Everybody just dey slap Trump, he messed with the wrong country. Tinubu sef dey use silent treatment dey injure am as he take dey use silent treatment dey flog crying opposition. If it was other Presidents as we have seen so far, they would have shaking and coming to the media to rub his shoulder. Of course, strong men like Putin, Xi Jinpin, Tinubu, Erdogan, Ayatollah, dem no dey too like talk, they watch Trump barking, they only reply him with actions.
Indeed. Trump's verbosity is irritating and patently uncharacteristic of proper leaders who understand the responsibility that comes with power and lofty office to accept they must do right by all as much as possible.

Many American mental health experts, around 200, actually signed a petition declaring he is unfit to lead because of "malignant narcissism".

Just look at him below, as the epitome of everything leadership should not be about, embarassing the Prime Minister of the UK , in front of world Cameras, by petulantly reporting the London Mayor to Keir Starmer.

Whereas leadership sophistication and decorum should show Trump it is Britons and Londoners who voted Sadiq Khan as London Mayor to serve them, as they have the right to do, and not Trump and Americans.

If you are a patriotic American-Nigerian then you should not be salivating about the bullying might of the USA that wants to move illegally against your nation of origin because the lawless Trump feels he can do as he pleases. It means you don't see things from the Nigerian perspective at all.

I don't need to tell you about how unpopular Trump is right now. Below is the globally iconic and popular Angelina Jolie saying she no longer recognises her country because of the hate, division and intolerance Trump and his right wing band of virulent nationalist are spreading.

Literally thousands of popular American have spoken against the repellent and dictatorial toxicity of Trump and how it is tearing America apart.

I don't expect an African economic migrant to be big on ideals so your slavish worship of the USA , paying your sustenance, is understandable.

Per you ban talks, I don't give a toss about that. They ban me several times a day and I don't care. Nairaland is nothing . By the grace of God, we will all meet someday so some of you know what's up.

What does the bolded below, an excerpt from the link you supplied, indicate other than the fact Nigeria assisted and approved the USA to enter our nation and handle their business?

Or are we to now believe "and our diplomatic efforts" meant USA negotiated with Russia, South Africa or Ghana to enter our nation while excluding our authorities?

I read the news this morning that Tinubu will be going to USA to beg Trump over his tweet of invading Nigeria. In a previous post, I had appealed to Nigerians to explore the option of pressurizing the national assembly to as matter of urgency begin the impeachment of Tinubu and removal of his muslim/muslim government to restore Nigeria's dignity in eyes of the international community. But sadly many Nigerians are still bent on supporting Tinubu's failed government due to tribal and relgious sentiments. In order to avoid additional international embarrassment to Nigeria, Tinubu should not be allowed to go to USA for now. It will not surprising that the invitation to meet US VP Vance may be setup to further rubbish Nigeria's image. Tinubu may be detained on arrival to USA over his drug related case (any other crimes that he may have committed in US which he fought to hide during the last electon) or even on trumped-up charges of aiding terrorism. I will maintain that the best option for Tinubu if he truly cares about Nigeria is resign as president to save Nigeria from further international shame.

Tinubu has too many baggages to continue as Nigeria's president in critical times....
Only those who do not know you people will not have worked out that the bolded section of your post , in two lines, is what you tried to use many lines of sanctimonious rubbish to disguise.

Haters of which nation?

You and who wan do Nigeria?
Blud's acting like Nigeria has the oneness spirit
I know Nigeria does not have the "oneness spirit" and you actually confirm my point. Which is that lack of "oneness spirit, which many others too lack globally, will never prevent a nation full of critical, solutions-driven and pragmatic thinkers from rising above their lack of "oneness" to work together when necessary in the interest of the greater good of all Nigerians.

Northern leader (at political, cultural and religious levels of leadership) are 100% the cause of the prolonged and debilitating religious fundamentalist and bandit terrorism troubling the North and Nigeria by extension.

The day all Nigerians can join hands to put the squeeze on them, as the USA now hints it will do with sanctions against several Northern governors and individuals, is the day we begin to make serious progress against terrorism.

I don't give a toss about any "oneness" BS and I prefer regional governance for my SW anytime and anyway. Yet I am a pragmatist always in search of solutions.

I can key into the concept of working with anything and anyone that facilitates what is in the greater good of society that will prevent us descending into Rwanda-type ethnic genocide madness.

Emotions and sentiments don't help in search for solutions that favours the majority in a society which, in Nigeria case, is the urgent need for peace and security of lives and property that will really enhance the socio-economic fortune of every Nigerian in every State and region of Nigeria.

I am saying, as other adults can do worldwide, Nigerian should focus and see the big picture to understand the need to work together to defeat their common enemy. I am.not asking Nigerians to sit under a tent doing kumbaya and singing songs of unity. Eff that.

US did their research and had people on ground all these years. They have all the data about the genocide. It was all about which administration was ready to confront the situation.
Moslems are probably the biggest victims of terrorist and bandits menace in the North. All this 'projection' you people are engaging in, because you have ulterior motives, is distasteful and sad to witness for those of us who live in Nigeria and are aware of events first hand.

There is no organised, strategically tiered and consistent effort towards "Christian genocide" in Nigeria.

Yes Christians are dying and that, as a Christian, I condemn. Yet such does not blind me to the reality of how the killers murder their own fellow moslems more.

The terrorist and bandits killings/insecurity in Nigeria is so much more nuanced than the narrative the USA, always operating with hidden agendas, is trying to push under a President who sees himself as a messiah ordained to pursue the enshrinement of Christendom globally.

There are issues related to farmers and herder tussle for land specifically stemming from how Fulanis believe violence and killings can help them take over the land of others be they Christian or Moslem. We are seeing this happening in North Central and Kwara today.

There are issues to do with pastoralist, now armed casually with AK47, fleeing southward to escape desertification and then engaging in opportunist crimes like kidnapping since they have AK47 and others don't.

We could go on all day. Bottom line is that the issue is complex and cannot be reduced to the simplistic "Christian genoncide" cop-out the USA , under Trump and his Christian band of extremists, wishes to use burnishing their image as the champions of Christian nationhood worldwide.

Nigeria , by omission or commission, should not abet or be part of their plot. We have our own challenges and should face those challenges alone and steer clear of being the losing pawns of others in a much bigger game.

Nigeria is no threat to the USA in the same way. We all know the unspoken truth about Nigeria which is that this is not about a President simply waving a wand and terrorists and bandits disappear.

Simplistically, it is crystal clear to all upright, critical thinking and honest Nigerians that Northern Presidents, usually Fulanis, won't kill the Killers of Nigerians, and would rather "rehabilitate" and "reabsorb" them into society.

Same North, biggest victims of terrorism and insecurity, will never allow a Southern President (be it OBJ, GRJ and now Tinubu) kill these vicious killers of Nigerians they know must be wiped out for peace and progress to reign.

They will begin shouting "genocide against Moslem Northerners" they will then use to justify inviting their compatriots worldwide, especially in the neighbouring Sahel Nations, to invade Nigeria and fight/kill the "infidel haters of Islam".

This is the constant trap they set for Nigeria meaning we will never overcome insecurity especially rotating power between North and South every 8 years.

A Northern President, even if unhappy to do so, will, for fear of backlash from his fellow Fulanis and Northerners, surely abet and protect terrorist and bandits in his 8 yeats in power rather than wipe them out and set powerful deterent to all Northerner against engaging in such.

The 8 year turn of the South too is useless because, regardless of how resolute a Southern president is to end insecurity, he won't be allowed to fully deploy his power in ways that end terrorism and banditry i.e vja a total and uncompromising war against terror and terrorists, bandits etal.

I am tired of Fulani killers marauding Nigeria and causing death, tears, fear and socio-economic stagnation while Atiku, Sule Lamido, El Rufai, Malami and co santimonioualy call Tinubu names daily, pretending to be seeking the good Governance of Nigeria, whereas they say and do nothing about the menace of their fellow Fulanis to Nigeria.

I have been demanding, for years, that all Nigerians must put petty sentiments aside and insist, with one voice, Northern leaders do the right thing and end insecurity in their region, that is affecting oir entire nation, as only they can.

If it takes the intervention of the USA and the world to kickstart the involvement of Northern leaders, at all levels, in delivering solutions then so be it. The killing, suffering and displacement of Nigerians is too much especially as we know these guys can be wiped out in three months in our armed forces, especially NAF, are given free reign to do the needful.

We are surely heading for far worse than the genocide Rwanda saw with this gradualist and compromised fight against terror likely needing a third force, outside Southern and Northern Nigeria, to intervene in.

Invasion is not necessary.

Trump has already shown the weakness in Tinubu. A whole Jagaban folded in humility and started explaining questions nobody asked him.

/
What weakness? Do you think every leader will be as brash, uncouth plus insultive and ungaurded in talk as Trump is?

This is same Trump who has embarrassed Ukraine's President and wildly attacked Mayor of London as a "terrible" and "nasty" mayor" and "worst Mayor in the World" etc merely because Sadiq Khan is of Pakistani origin and a terrorist in the eyes of Trump.

Trump, always arrogantly, dictatorially and uncouthly overstepping boundaries, did this right before the UK Prime Minister who had to say Khan is his friend politely.

Does that make UK PM, Keir Stammer, weak also or is he just wiser, more decorous and a leader more fit to lead than Trump?

So many leaders also Trump has insulted operating with his lack of decorum. Yet how many replied in kind when they know that to do so is to descend to Trump's lowly level.

The way some of you can support the nasty behaviour below, standard modus operandi of Trump, to put down the decorous response of your own President, shows me most of you lack lives that put you in position of responsibility.or leadership demanding civilised thinking, talk and behaviour.

No and that is because international law forbids that. The rules are very clear about the conditions under which any nation can take military action against a sovereign nation.

I really don't know the sort of self-hatred and lack of self-respect that make some of you think and talk the way you do.

You people will just open mouth, without thinking, to talk as if man, society and nations should not be guided by laws and rules.

A lot of social media users need.a mental rehab instead of having access to talk ignorantly on social media.
Don't mind him. Every day, I find myself wondering the sort of job most Nairalanders do because obvious from their silly talk, that it cannot be a professional or even decent job that requires intellectual
application, logical reasoning and a decent degree of critical thinking.

Lives we live shape our thinking and talk. It is obvious many aren't living lives that allow them rise above idiocy in thinking and talk.

Trump is a disaster many intelligent American are embarrassed with and condemn. I really don't understand how any Nigerian, unless they are self-haters with zero self-respect, would start attacking our President because of Trump’s hideous deficiency as a leader and even human being.

So why is your principal worried ?

In the last 24 hours, memos have been flying left right and centre as they try to debunk the killings happening in that your country called Nigeria…

Remember, Trump doesn’t make empty threats to dwarf countries like Nigeria,… last time I checked Tinubu is not Putin , continue… soon you’ll start seeing US troops in that your country called Nigeria, then Sudan, Liberia, Iran etc, theses countries will be better than your country soon.

8/10 times, Trump doesn’t make empty threats
You are a joker. You think Trump can simply direct illegal acts of military aggression against other sovereign nations, that have not threatened America in any way, and the US Congress will sanction his lawless lunacy?

Everyone are just busy giving their opinion that does not matter and ends on social media space.

Trump has spoken and there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it. Not even Tinubu.

God bless @POTUS
Lol. Check out ignorant talk. Trump is your God and President of Nigeria also ba? Obvious some of you will never shake inferiority complex and worship of 'Oyinbo'.

Otherwise you'd know the bolded in your post is ignorant BS because US Congress will never approve Trump's invasion of Nigeria that has not attacked nor threatened the USA.

Buhari was the Greatest Disappointment Nigeria ever produced. He was opposite everything we thought about him.

We thought he was against corruption to the core, he was more corrupt than any of them.

We thought he loved One Nigeria, but like others with territorial ambition, he loved Fulani more.

Even too weak to go after Babangida, the destroyer of moral values in Nigeria.

As it turned out, Idiagbon was his strength. He fell apart after Idiagbon's death.

Thank you for this:
I agree with the bolded 💯%.
