Penguin2:Seems you don't know not understand the nature of Atiku. This is a Fulani man who was very serious about replacing Buhari, a Fulani who had served two maximum term of four years each as President, without consideration for the potentially permanent and detrimental consequences such may have on the peace and unity of Nigeria. Atiku embraced and accepted th huge risk of being the possible cause of a rift that would never be healed and would ultimately lead to the break-up of Nigeria given that rotation of power between North and South was suggested and accepted to tackle how the North denied Abiola, a Southerner, his rightfully earned Presidential mandate. Abacha usurped the legitimately earned turn of a Southerner to be President. The development caused a lot of bad blood, especially as Abiola and his wife died during the fallouts of the saga, I am sure would have eventually broken up Nigeria had the Yorubas had not been appeased. Atiku was ready to be the reincarnation of Abacha in his desperation and thoughtless selfishness to become President in 2023. Will such a desperate character, ready to damn the consequences of Nigeria burning and raging with division and instability as long as he is President, step down for Obi? It is not rocket science bro. |
iwaeda:Nothing sadder than those who cannot see the writing on the wall. Like you. |
Jakumo:Well-said Jakumo. Don't expect him to accept your request though. They are all brainwashed to love, back and worship hatepreachers plus those who are divisive elements galvanising them in victomhood and hatred of 'outsiders' they blame for all their woes. |
jamesversion: Please be sensible and reasonable. An autopsy is where the inquest should begin for sensible and rational people. |
AMINDA:Lol. Is that why Lagos is one of the safest States in Nigeria by far despite hosting 23 million plus Nigerians which is the largest by far of any State in Nigeria? Meanwhile Kaduna of El Rufai was a condemnable mess of sectarian killings of Christians in Southern Kadua under your messiah with the situation now only improving under El Rufai's successor. Direct confirmation of El Rufai's anti-Christian complicity his successor rejected retaining. Same odious El Rufai who confessed he paid Fulani terrorist to stop butchering Christians in Southern Kadua is now your hero. He is paying murderers to not murder innocent Nigerians when they should be wiped out? This same El Rufai, a Fulani supremacists to the core, bragged: "We will write this for all to read. Anyone, soldier or not that kills the Fulani takes a loan repayable one day no matter how long it takes." Can any political leader who Yoruba, Igbo, Ijaw, Ekoi, Mumuye, Edo, Itsekiri, Igala, Idoma, Tiv, Urhobo etal make such a bloodthirsty threat against the entire Nigeria without huge outcry? Does this not show who and what El Rufai truly is? Your support for this character, to claim he is "head and shoulders" above the moderate, peace-loving, tolerant and visionary Tinubu, speaks volumes about your desperation to see "Yoruba President" depart Aso Rock to the extent you are willing to back any manners of evil you think can help you achieve that fantasy. I will refrain from saying what I really think of you as I know such will get me banned but don't be fooled many here do not know what you are. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vanguardngr.com/2016/12/weve-paid-fulani-stop-killings-southern-kaduna-el-rufai/amp/ I'm

Real talk I challenge anyone to factually dispute. Most importantly and critically, Mallam El-Rufai represents the class of opportunistic intellectual politicians. He is a master of the system who has served at the highest levels of the BPE, the FCT, and Kaduna State. His critique of weaponizing security rings hollow to many, given his own record of governance. |
overall90:Lol. Did FFK, Omokri, Bwala, Keyamo and others, all previously fierce critics of Tinubu, not denounce their previous stance and political paymasters, to now be passionately working for PBAT? Fact is that we are all learning and growing in life. That capacity to learn and grow does not end till we die. The boss and interest you serve passionately today may seem like huge miscalculations tomorrow when you encounter a much greater boss and greater purpose. Many detractors of Tinubu, when they actually met the man and his visionary brilliance, simply realised whoever or whatever interest they previously worked for pale into insignificance in comparison to Tinubu's political sagacity, bravery, vision and leadership brilliance. We can all be guilty of hating and misjudging others because we serve camps and interests opposed to them. Additionally, we have never met them to know precisely their intention, plans and thoughts . Omokri and Bwala previous stalwarts of Atiku, began to see the policy bravery and brilliance of Tinubu that showed them Atiku is a big fraud and unfit character when we are talking of statesmen and nationalists who mean the best for Nigeria and ready to walk the walk while Atiku only talks the talk from Dubai. Keyamo and FFK etal simply realised they were worshipping an inferior God (PDP) once Tinubu showed politics should be about delivering for the people and not blind devotion to religion, ethnicity, creed, culture and political affiliation. Tinubu inspires even cads and those who may have lost their ways, despite being innately brilliant, to be dedicated to the cause and perform excellently. Today, no one can deny Keyamo is one of the best Aviation Minister we have had since our current democracy began in1999. Imagine if Tinubu had pettily focused on Keyamo's past criticism of him to then reject a leader now an excellent aviation Minister? Bosun Tidjani nko? A fierce and ungracious former critic of Tinubu that our President still approached to head a Ministerial portfolio. Today Tidjani is a performing ICT Minister and bright light of Tinubu's cabinet to the extent El Rufai bragged he will retain Tidjani once him and his fellow Fulani Imperialists and born-to-rule hegemonists (in their dreams) depose PBAT in 2027. FFK too will deliver as an Ambassador because leaders like Tinubu excel by forgiving, forgetting and rising above petty sentiments and unproductive enmity to bravely and visionarily set example those below them can key into and be inspired by to then dedicate themselves to serving to the very best of their ability. |
MarketDispatch:I am not a fan of FFK but I dare you to factually fault his message if you can. Tell us what he said that is unproven, or a lie, against Obi. |
Dalohad:Where did he lie against Obi? Is Obi not a glorified petty trader and conman with no history of commendable or even mediocre political leadership? A total and forgettable failure many of you cursed while Governor to be praising a 'messiah' fawningly today. What are his legacy projects for you people to be comparing him to the ankle of Tinubu let alone the whole man, if not that extreme bigotry predisposes you to inordinate love of your own, however unfortunate and worthless they are, and extreme hatred of others? Where are Obi's mentees when Tinubu has thousands, literally, from virtually every ethnic group and States of Nigeria? What sort of leader, who wishes to preside over a nation, has never built anything at all nor shown himself minimally adequate at solutions brokering leadership at political Party level? Tinubu leads every Party he has being involved with while Obi is anonymous (PDP) and/or divisively toxic (labour and APGA) in every one he has used parasitically used for his political ambition. Only you people I know who do not have what normal folks have which is the capacity to see the distinguished achievements, solutions provision brilliance and undoubted talent of other once you hate them personally. |
naptu2:Well-done. Going around attacking perceived enemies online, abusively and without restraint, is their nauseating character. They are so invested in their bigoted and ethnocentric project to the extent many have lost their mind and no longer recognise the concept of democracy. The way he barked at you, believing you a Tinubu supporter, shows how they wish to brainwash the world to believe support for Tinubu is criminal and evil while supporting their own candidate is virtuous and a duty for the rest of us. Very odious fascists. |
naptu2:That's what it is. Deep frustration, bile and hateful bitterness against others they blame (mainly Tinubu) for preventing the emergence of an Igbo Presidency they are so desperate for. Atiku too stands in their way and so too the entire gang of Northern supremacists and born-to-rule hegemonists. Yet they dare not attack those ones. It is Tinubu and Yorubas they foam at the mouth against daily and reserve their most toxic bile for. Tears loading for them in 2027. They know it as well hence the reason they are literally snapping off the heads of others online they believe to be Tinubu fans. |
DomPerignon:Absolutely. Yorubas youths who voted healthily for him in 2023 have seen through him. He is now a turnoff to many in the SW. Middle belt he will fare worse than 2023 to see a significant drop in support. Only the SE, because of ethnocentric sentiments, he can count on to do well. |
simpleseyi:Lol. Or Atiku doomed congregation. ADC. |
DomPerignon:Lol. Well-said. His main claim to fame today is that he has the most toxic, most anarchic and most radical supporters, by far, out of all those who want to be President of Nigeria. |
P CyynthiaKiss:For once, I agree with you 💯%. |
What this shows, as some of us have insisted, is that Nigeria is running the risk of Fulani terrorism taking the Country down. As the Fulani terror network grow in number and financial might, they will co-opt greedy, unprincipled and criminal non-Fulani to join their terror network. Same thing is happening in the middle belt where Christian and non-Fulani criminals are gun runners and probably even fighting allies of Fulani terrorists. |
SonOfDSoil01:They need to make the bolded make sense but they will never be able to because no other demanding secession worldwide prosecute their demand for it as hypocritically and as illogicaly as this lot agitate for Biafra. |
SonOfDSoil01:They never listen to themselves sincerely nor look in the mirror to not note how delusional they sound and look to normal folks. |
bewla:Please never let people deceive you with abridged version of the truth that serves their agenda of deception towards keying into/supporting their ulterior motive. Do a few minutes of research and discer the full truth and scope of the matter. https://www.google.com/amp/s/punchng.com/sanwo-olu-defends-makoko-demolition-announces-palliatives/%3famp Sanwo-Olu defends Makoko demolition, announces palliatives |
Alsenora:They are clowns just like their Agulu messiah who wants anointing rather than contest primaries like a man. They also want the presidency handed to them and their messiah because they say so and feel that insulting the hell out of others, or taking some dubious moral high ground we know they are never about, will see them all in Aso Rock. They and their messiah are toddlers and jokers not ready to man up |
ablejesus26:You can weep, gnash teeth and lash out against Yinubu all you want. Mr.Emergency lover of Nigeria and overnight 'good governance advocate'. That will still not help your Agulu messiah ever become President. The seat is no for incompetent weaklings and cowards. |
obrian888:Let me guess, your Agulu messiah won ba? |
gidgiddy:Fro Christ sake, do you never grow intellectually or how many times must I chide you about your silly and senseless rebuttal above? Again, the Nigerians who move to other Countries are very different to you guys in that they do not get to those Countries to begin shouting that their host hates them, are their worst enemies in the world, plot to destroy them and their business daily to then be telling those people in their land you wish to have your own nation away from then.. If you live in the UK or USA and daily make hateful and separatist noise against Brits and Americans you will simply be told "go back to your own fcking Country if you hate us and our nation so much". You people just get away with your BS non would tolerate globally because Yorubas are too chilled and many lack exposure, that some of us have, to note you don't make separatist, hateful and secessionist noise from the homes of those you hate and insist are the cause of your problem you wish to be away from. That is insulting and odious hypocrisy non bar the Yorubas tolerate from you. When I say I want regional autonomy, I have the uprightness to say it from Yoruba land with full confidence in the fact I am happy in my SW and do not wish to go and live in the North, SE or any other part of Nigeria permanently or anytime soon. Especially if, as obtains with you guys, that entail shouting in a town square In Anambra or Kano I hate Igbos and Fulanis and they are the cause of my problem while sane people wonder what I am doing living, trading and working in the land of those I hate when I can go back to where I am from and all will be well with me. |
Gajagojo:The bolded is my point precisely. It is also okay to not be a Tinubu supporter but crucially, as you appear to be, it is important to at least side with Nigeria and what is best for her even if one has issues with her leaders. |
OneCandleAway:Is something wrong with you? You see "insult" in my post and not their own. Precisely same as an observer, who is certainly not neutral, noting a white supremacist attempt to demean and humiliate black man only to remain silent . Yet when the negro responds to defend himself that is when you find your sanctimonious voice to berate him. Abeg shift. You must be blind to how every development or discussion here is an opportunity for these people to attempt taking some mythical pound of flesh from Yorubas they believe we owe them. |
Gajagojo:Top post start to finish that says it all. Nigeria, no capping, would be a great nation if many reasons as you do. The list of pivotal achievements of Tinubu you put up, that all Presidents before him have avoided speaking of let alone implement, I can add 10- 20 others to effortlessly. Including MREIF government-backed low interest 20 year mortgage scheme, student loans, stupendous infrastructural development push across Nigeria, floating of the Nigeria to remove two tier rating (bank and black market), unique and new forest gaurd innovation etc, etc. The bolded is correct about many being about rhetoric and populist soundbites. Whereas If we do reality of where some of the most positively transformed nations of the world started from and where they are today, crucially factoring in what their people had to endure and sacrifice, can it be argued that the transformation of Nigeria is abnormal or especially more punitive than others stoically endured? Our people are just lousy and the severely disruptive ethno-religious bias of many Nigerians does not help either because it is what predisposes many against being incapable of looking at a leader or situation dispassionately. Were Obi to be President and going about issues the exact way Tinubu is, then his people will be staunchly behind him and his greatest cheerleaders today with an example being how they all claim Kanu is completely innocent of involvement in terrorism. I personally think Singapore etal bounced back spectacularly because of the mindset of their human resources. Whereas Nigerian human resources is 'severely challenged' to say the least meaning the leader who will deliver Nigeria will need plenty of divine assistance behind him/her.n |
[ helinues:Don't mind them bro. They need to hear the truth sometime even as we know many of them are hateful and delusional anarchists the truth means nothing to. |
DatNiggaDaz:You are the one lamenting as an adult who behaves like a child who cannot deal with facts. What do Yorubas need from you to court unity with a people behind us that we have nothing to learn from? Did you not rush to copy Amotekun to create Ebebeagu? Where is Amotekun today if not waxing stronger as the best complementary security force to the NPF whereas Ebebeagu has long been disbanded for armed robbery, extortion, extra-judicial killings, human rights abuse etc? What does that reality tell sane and dispassionately neutral people about our character and yours,. juxtaposed side by side, in the wider context of who will ever seek unity with the other or who needs to learn from others to better themselves? Grow up and talk/think like an adult because reasonable people who come here daily to see what you lot post must believe it is easier to see Jesus serving food on the streets of a Nigeria than meet a reasonable, sensible and balanced adult from your region who thinks and talk as if they can conquer emotions and sentiments to reason properly via working with reality. You lot are all "Buhari is dead and replaced by Jubrin" fantasists. What Southern unity are you divisive lot granting or have power to grant? As if anyone wants unity with you people who, predictably, only brings hate and Vendetta-driven malevolence against your fellow southerners and Nation to the table. |
AAEEI:What makes Tinubu "thoroughly undesirable"? Perhaps it is you who lack exposure and knowledge to understand what others like Singapore did to move from slums, shanties and dysfunction to one of the economic powerhouse of the world regularly voted one of the best nations to live.in on Earth. Go and ask Singaporeans what they went through to understanding what Nigerians must also go through even as you ignorantly and simplistically think deep and fundamentally destructive damages done over many decades, far greater Than Singapore sustained, can be wiped away in 2 years to turn Nigeria Buhari left behind into Dubai meets Singapore. |
DatNiggaDaz:When are you people going to stop making any and everything about your butthurt (Google it) vindictiveness to get even with Yorubas because of all the self-inflicted losses you have caused yourselves unnecessarily fighting and envying Yorubas over one thing or another when we no send una yesterday, no send you today and will never send you tomorrow? Who goes to live and settle with who? Who needs everything from others while others need nothing from them? Answer truthfully to then understand who would be seeking Southern unity and those that do not give a toss about it. We are the least-dependent of the big four (Yoruba, Hausa, Fulani and Igbos) on any 'unity' with others, factually and according to how we live on the ground, let alone you guys from the SE we need for absolutely nothing. Stop bigging up your inconsequential region and people. When push comes to shove, it is only Yorubas from the South, out of the big four ethnic groups, who have shown the capacity to fight their own battles and win. Fact. 2027 will be no different and even assuming we need any assistance, it is not you hateful and vindictive people, lacking capacity and influence, we will turn to. Never. |
