You are a big liar, stop saying what you dont know. PEACE Mass transit has the lowest accident rate in any coy in Nigeria and i dont think there is any mass transit bigger than them in Nigeria. They have more than a thousan buses of different shapes and sizes. I started entering it 21 yrs ago. In our school days in UNN until now, students still prefer as a result of low accident rate and cheap fares. If a mass transit owners of 10-50 buses records 5 accidents in a year and peace with hundreds of buses records 10 in a yr, which one is more fatal. If America has an average of 5 plane crashes in a year with thousands of air travelling, and hundreds of airport is still far better than Nigeria with a record of 5 crashes in the past twelve yrs. America may be 10 in 100 thousand air travels while Naija 5 in just 20 thousand airtravels. PEACE still have the lowest accident rate of any masstransit in Naija.

Femi Falana (SAN) has urged the federal government to declare state of emergency in Ekiti State if Governor Ayodele Fayose refuses to resign.

Falana said: “Gov. Fayose should be stripped of the immunity he is currently enjoying by declaring state of emergency in Ekiti, then arrest him to face trial for corruption.”

He stated this during an interactive session with some selected students of Nigerian Law School in Abuja on Thursday 7 July, 2016.

President Muhammadu Buhari says his administration would rebuild Nigeria, including the Niger Delta region, and therefore solicits patience and understanding from the citizenry.

Receiving a delegation of Niger Delta Dialogue and Contact Group, led by His Royal Highness, King Alfred Diette-Spiff, the Amanyanabo of Twon Brass, Bayelsa State, at State House, Abuja, Thursday, President Buhari pledged that under his watch Nigeria will witness judicious utilization of resources.  

"We intend to rebuild this country; so that our children and grand-children will have a good place they can call their own. A lot of damage has been done, so I want you to tell the people to be patient.

"When you get together with other leaders, please pacify the people. We will utilize the resources of Nigeria with integrity and rebuild the country."

The President said the gazette on the Niger Delta amnesty programme by the Umaru Yar'Adua administration is being studied with a view to determining what had been fulfilled, promising that whatever is left would equally be addressed.

"I want to get as much intelligence as possible on the situation in the Niger Delta. I have encouraged law enforcement agencies to contact leaders like you in order to have enough information to deal with the issues once and for all, “the President said.

He sympathized with investors who borrowed lots of money to invest in the Niger Delta region and have not recouped their investments due to insecurity.

He used the occasion of his audience with the Group to reiterate his appeal to those who perpetrate violence to embrace peace and give government a chance.

The leader of the Group, King Alfred Diette-Spiff, said the group was made of peace builders, dedicated to peace and stability in the region.

2 Bayelsa state has 8LGA while Kano has 44LGAs the law of the country say you share the wealth generated 4m Bayelsa by LGAs so by default Kano collects 5.5 times what bayelsa gets so wen you add that your 13% it's means bayelsa receives half of wat Kano gets for contributing less dan 6% 2 d revenue. On the other hand if 1m naira is need 2 make a foundation for a 10stories hospital in Kano you would need 3times that amount 2 build same in bayelsa
