Of course!! I served in Anambra state as a youth Corper, I can tell the government there has serious zeal for their culture. Every Wednesday or so, no student is allowed to communicate with English, you must speak Igbo and every Wednesday is the day where both staff and students put in their traditional attire. That's not their conventional school uniform, it's their tradition wear set aside to be worn on a particular day of the week.. If I'm the governor of my state by Almighty God's grace, I'll make sure I enforce This.
