alright, "I Am" = God , abi ? Do u admit that since angels also use the term " I Am" , they must be God?

Since Jesus is God , who exactly is God praying to ?
According to my Bible, God described Himself as "I AM"....
and pray tell where angels used the term "I AM".

Good question. To understand Jesus as God on earth praying to His Father in heaven, you need to realize that the eternal Father and the eternal Son had an eternal relationship before Jesus took upon Himself the form of a man. Please read John 5:19-27 , particularly verse 23 where Jesus teaches that the Father sent the Son (also John 15:10 ). Jesus did not become the Son of God when He was born in Bethlehem. He has always been the Son of God from eternity past, still is the Son of God, and always will be.

Prophet Isaiah prophesized about 500 years before Jesus came to the world in Isaiah 9:6 that the Son was given and the Child was born. Jesus was always part of the tri-unity (trinity), along with the Holy Spirit. The tri-unity always existed, the Father God, the Son God, and the Spirit God, not three gods, but one God existing as three persons. Jesus taught that He and His Father are one (John 10:30 ), meaning that He and His Father are of the same substance and the same essence. The Father, Son and Spirit are three co- equal persons existing as God. These three had, and continue to have, an eternal relationship.
When Jesus, the eternal Son of God, took upon Himself sinless humanity He also took on the form of a servant, giving up His heavenly glory ( Philippians 2:5-11 ). As the God-man, He had to learn obedience ( Hebrews 5:8 ) to His Father as He was tempted by Satan, accused falsely by men, rejected by His people, and eventually crucified. His praying to His heavenly Father was to ask for power (John 11:41-42 ) and wisdom ( Mark 1:35 , 6:46 ). His praying showed His dependence upon His Father in His humanity to carry out His Father's plan of redemption, as evidenced in Christ's high priestly prayer in John 17 . His praying demonstrated that He ultimately submitted to His Father's will, which was to go to the cross and pay the penalty (death) for our breaking God's law ( Matthew 26:31-46 ). Of course, He rose bodily from the grave, winning forgiveness and eternal life for those who repent of sin and believe in Him as the Savior.

So there is no problem with God the Son praying or talking to God the Father. As I mentioned, they had an eternal relationship before Christ became a man. This relationship is depicted in the Gospels so we can see how the Son of God in His humanity carried out His Father's will, and in doing so, purchased redemption for His children ( John 6:38 ). Christ’s continual submission to His heavenly Father was empowered and kept focused through His prayer life. Christ’s example of prayer is ours to follow. Jesus Christ was no less God on earth when praying to His Father in heaven. He was depicting how even in sinless humanity it is necessary to have a vital prayer life in order to do His Father’s will. Jesus' praying to the Father was a demonstration of His relationship within the Trinity and an example for us that we must rely on God through prayer for the strength and wisdom we need.

Alright , is he the same person called Jesus ? OR are they different ? undecided
Yes He is. Jesus is part of the Holy trinity....
Remember I said He revealed His name as "I AM" in the old testament. Jesus also describes Himself this way in the new testament.

Simply put, Jesus is God manifest in the Flesh.
Man was also made in the triune nature of God (i.e Body, Soul and Spirit).

Even all those who have been raised from the dead kept on preaching about God...Just that the devil has succeded in blinding some people. it will take Jesus to remove those blindfolds.

Who exactly do we call " God" ? Whats his name ?
God is the Creator of the Heavens and the earth. The Creator of Man and the senses he is so reliant on for knowledge.

God is God, from everlasting to everlasting.

Bro you actually hit me hard @ bolded; as you may not understand the weight of impact that statement alone had on me.

You just hit the bull eye with the above statement. As no man , group of persons nor any government of the day can in any way alter the incontrovertibility of God's word.

They can misconstrued, misinterpret and manipulate it, but they cannot kill the eternal truth that it reprsents.

Final bullet:

John1:1 In the begining was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God.

Colossians 1:17 He is before all things, and by him all things consist

Hebrew 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power...

stay blessed bro.
Amen, you too

You have no proof about men being weaker vessels in sexual related matters as bible assigned that phrase to women.
Women also get tempted but they have self control.
The way society praise a promiscuous male and frown at promiscuous female is the cause.
If a guy wink, smack lips while staring lecherously at a female, everybody would scream bad guy but a female does the same, they will start calling her all sorts of vile names and then, God and morality is remembered.
A lady who's fittedly dressed would also be raped by some men.
Don't think someone dressed as Adichie won't be raped because she covered up.

They didn't write in cohesion that is why there are many contradictions in the bible.

The Jews do not believe that the old testament has anything to do with Jesus.

Just show me any part of the bible that could not have been written by men that lived at that time.
Contradictions?, well i only know that the devil pleasures in deceiving people.

If the Jews do not believe it had anything to do with Jesus, the Bible is our Guide, not a people.
Here is what the prophet Isaiah said in the old testament about our saviour, about 600 years before Jesus' time on Earth:
"But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for
our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon
him, and by his wounds we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5).

The prophecy of prophet Daniel who lived 500 years before
Jesus (Yeshua) was also recorded in the book of daniel in the old testament:
"In my vision at night I looked, and there before me
was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven.
He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his
presence. He was given authority, glory and sovereign power;
all nations and peoples of every language worshiped him. His
dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away,
and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed". - Daniel
7:13-14

The prophecy of prophet Micah in the old testament in
Micah 5:2 – “But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, are only a small
village in Judah. Yet a ruler of Israel will come from you, one
whose origins are from the distant past.”

Deuteronomy records the words of Moses in
Deuteronomy 18:15 – “The Lord your God will raise up for you
a prophet like me from among your fellow Israelites, and you
must listen to that prophet.”

Prophet zechariah is not left out;
Zechariah 9:9 – “Rejoice greatly, O people of Zion! Shout in
triumph, O people of Jerusalem! Look, your king is coming to
you. He is righteous and victorious, yet he is humble, riding on
a donkey – even on a donkey’s colt.”

If these ones could believe, then im less concerned about who does not believe. God's word stand for ever and ever.

Once again, God is the author of the Bible....
2 tim 3:16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,

God is the author of the Bible. The men He used were inspired, over 40 of them over different centuries. Many of the authors God used didnt even know each other, and they wrote in cohesion. The totality of the Bible focuses on a particular plan. Jesus.

Most of the quotes above are mostly false or out-rightly ridiculous. For example

Sir Ambrose Fleming (1849-1948)
"There is abundant evidence that the Bible, though written by men, is not the product of the human mind. By countless multitudes it has always been revered as a communication to us from the Creator of the Universe".

This is demonstrably false because there is nothing written inside the bible that could not be written by people that lived at that time. Take the bible and any religious scripture or any book of philosophy from that era, compare them and you'll see that they are just the same. The bible reads exactly as the work of the period in which it was written.
Sir Ambrose Fleming was a very intelligent inventor, he recognized that the Bible was written by divine inspiration...Congratulations to you if you think otherwise...if most of the quotes are false, then probe it with facts or shut it.

Just claims that every other sect's members make! Me too have experienced god -- I even ate with him yesterday night.

We know you all live in the fear of your dreadful creator. The incentives you use to worship him is fear. You acquire new members through your evangelism of fear. In fact, many of you are scared of the air you breathe. The painful part is you lot don't provide any tangible explanation to the problems of life, but scare people into your useless belief. Grow your mind and stop living in fear. Ask pertinent questions of your religion and this would free you from your fears.
Nobody offers salvation but Jesus, No sect offers redemption but Jesus. In Him we live and have our being.

if the fear you mean is the fear of God, yes we fear Him. Fear as used in the Bible means consciousness of our Creator (Yirat Adonai). We have wisdom because the fear of God is the begining of wisdom, and wisdom is the principal thing. The existence of your maker is not probable neither is it debatable...You are because He is....Your senses that you are so reliant on for knowledge was given to you.

i hope you find what you seek soon.
