Good people….
Someone told me they pay £20 per year for Road Tax (on a 2nd hand car). Meanwhile mine is like £300 annually.
Are there truly cars with such low road taxes?
Please help
Road tax is free thanks to the Model 3's lack of emissions, while company-car users will also benefit from a 0% Benefit-in-Kind rate in 2020/21. The Model 3 is also exempt from the London Congestion Charge and London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) charge.

I like to encourage women into tech and help them with their journey but because I do this for free, I’m not always available and don’t take too many people on. I just stand as support, someone to rub mind with, cheerlead and help plan career. There’s another lady that helps, I don’t believe she charges (she may), I got her permission to put her name here but I need to respect her privacy so I keep deleting it. You can find her on LinkedIn. Barbara Wallington.
I'm in dire need of mentoring too oo

Currently a Perm. I had an assessment which deemed me then to be inside but the implementation was postponed so I and others appealed. That contract has ended now and I am back to perm. Looking to go back though even if I am deemed inside IR35, this permanent thing is not working for me.

For me in my 2 contract roles so far, it's been 1 interview each. The second role was 1 and half. The half was for them to see me in person and lasted less than 20mins because I extended it with my questions so that my transport fare will not waste.
That's one of the advantages of contracting. I hate long recruitment processes.

Modified.
Actually all my jobs in the UK, Permanent and Contract have been 1 interview only.

Luckily, I didn't do care, chambermaid, peke,
early momo and ode grin

I was a skillful pot washer. However, I diversified into a hotel night cleaner and got assigned some function halls to vacuum.. Lord have mercy!!! This was a 7pm to 7am. The halls were so big by the time you do just one stretch, your back would be creaking... Mo ya japa!

Please I need advice here. I'm in Edinburg Scotland and since I came in here last month, it seems every Nigerians I met are into care assistant jobs.

I have done two shifts on the job and didn't like it but I was told that it's the easiest means to make money and pay the rest of my tuition.

Please is there any shift that it's not too stressful and have long hours that one can be doing here? It's just tiring taking care of residents that are either dependent or demented.
Brings back good memory of the days i used to work as a kitchen porter, during interview when they ask if you have got any experience..you'd have to drop the gigantic lie that your parents have big restaurant back home and you're their main dishwasher.

I wish you all the best in your journey bro...life has a way of working itself out if you dont stop trying.
