Mr wip, please do you know the modus operandi of mzvize? I read on the closed turkey thread that after collecting your passport from mzvize, they will call you to bring it back when the visa is ready.

MZVIZE is just a collection center that checks if all documents and okay for visa thereby reducing loads from the embassy. TURKISH embassy does the visa evaluations; approves or deny visas. Whatever the case MZVIZE communicate the Turkish embassy results to the students.

Applicants are informed when to come and retrieve their passports in whatever case.

Application and Visa procedure for South Cyprus is different from universities in North Cyprus.

Per year undergraduate fee for SOUTH Cyprus is 5100 euros, Accommodation per 8 months is 1200 euro. Admission application and Visa fee is 500 euro. University will process the visa as soon as the requirements are met.

The application deadline is July 31.

Requirements:

1. Attested copies of Senior Secondary High School Certificates (Olevel)
2. Attested (government hospital, Foreign affairs) original Medical Examinations report issued no more than 4 months for Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B and C, Syphilis and HIV/AIDS.
3. Attested original Police No-Criminal Record Certificate
4. Attested original Bank Letter stating that the student’s sponsor has sufficient funds to finance the student’s stay and studies in Cyprus.
5. Attested original Bank Statement showing that the student’s sponsor maintains an equivalent balance of at least €7.000
6. Attested copy of Passport

Many graduates of Universities in North Cyprus have migrated to various countries to work or further their education.

If you are too scared to study in north Cyprus consider studying in UK, US, Nigeria, Canada etc.

Brief information on the research: Hydrogen sulphide, H2S, is an acutely corrosive, flammable and toxic gas; which is discharged from natural resources (geothermal and volcano areas), coal gasification and petroleum hydro-treatment processes (˃ 10 million tons/year) or present in the Black Sea naturally in the aqueous for. The H2S is considered a disposable broad spectrum gaseous poison, specifically, it prevents normal cellular respiration by rapidly binding with iron-containing complexes in the body. Despite its toxicity, H2S is considered a viable source for hydrogen and sulfur production due to its abundant availability and relatively low thermodynamic decomposition.

What did we do: We collected the toxic gas and designed solar-electrocatalytic system to split the H2S into green fuel (hydrogen) and solid sulphur for use in other industries. The research has opened a new way to mitigate environmental poisons and its conversion to most needed green energy.

Research funding: The research received 25,000$ from Turkish Government which involves the collection of HS2 gas, fabrication of 50 mL solar-electrocatalytic system etc.

In north Cyprus you can apply for the following visas:
1. USA
2. Italy, Germany, UK, Norway, Netherlands, Denmark, Slovenia etc.

I have led my undergrad, masters and phd students to those countries and all my students obtained mentioned visas in north Cyprus ..

YEs all applicants pay 50$ to the university...the money is used to give you 2 free days upon arrival and transport from the airport to the accommodation.

Go through recent research published there to get idea, ensure you choose the topic that you have the equipment to carry it out at your lab and also your supervisor should be able to give numbers of researchable topics.

HIV and Hepatitis patients won’t be issue a residency permit and get deported. This has been said over and over again!

I wish you successful endeavor ahead, I still appreciate your previous contributions, my proposed area of research is still Bioethanol production from lignocellulosic materials , my focus is on toxic compounds, how to remove them or convert them to less toxic compounds. Most of these compounds are carbonyl compounds, they are electrophilics, they can easily form covalent bond with biological nucleouphiles such as s. cerevisiae, therefore become inhibitors, amino acid was used to inactivate the electrophilicity(responsible for the inhibition) of the carbonyl. My question can we use deep eutectic solvent instead of amino acid. . Thanks for your time to read my shallow post.

For a graduate application, Olevel results are not vital. The determining result is the bachelor.

I only deal with applicants interested in studying in north Cyprus for now. However, For Turkey, similar procedure goes. There are lots of universities in Turkey.

Yeah you can be admitted based on the CGPA but no course in Cyprus related to that unless you choose a specific related department and focus on that on your research.

Majority of the universities in Cyprus won’t admit him without a minimum C grade in English.
