See if you can hide it in your garri or maybe dissolve it in water and drink. You do need that folic acid sis. All the best!

Thank God you can still pray after downloading, if na me, I go just burst the prayer meeting or I'll sit down all through and do the prayer
Dunno what's up with that appetite that I started with, I was balling then, now it's gone to Jamaica, I just eat in the morning and afternoon around 3/4pm ish, i dont really feel hungry like that o then force myself to eat mango around 6pm to get things moving. maybe it's nature's way of forcing me to reduce fat. #bringbacktheappetite#

Me that eats as if I'm carrying triplets was told by the sonographer last week that it is just one hmm.
And I even lost 0.5kg in the first trimester. I'm wondering where all those shawarma, kilimanjaro meat pies and ice creams (I could kill for these two ) enter.
I hope a surprise weight gain is not waiting for me this trimester. I sha still think the sonographer did not see well. This can't be just one that is making me eat like this

me I cant remember when I tasted coke or pepsi last hmm prolly a decade now since diabetes dey my paternal side of the family, infact i cant deal with sugary things now, thanks to this pregnancy, I can only do with sour drinks like lemon water and I'm alright. It is well!

My love how have you been? I wish I'm like you that can't deal with sugar. Diabetes is not your portion.

I have a steady meeting every Wednesday with a woman that sells banga soup, rice, beans and plantain. I usually send it yonder with Orobo Pepsi and then go for my Wednesday prayer meeting full of energy.

I will first feel sleepy on getting to church (blame it on the orishirishi). But after some minutes, I will be ready to pray like there is no tomorrow

I took very cold zero coke yesterday and big cola today. But don't take it all the time

I take coke or Pepsi once a week. Please mama stay off all those zero-sugar drinks cos they are more dangerous than their other counterpart.

I wish I can find the article I read on such zero-sugar coke, Pepsi and soft drinks.
It is certainly not good for pregnant women.

Although at the end, God is the one that shields us from all dangers and we all shall carry out healthy babies in Jesus name, amen.

Good evening mamas...suddenly the house has become silent...please mamas let's wake up ooo.......I started feeling mild cramps whenever the practice labour comes since saturday but today i noticed a small piece of clear mucoslike discharge on my pant just before i urinated...please does anyone have an idea or experience of this?

I think you should head to the hospital to clear all doubts. All the best dear.

Am a mother of 1 that battled TTC, miscarriage for close to 2 years but Alhamdulillah Allah has answer my prayer but I need a good gynaecologist recommendations from those in Abuja that is affordable because the general hospital close to me is presently on strike.

Welcome mama and the good Lord shall see you through the 9 months of delivery. I also registered in a government hospital, UPTH, and didn't attend antenatal all these while cos I thought the strike would affect that aspect .
I just lazily went there on Thursday and to my surprise, they were attending to pregnant women in full
I was well attended to and even ran most of the test in their hospital lab.

I would suggest you visit that govt hospital close to u and make enquiries first before concluding that they would not attend to you.

The strike affected federal Govt hospitals and we are usually advised to use them cos of their expertise. The aim is almost defeated with this their strike that does not look like it's ending anytime soon. I just tire.

Me I was feeling a bit stronger and I said make I use the machine small and after that I noticed a sprain on the back of my left foot, close to the ankle and it got worse as I couldn't walk again for 2 days now with a lil fever, headache, limping around in pains Thank God dh massaged it last night when he returned from his trip and im feeling a lil bit better but still feeling slight headache and the pains .
It is well with me.

Teamie please dont stress yourself again o. Carry my twins like eggs mbok. Glad you are feeling much better. Just rest well and take lots of water to ease the headache.
