All these complains about Nigerians in diaspora discouraging others from migrating to their country of residence is a load of horse shit
Nigerians naturally like hearing only the good side of japa and not the challenges that comes with it
Its better to be aware of the challenges you might encounter in the country you intend to migrate to and equip yourself on how to tackle them than being taken unawares when you get there

We all heard the judgement of the Appeal Court yesterday and from the looks of it her verdict is final in this particular matter so no Supreme court and I guess FG played a fast one on ASUU.

So this brings me to this Falana should have known the court weren't gonna judge this in ASUU's favour and also he should have told ASUU disobeying the first order from NIC will have consequences but still he jarred them on.

I think ASUU should just calm down and negotiate this matter in peace instead of court here and there cause from the look of things ASUU faulted and FG used those loop holes against them.

Let's be sincere pride is one thing holding ASUU down, we all knows they deserved better from FG but they too should know the Buhari tenure is coming to an end very soon like he said he doesn't want to sign agreement he can't implement and for me it's reasonable few months from now Buhari is off and the next president might fault that agreement if he signed and then the strike continues, so why not wait till the new president comes and then go on a reasonable negotiation with him.

The case is not won by either ASUU or FG yet the court just wants the students to return to class since they are the most affected here.


It's my own opinion though I might be wrong in some places am opened to learning and corrections.

I like what Buhari said that he can't sign what he can't implement
because
the bogus 2009 agreement the previous administration signed but didn't implement completely has been the cause of all this incessant strikes

I went through d post on here and I discovered that majority of d post doesn't even know or understand what's going on with ASUU and fg.
Its a pity that majority of our student doesn't read or care to get into d depth of d situation but,they are just shouting and insulting ASUU cuz of fg blackmails.
ASUU is complaining about peculiarity in d university system and payment with Ippis gateway.fg asked Nitda to put Utas into integrity test,they did and scored Utas 90%,non academics payment system came 2nd and Ippis came third.
For fg to implement Utas became problem meanwhile Ippis has been Indicted of corruption but fg refused to stop using it.Ippis is being managed by consultancy firm with fg paying 3billion for their service monthly.
Majority of us know about d fraud that's is going on with Ippis but why did fg refused to discard it and start using another credible payment gateway for workers?cuz some people are making billions through Ippis.
ASUU raised a point that Ippis didn't captured their allowances but fg promised to implement that into Ippis but failed to do that for over 7months and keep asking Assu to resume work.
ASUU talk about visiting lecturer and professor to another school and how they could get their allowances if they keys into Ippis fg failed to addressed that. They said they lack d number of lecturer and professor to handle all d courses in every Uni hence needs for visiting lecturer and prof from another uni with allowance being paid for such service which Ippis didn't covered.
To those of u insulting ASUU,hope u listened to Ngige on Channels Friday night saying ASUU refused increment of school fees?he said either ASUU like it or not fg would fully deregulate university education.
ASUU said on Jay FM that fg want to hands off funding universities and asked d school fees to be increased to 750k which ASUU refused that doing so would not afford d children of d poor to get education.

2. ASUU appeals the order of industrial court.
