I must sincerely say that I am elated with some of your submissions. You seem to have a little bit more open mind than most folks I have interacted with on this forum who represent buhari.

Did you see my issue with buhari candidacy as it relates to national assembly politics?? For sure; those guys won't allow him get over once he's from opposition party(APC). And to lobby them is entrenching corruption more?

GEJ isn't corrupt to me but he may have corrupt individuals around him(which is not good). But the reality of the Nigerian state is that the good and responsible men, due to military recklessness abandoned politics(leadership) to crooks and rogues who destroyed Nigeria's value system. Now, the political, economic and every sphere is populated by these dare devils. You can't take a step without them rubbishing you and your government(read El-Rufai's accidental public servant). Most of those he painted as bad in that book; before he was witch hunted and forced out of PDP are in APC today answering progressives and saints with the same el-rufai. That's the irony of our political system.

See, where I gave example of what stakeholders in oil sector do. Even regulators(government agency) once you touch, they sabotage you with strike. And instead of Nigerians to condemn them, they turn against GEJ. Imagine subsidy, where the poor man now subsidizes oil for the rich today. But this would have been averted if subsidy was removed back in 2012.

So in all, to me GEJ isn't corrupt and he is fighting corruption. He did it in agricultural sector. He is doing it in civil service(bedrock of corruption) today through introducing IPPIS and already over 65,000 ghost workers have been removed and still counting. If national assembly passes PIB which will open up oil sector to private sector participation with government as regulator. Corruption there will reduce. Power is coming back; hence corruption is going away there with prepaid meters. And others.

Why can't state governments complement these efforts by pruning their states too?? Most governors especially opposition states shift their responsibilities to GEJ who takes all the heat alone. Why can't we hold our councillors, LGA chairmen, and governors to answer us?? Eg today GEJ is intervening in both primary and secondary education which are constitutional responsibility of state governments including the almajiri something.

Government and development is a continuum. And with all that GEJ has done and achieved. It can only be good for him to continue and finish it up. New government with different team means starting again with errors which the previous team might have learnt from and overgrown.

Believe me; with private sector participation which GEJ is championing today. Corruption will drastically reduce. How No free lunch(money & allocations) from government agencies for civil servants and politicians to loot anymore. Or do you think dangote or flour mills or innoson or bua group or any other private organization would allow looting of his investment

Fighting corruption goes beyond word of mouth...Most states including APC States are ridden with corruption and corrupt officers; who is promoting them? GEJ too? A governor recently donated cars to all national executive of APC; is the money from state coffers or his personal fund?? So how will they fight corruption which is in them?

The bitter truth is that the heart of man is desperately evil hence in all; Corruption can NEVER stop but may be minimized. America and Uk today have corrupt officers too. No nation is free. 1) What's buhari blueprint?? because he never stated any when he declared (which should have been his mainstay that day and not abusing GEJ). And since then; till now he is yet to show any. Let's be civilised bro. Our campaigns should be issued based not laden with abuses, vulgar languages, and insults. Where's our values? Or are you telling me buhari has none??

2)Given that he has only one million naira, which isn't enough to campaign in a single local government. How will he finance the deficits Because, you know financial institutions can NEVER borrow him money for campaign based on the risks(do your risk analysis) involved. (you can ask any informed banker). So how will he get money for campaign? Who is financing him?

3) Given that he is surrounded by people with negative penchants in financial dealings like jagaban, bukola saraki, amechi et al. Will he have the moral right to prosecute them? Or is he going to prosecute only those in other camps allowing his own crew thieves to continue?

4) Will he allow these governors to finance his campaign with their various state resources? This will imply corruption and stealing already because his personal ambition has nothing to do with state resources?? Will he accept stolen funds

5) What guarantee have we that he not practice selective justice, selective prosecution, selective witch hunting, etc again as he did as head of state??

6)Buhari is a goodman. but like Amechi of rivers state advised GEJ on an AIT tv program;"this is politics not church". Most likely, Buhari will do to Nigeria what Julius Nyerere(another good; honest and forthright African leader) did to Tanzania. Believe me; this will not help us at all.

As for me, he tarred the roads in my town through several other towns to adjoining local government. He built new school blocks in both primary and secondary schools in my town...He equipped the laboratories of schools in my town and gave them both computer centre, school bus(public secondary school) and generator...He rebuilt and reequipped the general hospital with extra primary health centre....he gave borehole to all the schools in my town...he employed, trained and equipped my towns vigilante... he strengthened the PG ship and traditional rulers office....Do you want more?? He did so much for all....So tell me why you insult and malign his name? Or have you be condemned to waste? who didn't see what he did in anambra and for anambra I pray obiano and his successor keeps improving on all those achievements...
