KINGwax007:smh... 1)Igbos were the ones who protested against the prosecution of Tinubu at CCB? 2)Igbos protested against prosecution of Fashola and his borehole? 3)Igbo are the ones protesting presently for Buhari not consulting Tinubu? 4)Igbo are the ones who sacked and celebrated sack of a judge for simply revealing a governor's looting of his state? Igbo hatred will annihilate you quicker than hiv ...cure your soul NOW |

prof1990:Which evidence? Do you mind dropping them here? Do you think DSS has any evidence and they were writing NJC to give them reports, evidence, and facts nailing the judges for which NJC refused...Now, what they did by invading their privacy is to see the possibility of getting a document which is in contrast to what they submitted to CCB... Calling people corrupt doesn't make them corrupt bro...RSS would still have to PROVE in court that whatever TRILLIONS they think they got from these judges home were PROCEEDS of corruption... including the said corrupt practices from which they were generated... Also, be sure, DSS would be inundated very soon with abuse of human rights, invasion of privacy etc charges in court...which will mean government paying so much damages if they lose in court which is likely... |

Sibrah:Sometimes, some rubbish from some you makes this forum quite irritating... 1) How's legal system a problem? Or you want to criminalize folks based on primordial sentiments? 2)Wasn't ibori arrested, tried and convicted in UK? So what's stopping you and buhari from doing same to Diezani if she's guilty of anything? |
989900:1)I was following how kcnwaigbo being smartly and intelligently educating modath, rusher1 etc here...and I was shocked to see you rush out from maybe a gutter using gutter language without making any sense... 2)I feel for you because if madmen knew they were mad, then they won't be roaming streets...and sanity won't be far from them... 3) Finally, like kcnwaigbo said; it is about CONSTITUTIONALITY not MORALITY or SENTIMENTS...All of you bragged and poured spits here when Saraki case came up...where are we today?...Wait and see how sanctions would be slammed on DSS and co by the courts soonest... bye |

Pheals:I only wish NJC & NBA would be COURAGEOUS enough to STAND against this abuse of CONSTITUTION, SEPARATION OF POWER, & RULE OF LAW...maybe boycotting all court and executive function will be good for a start... |
patriotic9jaboy:I saw you celebrating this abuse of power...terming it fight against corruption...I only wish you don't fall a victim someday...after all there's always a vocabulary to cover every crime or intimidation by government... As early as 11 p.m. Nigerian time, the siege on the homes of judges became public knowledge when DSS agents raided the home of a young judge, Dimgba Nnamdi, who apparently has been a thorn in the side of the DSS |
Nnamdd1:I just hope MBA won't be intimidated because they are the only hope now...and possibly if NJC can stand to support them too by way of industrial action...maybe judiciary will be saved... |

TheGoodJoe:smh... I pray such justice as this befalls you and people dear to you... |
kahal29:smh...how we celebrate victimization of our "enemies" is unfortunate... 1)Will an agency with search warrant break into a house in the dead of the night? 2)Will an agency with search warrant use weapon aka sledgehammer to break down gates of innocent people? 3)How come they knew how much someone had at home? is it sensible? can anyone know how much cash you have at home? 4)Will you be against Wike if he intervened in same manner to save your family? 5) Federal High Court judge is no small officer of state hence deserves protection as received from Wike... 6) What's function of EFCC, ICPC if DSS now go for "supposed looters" or those living above their means?...Or isn't this conflict of interest? God save us...some day, you will cry for such victimization as this....good pm |
For a start he should tell us who provided the 10 million USD that was paid as consultancy fees to the company of Mr. David Axelrod, President Barack Obama's erstwhile campaign manager. He should also tell us the source of funds and how Buhari and his team managed the 19 billion naira that was given to him in cash by the then sitting Governor of the leading and largest state in the south west and the 24.6 billion naira that was given to him in cash and in one day (which was recorded on video before being handed over) by another leading south western politician.Who knows who recorded the video in southwest? Cc Mizmycoli |
abokibuhari:My very good friend...I admire your tenacity and feel happy whenever I see your moniker digging it out ![]() |
TheGoodJoe:...smh Just imagine people... ![]() plz goodnight |
TheGoodJoe:I will end my argument here...or will continue if you provide veritable answers here... 1)It seems you love the word integrity so much and has fought in vain just like Buhari cum APC to establish that it was lacking under Jonathan and Okonjo-Iweala...but can you tell me how much Buhari has saved now with no subsidy payment burden, crude oil price above budget benchmark and with your type of integrity too? 2)Did you just need the word ; "appropriation"? If It is UNCONSTITUTIONAL to spend outside budget estimate as in this case of urgent national need...why do we have room for supplementary budget? what's the need? what's the essence? Does it capture pre or post budgetary expenditure? |
TheGoodJoe:1)You have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING again to say ![]() 2)Who dare confront OBJ? And kindly drop a single link where any governor took OBJ to court on ECA plzzz...not to talk of winning or losing...Till tomorrow, ECA is UNCONSTITUTIONAL...though it helps the economy...but it is not known to Nigeria Constitution so anybody can quash it's existence in court anyday... |
TheGoodJoe:It seems you're now talking for just sake of talking... Go back to same Amechi speech and see where he accepted at the end that the fund taken away was for subsidy payment...and Coincidentally, governors didn't want to join FG in payment of subsidy...and they can avoid this only by ensuring that FG doesn't keep their money... |
TheGoodJoe:Are we arguing to learn and unravel truth or for what purpose? 1)Governors were under threat during OBJ term and whoever raised his voice was removed from office without qualms(Dariye, Ngige, Fayose etc)...and there was lawlessness...Is that what you call leadership and integrity ...And unfortunately, Buhari is trying to do some by what happened in Edo...are we sane at all in this country?...Who dare challenge OBJ words? when death, impeachment etc were considered normal...2)Did anybody take OBJ to court on ECA as APC governors did to Jonathan? and won him both in federal cum Appeal court and headed to Supreme court...before he called them back for political settlement which is the sharing of greater percentage of ECA savings... Are we averse to truth or what? |
TheGoodJoe:I will amswer you using your own link... 1)From your link; the man who issued the statement did this; ..."Till the end of his tenure, Mr. Odaah, who later claimed reconciliation was ongoing with the Finance Minister, did not reveal his findings."... 2) Oshiomole who didn't know the limitations of his power smd functions of NEC claimed it is NEC that has power to authorize withdraw from ECA... unfortunately for him, ECA is not known to Nigeria Constitution...and NEC is an advisory body empowered to do economic policy formulation not ECA discussion or sharing authorization... 3)And because ECA isn't known to Constitution, Mr Odaar played smart by saying; ..."In disowning Mrs. Okonjo-Iweala, the Commissioners’ Forum pointed out that the law setting up FAAC, which predates the ECA, “cannot approve withdrawal and has not done so in the past.” ...Although the Commissioners said they observed the withdrawal of $2bn from the ECA in December 2014, the then Minister of State Finance and Chairman of FAAC, Mr. Yuguda, had explained during plenary that approval came from former President Goodluck Jonathan. 4)In keeping with his oath and duties of office to protect interest of Nigeria and Nigerians, Jonathan did this;..."The withdrawals were to help pay subsidy claims to oil marketers, who had threatened to stop importing petroleum products".... 5)Did Jonathan has right to do what he did? Yes... Constitutionally, he has the right and power... |
TheGoodJoe:1)Governors NOT saving is an issue because FG isn't a grassroot government...but states & LGA are... 2)If governors saved like Anambra state did...Osun state won't become like an IDP camp...Amosun won't be hiding bailout fund...Rochas won't be stealing owing Imo like this...And Nigerians won't be guiding pot of soup with the expertise of FBI, DSS, etc put together ![]() 3)ECA savings was used to pay SUBSIDY...a national burden which states didn't want to partake in...why?...But same folks refused subsidy removal... 4) Okonjo-Iweala takes instructions from FG who's her employer not governors...And subsidy payment from ECA was agreed in FAAC meeting which involves ALL states commissioners of finance ...So how did anybody betray anybody's trust here biko? ...NEC which governors attend isn't empowered to discuss sharing of ECA but advisory body for economic policy formulation...FAAC which is empowered to discuss such did the deliberations wholly pertaining to ECA savings snd sharing ... |
TheGoodJoe:1)Stop using crayon in writing if you need us to have discussion here plzzz...it irritates me...sorry about that... 2) Okonjo-Iweala is working for FG not states... Whatever they did was discussed in FAAC...governors don't attend FAAC but NEC...and NEC is an advisory body ... 3)ECA betrayal by APC governors is same tactics they used in fighting Jonathan against removing Subsidy...Same tactics they used in boko Haram fight where they fought Jonathan instead of boko Haram...they wrote letters to USA not to sell weapons to Nigeria... Whatever problem we uabe today was the brain child of APC unfortunately for them, Jonathan is gone and they are stuck in their mess...though ethnoreligious sentiments isn't allowing people to be objective in speaking truth to APC and buhari... 4)So did Okonjo-Iweala stop these governors from SAVING in their respective states if they were sincere? how come ONLY Anambra state saved? |
obailala:Are you back again? ![]() ![]() ![]() 1)How much was in ECA? SWF? NLNG? Reserves? etc 2)Do you know that increase in crude oil price means increase in landing cost and increase in subsidy payment?...so it is a blessing laden with lots of poison which APC imposed on us by their refusal to allow subsidy removal ... 3)Do you know that with more recurrent expenditure by Jonathan administration than ANY previous government, that expenditure is bound to be more Especially when revenue isn't commensurate with such expenditure(capital & recurrent expenditures)? 4)So Mr, I need you to without ambiguity tell us here and now; where and how it could have been $20billion in ECA using empirical evidence... ![]() 5)Why has our savings not grown given that buhari has no subsidy payment to take down ECA savings and crude oil price has been extensively above budget benchmark of $38? Plz Sir, Don't dodge questions ![]() Boss anomini kindly help me with that ECA savings sharing chart between states for this Oga to peruse through while answering my questions ![]() ![]() ![]() |
