Does the words actually mean anything?

National anthem wey politicians no fit sing.
If they really do pledge and follow the words of the pledge, Nigeria for better.

It’s just mere words. No meaning
How many of them can recite it without mistakes? talk less of doings.

Properties › Re: Paying Of Rent On A Monthly Or Yearly, Which Is Better? by wittywriter: 9:41pm On Sep 30, 2023
Jennyclay:
Paying yearly is better.

I don't really see the value of paying rent monthly anyway. I feel people who pay rent monthly are poor and struggling people.

I mean, why not pay yearly so you could have time to breathe and save up for the next payment when your rent is due.

Monthly rent payments is total rubbish. What if you lose your monthly salary job on a long run or your business collapsehuh How would you pay for the next month renthuh
I pray and hope you get to travel abroad for more exposure and education.
Sis i'm sure you'll say mortgage is also rubbish.

How many investors here please
Going by your aforementioned capital...Why not invest on a venture that you can either get hold of the operations personnel/management board incase things go south.

Better still go into a venture that entails signing a legal written binding/MOU.

I sold all my four cars because at the time , my daughter won the show. I thought that God had finally answered our prayers. I called her on the telephone, and she said God has blessed us. She asked me to do away with all my old cars, or she would give them out to Aboki, any day she returned. So, instead of allowing her to dash out my cars to scavengers, I decided to sell them as scraps and used the proceeds to renovate my house.

Papa, you are old but not wise.

As a man, never you lose your income for any reason.

Going on strike before the payment of September salary is ill advised. Where will the workers you claim to be fighting for get the money to stock food at home?
Stop assuming with despicable ignorance...salaries are paid around 25th
to 29th for most establishments...talk less of government unless this present maladministrative FG & SG decided to owe.
seunmsg:
Stop posting ignorantly for attention on a faceless forum. FG workers are yet to be paid and they are the ones leading the strike.
...SMH @you ...re-read the bolded slowly then you'll realize how justified this intended strike is.
Samakus:
I have not been paid.

But I'm joining the strike 100%
I'll also suggest you look into getting yourself an online income means if you don't already have considering the fact that you have access to internet.
