No. The reverse is the case as follows: WE ARE NOT GAINING ANYTHING FROM THE NORTH! IF THE NORTHERN LEADERS DO NOT GAIN ANYTHING FROM NIGERIA,THEN WHY HAVE THEY FRUSTRATED THE CALL FOR A SOVEREIGN NATIONAL CONFERENCE FOR OVER 20 YEARS? WHY ARE THEY AFRAID OF CONFEDERATION? |

I wish to educate fellow Nigerians about how to achieve success in MLM in Nigeria if you must do MLM to make a living. I prefer that any serious minded Nigerian stay away from MLM and find something better to do with his time because it is easier to make a profit in gambling than to make a profit in many MLM businesses. Many Nigerians who join MLM come to them with serious intentions but do not know that they are frauds. However some know and still will join in the hope of making some money before the collapse.I am addressing those Nigerians who are being deceived yet do not know out of ignorance. But I have to start with highlighting the fraudulent practices inherent in the MLM business model. Network marketing is one of the best business models but scammers all over the world have created a bad name for it by exploiting the loops in the model to defraud the undiscerning especially in countries like Nigeria. Before you should invest in an MLM in Nigeria, the first wise step is to look diligently for the RIGHT COMPANY to do business with and avoid the many scammers, some cleverly disguised as legitimate outfits. Many Nigerians are gullible who quickly jump into any income opportunity that promises fantastic returns but without painstakingly analyzing the pros and cons of the opportunity and the business model. Several MLM are binary and forced matrix pyramid schemes which are designed from inception to benefit mainly a few persons at the top. All the other participants on the lower rungs of the ladder usually will lose out in a fraudulent system that was designed to rob a foolish majority to benefit the smarter, cunning few! Therefore, avoid any MLM that is operating a binary or forced matrix scheme. This is lesson 1 and there are at least 10 lessons to learn to detect the scam MLMs in the market. MLM or network marketing is the process that retails products via the use of independent distributors who build and manage their own sales teams known as down lines. Each person in the down line is also an independent distributor too with his own sales team. Each distributor recruits others to build a sales force. A major benefit of MLM business model is that the manufacturer easily eliminates the costs of recruiting and sustaining its own sales teams which involve payment of salaries, wages, allowances and pension benefits. In other words, the selling function is outsourced to independent distributors who earn commissions with no strings attached. It is a highly cost effective marketing scheme for the companies that adopt it. Compensation to each distributor would be based on sales made by him and a percentage of the sales made by his down lines. The two major keys to success in MLM: 1) Ability to identify the RIGHT COMPANY doing legitimate business 2) Ability to build a solid down line of effective sales persons Other keys will be revealed as we get along. How to smell and detect the scam MLM outfits in the market In a MLM business, you are in business for yourself but not by yourself. Being in business for you means that you buy the company’s products at wholesale prices and can consume them yourself at wholesale prices. Secondly, you can buy at wholesale prices and sell at retail prices and make a profit. One of the wrong notions about many MLM businesses is that you have to sell the products at retail prices to be successful in the business. You are allowed to sell the products but if you want to realize the bigger incomes, you have to contribute your part in building the company. You build the company by building a network of down lines through which you can channel your products. Lesson 2: Avoid any MLM that has no products for sale. They are not legitimate MLM businesses. Look for a MLM that has a product that meets a need in the Nigerian market and solves a problem for Nigerians (not solving problems for Europeans in European markets). Lesson 3: Avoid any MLM that is focused on the recruitment of persons into the network and which pays commissions for the recruitment. If it pays commissions directly or indirectly, for recruitment or promotes people based on recruitment of others, then it is not a legitimate MLM business to do business with. If you join them, there is a 95% chance that you will be frustrated and come out with nothing. You will lose your investment to the smarter, cunning 5 %. Many of them who give rewards for recruitment are not into any serious business, only money circulation outfits. A legitimate MLM recruits sales persons but does not give rewards for the recruitment of persons. It gives rewards based on sales performance and has a saleable product that meets a need and solves a problem in the market. Those that focus on recruitment and pay for recruitment usually have a product that cannot sell easily in Nigeria and the only option for you is to look for persons to recruit into the network. That is where the fraud is and I will explain in detail as we go along what they derive from the recruitment. Nigerians, do not be fools anymore. Open your eyes and sharpen your brains to see the frauds in many MLM businesses. Nevertheless there are a few genuine ones operating in the Nigerian market, even now. To be updated |
Online article writing is not worth it.Shove it! Direct your energy into eBooks. That is hot cake any day if you can write on what sells. Proofreading too is another goldmine in Nigeria. One day, while strolling, i came across a sales team and was given a handbill. The English in it was horrible. I re wrote it and posted it to the email address on the handbill. Two weeks later, the Chairman of the company, a respected Nigerian, called me for a meeting and that was how i got a load of proofreading jobs from him that paid handsomely.I used the same system to get another proofreading job from an author. His book which i bought was badly written.I got the deal to rewrite the book and the pay is real good. I am not an English or Mass Comm graduate. I studied Finance but I have a natural flair for writing and spotting errors in writing. Then i learnt proofreading and editing online for free at EzineArticles.com and a seminar at SADC,Okota. That is all. |

Unfortunately, he rubbished his political career at the twilight and left the scene in disgrace, disgraced by his own son who stood for fairplay. Rest in peace, daddy. |
What kind of a nonsense is this? The man has no job? Watching a woman's movements all day? Some men are senseless. I've been married for 15 years and have never bothered where my woman goes or coming from.I trust her anyway and if i do not, i still don't have the time following her about.I got better and more fulfilling things to attend to with my time. Woman,Back out now. That man is not worth it. If you marry him, you will regret it all your life. A broken courtship in proven situations is better than a broken marriage. You have been warned! |
I do not understand what is going on here. How much is a ram? Maybe N80k at the most. Those who stole N40 Billion and above, why are they not paraded? Are they not free men? |
Why don't you add washing her clothes and undies to it to perfect your love for her? Some of the women do not deserve the treatment. They'd think you are a fool. True! |
Many writers write primarily for financial reasons i.e. to make a living. That is the main benefit. Another benefit is prestige and status that goes with writing a book. The public views the writer as an authority in his field. Writing can be a writer’s passport to public speaking engagements such as TV and Radio stations and other consultancy opportunities. A writer writes to convey a message. The writer must write in a way that makes the reader to easily grasp and understand the message. A well written book promotes and enhances the image of the author in the public eye. Where a book is badly written, it is likely to be dumped by an average reader. This will mean loss of sales where many potential buyers/readers shy away from the book. A badly written book will have negative impact on the author’s image. Other books associated with the author are likely to be avoided. A well written book makes a good first impression of the author. Where the author’s image is dented as a result of a badly written book, it will cost much more to correct. A badly written book is difficult to market effectively. All the marketing efforts may be in vain. There are many badly written books in the market. The worst book that I have ever seen was written by a Nigerian graduate. The book was not proofread and edited before it was published and released into the market. From the front cover to the last page, the book was loaded with many errors which include the following: Arrangement errors Internal consistency errors Punctuation errors Paragraphs lacking in unity and coherence Grammatical errors (the English was too poor and the construction was too bad) Many other errors. A graduate authored the book! I wrote to the author giving reasons why the book should be rewritten and republished. He chose not to respond which confirms that he is a hungry author who cares less about his image or the reader. An extract of the Introduction in the author’s badly written book is as follows: ‘’ A lot of research was carried out to make this package the total solution to the major Nigerians Internet practitioner’s payment problems. So many Nigerians are so much aware of Internet wealth, but to go about it is their major problem, most especially getting paid for job done on the internet. They all fear the almighty Internet payment system e.g. Paypal, liberty reserve, Clickbank credit cards even our own baking domiciliary account is hell!!! It take me many months of sleepless nights and time to review this online payment problem and finally come up with a better more profiting online businesses you can do and place your Nigeria bank account on, and get your money directly into your bank account, in your so much love local currency which is acceptable here and anywhere you go. I hereby congratulate you once again, for your courage to purchase this write up.’’ It is evident that the book was not proofread and edited before it was released into the market. A proofreader checks for punctuation errors, errors of grammar, misspellings, errors of facts and figures, repetitions etc. Proofreading is different from editing though many proofreaders like me also edit. The media houses usually have the office of proofreader separate from the office of an editor. An editor also can proofread. Editing involves rewriting. The best writer makes mistakes. A writer may not see his mistakes due to the element of bias. Another eye,a proofreader will see better. What an editor edits for include: Clarity, expression and style Vocabulary Paragraph structure and overall structure Citations and references Unnecessary adjectives and adverbs Vague descriptions The badly written book referred to above (name of book and author withheld) failed the test of proofreading and editing. Given the magnitude of the errors in the book, outright rewriting was the recommended solution which the author ignored. The book is about 55 pages which could not have cost the author more than N7000.00 for proofreading. Is the author’s reluctance to pay N7000.00 for proofreading worth the damage to his public image and credibility? I am an EzineArticles certified writer. I have expertise in writing, proofreading, editing and rewriting. If you need proofreading services or training, see signature below for contact details. |

There are no churches in Heaven Focus your attention on Jesus and His Word. Attend a Bible believing Church where your spiritual life can grow. If you are truly decided, the Lord will lead you to the right Church to fellowship with (Mark 8:34)(Isaiah 48:17) |
The Bible says we should not forsake the fellowship of the brethren.Personal relationship with Christ and compliance with His teachings matter more but the type of Church we fellowship in is also significant and must not be taken for granted. If you are in the wrong church whose doctrines are at variance with the doctrines of salvation of Man in the Bible, your faith and beliefs in the Lord will soon become polluted and you will be derailed from God's presence. Some Xtian sects such as Jehovah's Witnesses, Catholic Church, Seventh Day Adventist, Jesus Christ Church of Latter Day Saints operate doctrines which are distorted and totally at variance with the doctrines or tenets of the true Christian faith rooted in the Bible. For example, the Jehovah Witnesses do not believe in the existence of a Heaven or Hell, the resurrection, the virgin birth, the Deity of Christ and many others. If you are among them, how will you be able to maintain a personal relationship with Christ and how can you comply with His teachings when you do not believe in His teachings? The Bible says that iron sharpens iron and that evil association can corrupt good manners. The fellowship you attend matters much (2 Corinthians 6:14-18). |

Its no news. Agreed its a perversion but some fathers do it for rituals to gain fame, fortune, power and wealth, mundane things. One of the frontline, richest business men in N.sleeps with his 1st daughter and this is the ritual behind his riches. The Yorubas say that ''Isale Oro ni egbin''. Not all riches are clean! |

Beware! They dont want to approach a bank because the bank will take steps to verify the genuineness of the collateral being offered and all other details and they will bear the cost of the investigation done by the bank. Then the bank will take a legal mortgage on the collateral to secure it in their name against the loan facility to be able to sell and recover the loan in case of default. An individual they seek to attract on this forum may be gullible, ignorant of those steps and just hand over the money to them while the collateral offered may be just be on paper. He may realise much later that he cannot sell it even if he has to, to recover his money. However an individual giving out such money if he is wise and smart must engage a competent lawyer to verify the status of the collateral and handle all the legal issues to be able to sell and recover the money in case of default. |

He died untimely at 26 or so. After his death,it was reported in one paper that he had a satanic covenant which ensured his quick rise to fame and fortune but hastened his death. To me,he and his music constituted a bad influence on the society. There's nothing to remember him for. |
