Bros, everything in Nigeria today is politically motivated...I used to think that churches in Nigeria really fend for the oppressed but alas I was disappointed at what becomes of our supposed "Almighty men of God" when they get political attention, thus, am happy that Catholic church in Nigeria has not dented her image By incaging in Nigerian politics. Nigerian politics ruins anyone /anything it comes in contact with not even can is spared.

Firstly, I didn't say that the eventual beneficiaries lobbied. I'm not a fan of wild accusation. I only state fact. What I said was that the selection of beneficiaries was greatly skewed in favour of Bayelsa state despite its small population. And that the number of beneficiaries from SS wharfed other regions.
Secondly, we can't have access to that kind of information now, it is no more available. It is like trying to see a link to the beneficiaries of N-Power after Buhari or present administration might have left power. Such websites normally become redundant.

YOUWIN! was a product of good thinking but very fraudulent. Imagine the number of beneficiaries from the tiny Bayelsa state surpassing the number of beneficiaries from Lagos, Ogun, Osun and Oyo states combined together!
I applied for it on the two occasions (one was for women) and went through the list of shortlisted candidates state by state, other states outside SS were greatly marginalised.

It is a greater injustice for what belongs to a suffering million to be stolen by a few. I support neither GEJ nor PMB. I think it was high time we realize that defense of any perceived corrupt practice under any guise by anybody is a disservice to the masses. Buhari government's probe of corrupt officials in the previous administration is imperfect, but it is worthwhile. Any attempt to justify opposition to this attempt will embolden men to engage in ruthless thieving of the resources meant for the masses. Already, members of his cabinet are under fire for corrupt practices, which is good for the generality. If he fails to prosecute his helsmen involved, we should equally condemn and take action to removing him from power. Let us be reminded that partisanship should not be extended to corruption.
