With low revenue how do you get enough dollars to stabilize naira .How do you get enough oil to feed the refinery. We are looking at the economy that is trying to stabilize because of some drastic policies and your are talking of seplet and Co price dropping for an opportunity. You want to make money and not be able to sleep because many are hungry/poor and could see you as target.

How could blowing up of pipelines be normal event? So can we say it should continue since it is a ""normal event"? It will surely affect both upstream and downstream companies because some of the upstream companies operate onshore and in shallow waters where their pipelines are vulnerable to these kind of attacks. This is key reason why Mobil, Shell and ENI divested and sold their onshore assets to Seplat, Rennaisance and Oando respectively.

The reason I am beginning to respect Mr Cardoso is for the fact that he was appointed after the President removed fuel subsidy and also floated the naira and everything went up. When he was appointed, he came in from day one under very difficult circumstances. But he was quickly got down to work, without making excuses and began to find solutions. Even when there were so much pressures, he has remained focused.
