A Nigerian man who doubles as an entertainer and a journalist, Christian Eloho Usioyibo and his new wife, Comfort Religion arrived at the venue of their wedding in a tricycle popularly known as Keke Napep.

Christian popularly referred to as Anointed Aboki Comedian and Comfort got married on Sunday, November 14, at Living Faith Church in Oleh, the headquarters of the Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State.

Their grand entrance with the tricycle was quite amusing to the guests around but the couple looked as happy as can be as they made their way into the church to seal their lifetime union.

A 34-year-old man, has surrendered to the police after he killed another man after allegedly catching him having sex with his wife, in Dedza, Malawi.




Mbungule Faisoni, of Mchira village, Traditional Authority Kaphuka in the district allegedly killed 54-year-old Lembetsani Tchaison, claiming that he caught him red handed having sex with his wife in the garden.

Dedza district police publicist Cassim Manda, who confirmed the incident on Friday, November 12, said the murder offence happened on November 5.

After committing the offense, Faison fled to unknown destination and was on wanted list by Dedza Police until Thursday, when he came out of hiding to surrender himself to the said station.




Faisoni told police that he fears he will be killed by the deceased family member.

Recall that videos of the young lady celebrating her sign out from the institution after her final paper went viral because of the inscription on her shirt.

The lady identified as Peace Ufuoma, from the department of Microbiology donned a shirt with the inscription “Aggressive malpractice brought me this far”, for her sign out parade.

The inscription on the shirt which can be interpreted literally as she cheated her way through school has now landed her in trouble, as the school has now set up a committee to investigate her all her results from her first year in the university.

The management, in a statement released on Thursday, said the decision to probe the student’s results was taken at a meeting held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021.

A Nigerian father identified as Oyefeso Saheed has been remanded for giving out his 12-year-old daughter Woloaded understands that he collected a HP laptop as bride price.

On Monday, Mr Saheed was remanded by a family court at the Oke-Kura Correctional Centre in Ilorin for the act

Magistrate Shade Lawal also ordered the remand of the victim’s purported husband, Ismail Lawal, 32, beFore adjourning the case till Wednesday for further mention.

Earlier, the prosecutor, Sergeant Akinjide Adisa, said that the matter was reported at the Adewole police station by Aishat Temem, a member of the state branch of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA).

He said that the matter was reported after the complainant had received a call from the victim’s school principal.

The prosecutor also told the court that the purported husband gave the victim’s father a HP laptop as the bride price for the marriage.

He then prayed to the court to order the remand of the two defendants on the basis that the offence they allegedly committed were non-bailable.

The defendants, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against them

Video footage has captured the moment a man rained some cash on his pastor during a church service.

While Nigerians are still in shock over the death of veteran singer and songwriter Sound Sultan, who passed on on Sunday, 11th of July, 2021, the latest report has confirmed that the singer has been laid to rest in the United States.

Sound Sultan, a Muslim faithful while he was alive, was buried according to Islamic injunction at a cemetery in New Jersey on Sunday, July 11.

Nigerian singer, Olanrewaju Fasasi, popularly known as Sound Sultan has died at the age of 44 after a battle with cancer.

This was confirmed by Dr. Kayode Fasasi, in a statement disclosed on behalf of the Fasasi family.




The statement reads;




“It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Multi-talented veteran singer, rapper, songwriter, Onlanrewaju Fasasi a.k.a Sound Sultan.

He passed away at the age of 44 following a hard-fought battle with Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma.




“He is survived by his wife, 3 children, and his siblings. We, his family appreciate the utmost privacy as we come to grips with this tragic loss.”




The late singer was also a songwriter and an actor. He was regarded as one of the pacesetters of modern hip hop music in Nigeria according to Wikipedia.




In 2012, it was announced that Sound Sultan was made a UN Ambassador for Peace for his exemplary lifestyle and career.

According to the PUNCH report, some friends and fans of comic actor Baba Ijesha have resorted to creating a GoFundMe account to cover his legal fee.

The fundraiser titled the GoFundMe account, ‘Help Olanrewaju Omiyinka with Legal Costs.’

According to the PUNCH reports, the fund was organised by Oladele Matti, who resides In Dublin, Ireland. While the target of the fundraiser is €50,000, they have so far raised €20 since the account was opened about nine hours ago.
