madridguy: I will edit this before you pour your lies as usual. I need you to know that for any action, there is consequence. The Palestine have had enough and now they are challenging the children killer IDF. Let everyone be mourning their loved ones. Mind you, I have been waiting for you to open a thread about the new published article about the US soldiers massacre " Haditha massacre" in Iraq in 2005 that the US government have been hiding from the world since then.
Here is the link to the news.
https://www.newyorker.com/podcast/in-the-dark/the-haditha-massacre-photos-that-the-military-didnt-want-the-world-to-see
If by tomorrow, the children or relatives of the Haditha massacre go on revenge against the killers of their loved ones, you will open series of thread to call them terrorists, and call people like me that always stands for the truth terrorists sympathizer.
Stop supporting injustice. This is not a wise move by the Palestine.... U dont fignt an enemy that is stronger than you... You go to the drawing board and build yourself... Get good allies... Then come to the negotiation table To get a good deal... |

KarlTom: @ositadima1
Let me drop my 2cents.
Generally speaking, the oil business is a massive gamble. Here's what I mean: the current figures used are all estimates. Secondly, any company with license in the E&P has sufficient resources to serve as collateral for loans. (Even Nigeria used oil to secure loans). The profitability index of each sector is what each company needs to look into.
I don't think funding will be an issue IF OandO wants to secure either WR or PHR (though I feel they will rather build a smaller capacity refinery from scratch because of the moribund nature of those refineries).
Aside loans, they can raise funds through an IPO or RI which I believe will be OVERSUBSCRIBED... Buhari spent over $19b .... in maintaining four refineries ... Within 8 years ... That $19b that disappear with no results... Revampin is a minor issue... If they meant bizness.. They know what to do.... |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Willie2015: 1:18pm On Aug 30, 2024 |
ositadima1: Have you been to the refineries? Those refineries are massive liabilities. It will cost quite a lot to put them back in order, except if they want to use them for scrap. I've been to Eleme refinery, but don't take my word for it. Just do some research on restarting a refinery that has been left for more than 20 years.
Anything is possible in Nigeria; they might sell it at a ridiculous price or just give it away to their relations. When u are the President nephew ? Anything is possible.... |

Sanwo-Olu is really trying with rails
But he needs to also pay attention to the internal road networks and water availability
Most parts of Lagos do not have potable drinking water Fix the rails first... Move 90 percent of the masses to rail... U can then shift to roads... U have less pressure on the roads... So they can last... |

Lifestone: A sales person has responsibility to confirm his/her payment before releasing her goods. It's common sense Until you run a business. A sales girl has no business with money... Cash collection and transfers from Customers should be handled by the cashier.... Cashier authorized release of goods after confirmation of funds... That's the standard procedure. Its called Segregation of Duties...a form of physical control in Accounting... Thats a simple way of preventin fraud and irregularities... No Agbero scammer will come to your shop when u have simple control like this...in place |

Lifestone: Certainly not the owner. The careless sales girl should bear it. I'm happy she resigned, let her start her own business and see how it hurts. For other sales girls resigning means there was a conspiracy, I'm happy the owner dodged a bullet Its negligence also on the part of the shop owner. There should be a dedicated staff handling transfers from Customers... Simple policy that Customers should know transfers will be confirmed before releasing goods... should be in place. Its poor controls over their procedures... |
