTIP and the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD)
He said: “As a government, we are proud of the achievements already recorded by NAPTIP, her partners and other stakeholders but I am here to urge that we all must do more, I am persuaded that with more support from everyone including the private sector as already evident in this year’s collaboration, more will be achieved and Nigeria and the world will be better for it.
“It is on record that this administration has continued to deploy the necessary political will in the fight against human trafficking by providing the direction and support to NAPTIP and other critical stakeholders to make Nigeria a human trafficking free nation.”
Director General NAPTIP, Dr. Fatima Waziri-Azi, said the agency since its inception has secured 530 convictions, 36 convictions of the number and counting were secured in 2022
Built2last: As we know, people are gathering all the facts to test Tinubu's qualification in court.
These guys are stopping at nothing and they are petitioning INEC in the case in court to disqualify him.
They are gathering their pile of evidences.
Just a question if Tinubu is disqualified by INEC based on court judgement will Rotimi Amaechi who came second naturally run as party flag bearer or does it mean APC won't have a candidate for the election
What does the law say?
From the new electoral act, if tinubu is Disqualified by Inec then apc automatically will have no Candidate for the election
TooNoisy: Records are always there and facts never lie. Lekki free trade zone is becoming a new city employing hundreds of thousands.
The same people who are some if the greatest beneficiaries of Tinubu's vision are now his greatest critics. It was the same thing they did to Awolowo. These people came from the South East to enjoy Awolowo's free education policy in the early 80s but hated him so much.
I think the best thing is for Nigeria to adopt true federalism with a certain percentage of jobs reserved for people in that region. Lets see how some people will survive if they had to go back to their region.
This Man always surprise me with his high level of reasoning.
I guess is time to rethink, forget ethnicity and religion and do what's right for this country and Africa at large.
Nelson Mandela once said: The world will not respect Africa until Nigeria earns that respect. The black people of the world need Nigeria to be great as a source of pride and confidence.
Sentiment apart, is time to change our style of reasoning towards politics and vote a better candidate.
Today I and my family must be Obedient to better the country.
Siwel25: Always speak for yourself. Why not? Can Obi match Jagaban's records in IGR revolution, Transport, Health, waste management and transformational policies? Does Obi have Legacies like LIRS, LAWMA, LASTMA, BRT and Rapid Response Squad which can be pointed to till today?
Come back when he can turn 600 million a month to over 7 billion monthly. Propaganda cannot change FACTS. *We know he left Anambra's IGR how he met it so do not try to bamboozle me with lies.
ygowon: Peter Obi during a radio show called Berekete in Abuja, said that when he was the governor of Anambra State, he was very close to the students as he prefers to get first hand information from the students and not from the teachers nor principals. He stated that all the Senior prefects of every secondary school in Anambra had his phone number.
I actually doubted this since no one who was a senior prefect then has come out to support that claim. But when I logged on to Twitter now and saw that #GiveUsPeterObi was trending and I opened the hashtag, what I first saw was a tweet from a former senior prefect in an Anambra secondary school when Peter was the governor.
He narrated how Peter Obi called him to find out if there was any problem in his school and that was how Peter rushed there.
Truly, this is the man with genuine intention to turn things around in this country.
One of the reasons I like him is that has never said he would go after corrupt people instead, he wants to block loopholes for corruption.
He stated that the way to turn things around is to turn Nigeria from consumption to production and invest greatly on education as it's the engine of development.
Me and you knows that if Nigeria starts producing, the economy will get stronger and that's alot of jobs for the masses.
Sincerely pictures doesn't lie, seeing this move me to tears.
How can we have solution to our problem, bcoz of ethnicity, religion and political sentiment we still want to continue to suffer in perpetuality.
I want to use this medium to remind Nigerians especially the youths about one of Julius Cesar's quote "There is a tide in the affairs of men, Which taken at the flood, leads on to fortune"
This quote simply men now or never. If we miss this opportunity to get this man Peter Obi now, we may never have the opportunity again.
Many of us might not like where he comes from, his party or even his face, but he has the capacity to do the job for us, let's give him the chance.
