agalamanyi:My last reply to you today because it seems you love the sound of your voice and talk for talking sake... 1)You can decide to make Somalia your yardstick...it is your choice!!! 2) UK won't allow Scotland leave? sometimes, learn to keep shut... but allowed them have referendum in which they decided on their own to stay back because majority voted in favor of such decision... 3)Isn't Nigeria signatory to UN doctrine on self determination? How old are you? since when did NASS start organizing elections or referendum or supervising same? goodnight!!! |
agalamanyi:1)It is good to ask questions especially when ignorant...but don't take your ignorant questions for position of authority in the issue under discuss... 2)Why not start by checking lists of members of UN and their signatories...maybe you will understand position of North Korea then...Also, check different treaties signed and countries that signed them...Ask yourself why such treaties don't become automatically binding on all but only countries that decide to sign them on their own volition. 3)Also, ask yourself why is it that you fail to understand simple logic and argument but keep repeating your empty rhetorics. They asked for UN SUPERVISED REFERENDUM NOT WAR. Scotland just had one. Brexit is another...etc It is not WAR bro...I don't understand where your war rhetorics is coming from even after several explanations by different folks here...Learn to listen during arguments!!! 4)How many drones or lives were wasted before Iran was got to listen? How about Turkey? etc Everything isn't about war ...there are several diplomatic ways of getting member states to obey and comply. Nigeria as signatory has got limited option. 5)Don't mix up issues...Don't use war scenario to describe peaceful events. REFERENDUM isn't war...thanks and learn!!! |
Just wanna say thanks so much to 0xtr100r on how you maturely educated agalamanyi...I hope he learnt something... Sometimes, people out of ignorance refuse to confront their fears or tackle the unknown...I have a video of Soludo in a book review where most Igbo bigwigs were around... Biafra and IPOB agitation were the topic...If Biafra is declared today, it will simply become a new ECOWAS country with FREE ENTRY and EXIT into ALL other countries with absolutely NOTHING to lose in terms of property or whatever. Btw before any disintegration, official terms of separation guided by law and strictly supervised are always put forward. NOTHING is better than freedom...!!! |
olazuma:Pictures will help for those not resident or currently in Lagos... thanks |
ImperialYoruba:1)I hate when we play revisionism...Facts are sacred...IGBO don't play ethnic politics...Igbo voted against an Igbo man in 1993, 2003, 2007 etc... 2)Orji Uzo Kalu & co can do whatever to make APC pleasing to whomever but never twist facts...How many regions or tribes recognized Osibanjo before his election? smh 3)What is wrong in playing opposition to central government? Igbo were in alignment to several governments including government of OBJ, Yar'adua, Jonathan etc...Igbo shouldn't sheepishly follow Orji Uzo Kalu to APC because he decamped there...Let him try correcting the errors and mistakes of leadership he and his likes has entrenched in Abia state...We don't need to align with anybody to do that...Selfish politicians!!! 4)Compare Igbo voting pattern to the attached; The South-West zone has 14,296,163 registered voters, which represents 19.44% of the total number of voters nationwide. In terms of national electoral strength, the zone is number 2. Taking into account the electoral behaviour of the South-West since independence, the zone has proven itself, without exception, of incapable of voting anyone other than its own. In the 1st Republic, it voted mainly Action Group in favour of Chief Obafemihttp://dailytrust.com.ng/daily/politics/50349-2015-presidential-election-how-and- why-pdp-will-lose |
OZAOEKPE:She can't snitch the much I already know...though humans are still humans |
OZAOEKPE:I noticed your talk with Mrs B yesterday...and she did flow immediately...Do some PM to consolidate...We take it a step at a time ![]() |
Agbaletu:Longest time...my best wishes all same!!! |
dprof2016:I choose to believe Dino Melaye because; 1)He said it was disbursed by CBN...and CBN hasn't denied... 2)He gave EXACT account details for some states...these are verifiable evidence... 3)Adeosun doesn't even know what Buhari used 2.2trillion borrowed under her to do...so I rather add this to list of stuff she doesn't know as well ... |
Themonster:I have NO CANDIDATE presently but I ONLY tried to correct an impression that ATIKU isn't a presidential material ... someone felt he could continue in the thread of tarnishing folk's image hence this thread...Let all the candidates come out and I will align accordingly ![]() |
OPCNAIRALAND:1) I appreciate your line of thought...but this is not an ATIKU endorsement or campaign thread but I am trying to look at possible candidates from North taking note of their liberal or extremist history. 2) Some of those guys are core professionals and may not be ready for dirt's of politics presently... 3) I am diehehe-hard Peter Obi fan and I support his type leading Nigeria...but will current political realities allow them to push through on their own? I hope so... |
QuotaSystem:1)ATIKU was NEVER rejected OPENLY by anybody but didn't win election. But in Buhari's case, a clear message was passed. Deal with that !!! btw ATIKU wasn't a presidential candidate during 2015 elections. He ended his quest in APC in-house affair... 2)We share some common ground with ATIKU whether he changes tomorrow when voted in is not an issue of today. APC SW never stopped their decentralization chant albeit less noisily. Deal on facts bro...We are dealing with human beings who are politicians not angels and saints who are infallible. 3)Why cry more than the bereaved? why cry and mourn Igbo political decision? whether misadventure or whatever to you? why not enjoy and celebrate your people's political sagacity and cerebral prowess? Allow us to enjoy our decisions whether right or wrong ...thanks!!! |
SamuelAnyawu:gini na esi gi ? |
obiageIi:Igbo presidency can't stand in the air...You need a political party with strong outreach...and two major political parties have zoned presidency to the north... |
bulletproofmonk:Oga, instead of throwing insults... let's be civil and deal with realities... 1)Where did this thread exclude or dissuade youthful participation in elections? 2)Which youth has the financial muscle and political experience to contest for presidency? 3) People like me who are die-hard Peter Obi fan urge his likes to tap into resources of men with similar ideology to fly Nigeria flag eg ATIKU who same some ideologies I hold sacred... 4)Why would expression of my personal opinion which isn't even a campaign thread amount to blind followership |
QuotaSystem:...Don't muddle up issues in an argument...Are you after me or the East? I assume the East and will answer in line with that... 1)East REJECTED the man; BUHARI not once but FOUR times... not for ETHNIC or Religious reasons, because they voted another NOrthern Muslim against him in 2007...don't twist facts. They were unanimous in rejecting him with no apologies. Many Northerners including Abdulsalami, Gowon etc has been hosted in Igbo happily since election... Buhari was the man they rejected in elections not Northerners...Men like Labaran Maku etc spend more time in Anambra nowadays ![]() 2)East stands always for a decentralized Nigeria...ATIKU supports decentralization. That's some meeting point already. Every other diatribe you wrote up there...I don't understand. I vote INDIVIDUALS not ETHNICITIES or TRIBES... I am a Jonathan fan till infinity for several reasons but NEVER ethnic reasons as I am not Ijaw. 3)MASSOB was existent then. Whatever belief system existent today wasn't born in 2015. Maybe when you started reading news 5% came from Buhari diatribe and those he termed so accepted it proudly ![]() 4) Kindly show me excerpts of where I or probably notable Igbo leaders said your forth point... Am waiting!!! |
nonsobaba:I support decentralization of Nigeria government...so does ATIKU...that's a common ground of mutual agreement...we can kick off from there...thanks |

smh... 1)Did Yoruba race become less human when they rejected OBJ in 1999 and opted for OLU Falae? And ran back to OBJ in 2003? 2)What's wrong in rejecting a candidate ? Buhari has been consistently rejected and now is president. does it mean those who rejected him shouldn't vote anymore? 3)Didn't "Biafrans" vote Yar'adua in 2007 ? 4)I don't understand the rationale behind your outburst or supposed disgust? Anyway, freedom is a right, franchise is a right...you can NEVER wish them away even from your enemy.... 5)North where you supposedly came from said worse things about Jonathan in 2011. Or maybe you need to be reminded about Elrufai missile on Buhari around 2007...or Tinubu bombs on Buhari in 1999/2011...so what's new? If the statement of these men against themselves which were beyond decency, decorum and integrity means nothing to you ...so why the grouse against Biafrans if not some innate hatred in you manifesting? |
Day169:Maybe true ...Maybe False... |
truthspeaks:Trust NOBODY and Trust EVERYBODY...it is a personal choice but the good, the bad and the ugly abide in all corner irrespective of colour, creed and brand |
gwales:smh... 1)When Jonathan won election in 2011, weren't people maimed and massacred in North? ...Did you show your disgust to them when they exercised their freedom and franchise next time? 2)When these Biafrans according to you voted Yar'adua in 2007 were they less humans? ...So what's wrong if they exercise their freedom and franchise? 3)The hatred, venom etc is in YOU not them...stop projecting your image on others...thanks!!! |
dunkem21:Not an ATIKU campaign thread biko Kedu ije? Still waiting for all candidates to declare and I have solid group I am backing ![]() |
OZAOEKPE:Will reply once I see it...cheers!!! |
Scream:Be explicit in your discussion... I am not vouching for ANYBODY here or anywhere... |
QuotaSystem: Mostimes, some of you make decent communication impossible...1)Has this thread by any means ruled out any other option of good candidate from North? 2)Two major political parties have zoned presidency to the north...so what sense does it make working against the realities of present scenario? 3)So why reduce it to same tribal bashing level? Fulanimafia nawa u grow up nah abeg4)I pray ATIKU and any other politician to declare tomorrow will keep their words ...I lose as much as you do if they don't...btw I am Igbo not Ibo ...check my signature ![]() ![]() |
SillyMods: 4) CORRUPTION TAG; |
Cc. OZAOEKPE , Atiku2019, Beremx and other ATIKU fans |
It is getting to that period in Nigeria diary when politicians are out of their wits, trying to outdo themselves in convincing Nigerians to their side. Nigeria is a UNIQUE country in that EVERY decision is analyzed, weighed, accepted or rejected after going through three(3)distinct criteria; ... Religion ... Ethnicity ... Political Party These trio criteria has also ensured that Nigeria has never reached her potentials and won't attain such if she doesn't look at individuals beyond these myopic lens. ATIKU Abubakar is by no means a saint but stands out among the Northerners to be considered for presidency given his not being contaminated or hindered by these myopic criteria in his dealings so far. Some other outstanding factors for which I feel ATIKU is among the best candidates from North include; 1) Exposure, Experience and Expertise: ATIKU has proved himself worthy of emulation in several, different and diverse sectors. He rose to echelon of service as a Custom's Officer. As an Entrepreneur, he has broken bounds and achieved uncommon success. And as Public servant, led successfully the privatisation exercise of government as anchored by BPE, alongside other assignments as Nigeria Vice President between 1999-2007. 2) Extremism & Extremists Views: ATIKU seems liberal in his views and his continued support for decentralization of government which most northeners don't support make him to stand out as a man with a mind of his own. Who also considers the views of his neighbor's in taking decision and not necessarily selfish decisions always. Fanatics and extremists have done Nigeria more harm than good. 3) Leadership Quality; A journey through his successful career will put flower to this point. He has succeeded both in personal, public, and organizational leadership positions. 4) CORRUPTION TAG; It is a fact that this tag came to life when he challenged the unwholesome appetite for power by his then boss; Obj .Nuhu Ribadu who led the onslaught against ATIKU then has not denied begging ATIKU for forgiveness for wrongful accusation. US government has declared through some recent publication of having no case file against him as against public perception. With no court conviction against him with regard to corruption and looting of Treasury, we can assume him innocent in that regards. 5) ECONOMIC BLUEPRINT; Any avid follower of APC primary election in 2015 will agree with me that ATIKU Abubakar was the ONLY APC presidential candidate with VERITABLE, VERIFIABLE, & VIABLE economic blueprint . He has always being ready for the job with his simple, concise and implementable blueprints. There could be other good products from the North yet to declare open their interest but in all, ATIKU is a FAR UPGRADE on a country that could tolerate a Buhari presidency. Thanks and God bless us all... ![]() |
Bujumbura:Send PM... |
Keneking:Anambra North? |
Keneking:You're one intelligent controversial figure bro... I admire your mental sagacity ![]() |
playboy99:Meaning that you can't be at their mercy again...because the government will be courting international dispute by not protecting "foreigners" and their business... |
