You should not enter an agreement you don't intend to keep, doing so is fraudulent. If they have been dissatisfied with the agreement, they should have called for renegotiation not renege. They are responsible for the suffering inflicted on the students that is why NANS is not blaming ASUU but the Fed Govt who started the fight.
