Very good development. The sick culture of wanting to record everything and upload such online, to include things that can cause extreme distress to others, should be punished as severely and as much as possible. |
SultanYoung:Not true at all. Specially equipped airplanes of the NAF can scan their activities in even the most dense of Forests. It has been a well-known facts that the Nigerian armed forces know where these bandits are and can see them. Yet carpet-bomb the whole forest and wipe out these killers now and the whole North, plus sahel nations of Africa, will declare war on Tinubu for "wiping out our brothers". Nigerians simply don't understand how nuanced and treacherous for a Southern leader the war against terror in the North is. This is why some of us keep demanding regional autonomy so we can protect ourselves because we understand the dynamics and entirety of the war on terror in the North to know it isn't ending anytime soon unless Northerners, especially their leaders at all levels, are ideologically, politically and humanely dedicated to it ending.
|
FuckYeyeMods:Excuses, excuses. The North brought this upon herself. Especially because of leadership dereliction of duties/responsibilities or even sponsorship of this madness because of ideological (religion) and political desperation. Northern leaders, at all levels, have no business agitating for the Presidency when they should be coming together to seek urgent solutions for an existential problem. Their region is on the way to full terrorist destabilisation which would be a greater headache for sub-Saharan Africa. Yet all they can think about is the Presidency and calling Tinubu evil (El Rufai) while they were silent during Buhari's reign that was the regime that allowed bandits, by commission or omission, become a well-sponsored and organised death and terror menace to Nigeria. Atiku for example, showing the insidious malevolence of some Northern leaders I don't understand how Nigerians can miss, remains in Nigeria attacking Tinubu every day. Yet same man sojourned in Dubai for the years Buhari was President and remainded silent to all the terrible things Nigeria was becoming under Buhari and his AGF Malami. They are all queuing up to claim Tinubu is the beginning and end of the problems of all Nigerian including Northerners that Northern leaders have ignored, underdeveloped and disregarded wickedly for decades now. Today that those they failed, i.e the children they failed to educate and develop optimally, are now troubling them. Shameless attempt at scapegoating Tinubu is their only ploy rather than accepting responsibility and getting to work to save their own region and people. Which of Atiku, El Rufai, Malami,Hajiya Naja'atu Mohammed, Sule Lamido, Tambuwal, Babachir Lawal, and the many other current vituperative, unfair and ungracious Northern critic of Tinubu, needs the Presidency before doing what must be done to save the North and her people if any of them are truly responsible, progressive and pro-talakawa leaders? Some Northern Leaders are wonderful but many are 'very dark' and callous souls. Those ones are the problem of the North. 💯% |
Predictor3:Precisely the point I made about their unreasonable nature. A people who have seen the future, and are looking beyond the hopelessness of 'one Nigeria', gather to discuss and plan ways forward for the people and land of the SW. Yet it is one set of people angry and cursing. The reason is simple. They are the only folks unreasonable enough to always have an arrogantly expansionist sense of entitlement over the land and decision-making of others in their land because they feel all land is there for them to move to and dominate. When resisted they begin to fight and insult others. So annoying!!! Are Yorubas, or anyone else for that matter, doing or have ever done similar to them in their Land? As if they even have the sophistication, tolerance and accommodating character to minimally allow others make unencumbered headway in their region let alone Yorubas etsl develop the overbearing sense of entitlement they show others in Lagos and elsewhere. |
timilehin007:You can see how stubborn, unreasonable and covetously malevolent these people are. Sanwo-olu, Governor of Lagos and a Lagosian, has told the entire world at the Citizens and Government of SW conference Lagos is the United State of Yorubas. Yet they are the only one, out of hundreds of ethnic groups on this forum, arguing and insulting others on this thread as if the statement of Sanwo-olu is somehow abomination or attack against them. Yorubas are planning and discussing their own future and that of their land and they are angry, upset to even be spitting fire. What manner of people are these who cannot respect the rights of a people to make choices they are entitled to? It is the mindset of these people that resulted in 20 wars per week across Africa and the world in the past and at different stages in the history of man. Till today, civility, sophistication, progressive thinking and respect for others continues to evade them. |
festacman:What is your business in Yoruba matter? Indigenous Yorubas are complaining to you? Better face your region to accept and prepare for the inevitable future of greater regional autonomy. By the way Sanwo-olu was speaking at the South-West Citizen–Government Engagement Summit in Akure on Wednesday organised by the DAWN commission. https://dawncommission.org/ Pretty sure you people don't have anything like it. Go and learn about their work to know Yorubas have gone far in their determination to utilise regional integration to develop every State of the region as one homogenous and evenly developed Zone. Think matters through to understand whether it is under such an agenda Yoruba Lagos indigenes and Yoruba non-Lagos indigene would still matter. Your divisive post only shows how backwards you guys are in comparison to Yorubas and I feel sorry for you because it is myopic people like you who get overtaken by events with horrendous consequences. |
affable4:Hyperventilate all you want. Your insults means nothing and only displays the precise unreasonable character that makes all, from Accra to Joburg and Lagos, view you.lot as insidious. Fulanis, Hausa, Edo, Chamba, Itsekiri are the one's who dedicate all their efforts to fighting and denigrating their Yoruba host in Lagos or always in pain when Yorubas take decisions? Anywhere in the world, those who assimilate with others wherever they go, rather than seek domination of all else with your obsession with being 'top Dogs ' everywhere, are welcomed and loved. Go and call Ghanaians cowards also because they were protesting and specifically saying they don't want Igbos in Ghana after your brother, as other Nigerians are not doing, overstepped his boundary. |
Educationalserv:Lol. Those ones ke? In this day and age of "charity begins at home" fostering general aceptance of greated regional autonomy shaping Nigeria's future positively, they remain the people casting beady eyes on the land of others as if there is a spirit chasing them away from their own. Look at the bill that Ben Kalu sponsored in 2025 for God sake demanding removal of State of origin from Nigerian identity so Igbos can begin claiming any State and seeking greater inclusion in political and public administration offices there. Same thing Azikiwe and co were obsessed with. Crystal clear their Machiavellian antics has now woken the "Yoruba para pó" spirit in the good people of the SW who nearly lost it all empowering their enemies in our region for decades. whereas it is now an open secret they host agendas of malevolent takeover against Yorubas in the SW and especially Lagos. Na GRV 2027 election loss go funny pass. Lol. |
Jayhome24:Good post and thanks for jogging memories of those who pretend everything before Tinubu became President did not happen. If I remember correctly, Atiku was luxuriating in Dubai, in total silence, while Nigeria was under heavy onslaught from Fulani militant herdsmen it was Obvious Buhari supported by commission or omossion. Obi too, graveyard silent and tending to his beer brewing and supermarket. It was South West Governors (RIP Akeredolu) and State legislators fighting Malami with the full support of Tinubu and all our elders in Afenifere etc while the duo of Atiku and Obi, claiming today they are best to be President today, were MIA. God is merciful. Neither of those two will ever be President because normal, critical-thinking, objective and sane Nigerians would have seen enough from their past conduct and dereliction of leadership duty, at the time such was needed most, to note Atiku and Obi are the worst options to lead Nigeria. |
hafeeanubasy:Excellent post. Their bias and prejudices always cloud everything to include how they reason, talk and act. It was Atiku that directly forced Obi to flee PDP and seek Labour ticket. Obi knew of the gang-up Fulanis had planned for Southern Presidential candidates in their desperation to replace Buhari, a Fulani, with another Fulani, Atiku, after 8 unbroken years in power for our former President. Obi jumped before he could be pushed whereas the braver WIke stood and fought. The plot of Atiku,Tambuwal etal was a very arrogant and distasteful one every upright Southerner should be angry was it shows the disdain som born-to-rule hegemonist Northerners have for the rest of us. Yet the main victims of Atiku’s Machiavellian scheming, I.e Igbos and Obi, found a way to be cool with it all while daily wishing death and woe on Tinubu. Today it can be logically and factually argued that Fulanis cost the Igbos the Presidency they so crave because Obi may have actually won had AtIku, Tambwal etal chilled so Peter Obi could fly PDP flag and be supported with the full might and machinery of PDP. Yet what is reality today? No Anger at all towards Fulanis. Their vitriol, hatred and bitterness is reserved for Yorubas And Tinubu. Same Atiku, Sule Lamido, Tambuwal etal who relegated Obi, failed to show respect for the right Of an Obi to fly PDP 2023 flag after 24 loyal years to the Party, they are best buddies with while they attacked Tinubu and Yorubas daily for "denying" them Igbo Presidency. I only pity those who do not know the workings of the minds of the biggest gaslighters in the world. They are all like Obi. Fulani can do any manner of wrong to them yet they will accept and even continue worshipping same Fulanis. It is Yorubas who have not wronged them they settle on as perennial objects of hate. They are in trouble. After all it Younger Yorubas more exposed and less forgiving, with more cynical worldview, who will take over from the Sanwo Olu's, Dapo Abiodun etal eventually. Unlike those guys, we will not apologies to or indluge those we have done nothing to yet love hating, badmouthing, demarketing and envying us historically as they do Tinubu daily while he ignores them. They are already seeing the results with how more radical Yorubas are fighting back today. Worse to come for them. |
anonimi:If you cannot identify that Atiku destroyed PDP for same broad reason GEJ began the toxic and irreconcilable bad blood, that gave rise to nPDP and an ideological aligned popular push to see Jonathan fail in 2015, then I can't help you with your Wike this and Wike that obsession. |
truthera:You're always over-emotional. Try to think before you rush to post. |
@OP. Yes we do is the short answer. Anonymous blogs online just reflects that reality far better since we can all speak the truth in heart here whereas most tend to be pretentious and dishonest when face to face with others. |
anonimi:About the only balanced comment you've ever made here. GEJ, because of personal ambition, started the decline of PDP. Atiku, a highly self-serving perennial Presidential candidate, then put the Party out of it's misery in 2023. |
njelrapheal:Military coup is no joke. Nowhere in the world would a democratically elected Government take the matter lightly. |
Streetinvestor2:Lol. I am always amused by how the word shame seems one that not a single Igbo person understands the meaning of. Do you inconsiderate and arrogant people appreciate how ludicrous you sound saying the bolded against a people you need for everything, and have flooded their land for your sustenance and opportunities, yet they need you and your barren region for diddly-squat? Why don't you and you people shun greed and materialism to show you truly believe in the bolded in your post by staying away from the Yorubas and the SW instead of coming here daily to make entitlement noise? What's the point reminding daily that you should not be in same country with a people yet such redundant noise only mocks your lack of principles since you cannot stay away from those people and their land? |
DomPerignon:This is why they have problems everywhere they go. Have you not noticed non-Nigerians, like Ghanaians, now deliberately call out Igbos for their lack of moderation? Many are now more aware of their specific domination agenda and nuisance that separates them from other Nigerians. https://www.premiumtimesng.com/opinion/105036-how-the-igbo-introduced-tribalism-to-nigerian-politics-by-femi-fani-kayode.html?tztc=1
|
DomPerignon:Thank you. Imagine their Messiah Obi took a camera crew to a plot in Ikeja to begin shouting about "lawlessness" over land dispute with a judgment that went against him. Today, we've not heard anything from him. If their messiah cannot lead by example, to do the right thing rather than cry wolf and point accusing fingers, why would anyone expect anything else from ordinary Igbos? Only they alone, always, are "victims" or being "unjustly persecuted". |
Hemanwel:Well, you know what they say. "Talk is cheap" so go ahead and "escalate it" all you want. All empty noise at the end of the day. |
DomPerignon:They don't seem to understand we are past the age of empty gaslighting of others. Today, Nigeria is still only essentially sane overall because of the SW and SS while their combined lunacy, lack of restraint, lawlessness and unreasonable character has ruined the SE, NC,NE and NW. Viewed in terms of worth to Nigeria, the Igbos and the SE are currently deficits yet they keep going around with a sense of entitlement and threatening others doing the right thing while they and their co-travellers up North have made Nigeria a terrorised nation officially. The nerve of these people. |
Hemanwel:What then are you saying then with the bolded in your thread below I responded to? You are offering Yorubas hugs and flowers? Hemanwel: |
Hemanwel:Lol. Let the Hausas and "other tribes" speak for themselves. So far, they aren't claiming we are chasing them out. No one is, out of over 200 ethnic groups in Lagos and the SW, but you guys. Go and think about that. |
Hemanwel:Look, forget the empty threats. Anyone trying to deliberately harm the Yorubas, be that you people or Fulanis, will lose out. They would be self-harming as we aren't the best of the four biggest ethnic group of Yoruba, Igbos, Hausa or Fulanis because of political power or any damn Presidency. We stand out and are the greatest asset to Nigeria in comparison to you other big for nothing ethnic group because of our moderate, productive, progressive, tolerant and comparatively law-abiding character. I don't Need to remind you it is because of Igbos and Hausa/Fulanis that the SE, NE, NW and NC are now terrorised and socio-economically stagnant regions of Nigeria with IPOB, Boko Haram, ISWAP, Fulanis bandits etal officially designated as terrorist groups. Go and fix up and stop projecting your malevolent and vendetta-driven wishes on the Yorubas and SW. You should wake up daily and thank God we are in Nigeria rather than the nation containing you people and your similarly violent, terror-loving and unreasonable acolytes only. |
AMINDA:Even as the claim of OP is ludicrous, I must ask how any "Southern alliance" can ever be built with those who only know how to take from others with no interest in giving anything in return. That is what is called a parasitic relationship where you get all you want from the accommodating and tolerant SW yet Yorubas cannot go to the clannish, bigoted, intolerant and hostile SE to live fulfilled, empowered and opportuned lives. |
Hemanwel:Aren't you confused here? You accuse Lagos of chasing out Igbos. Why then would everyone "leave the SW for only the Yorubas" if it is only Igbos being hounded out according to you? |
Atlantis585:Lol. Wind them up enough and the bigotry, the main influence for all they write, soon rears it's ugly head. This is why it is importance to be patient in life so that people like you expose yourself and your motivation. Obvious now that hatred of "sad wastener" Soyinka, the world regards a global treasure, is guiding your talk. |
tpain121:Lol. Sharp guy don bust me. Na 20k sef and they haven't even paid me for a month month now. Really hungry bro. Any hustle for your end? |
