Phones / Returnof Phone Recharge To Bank Accout by wordychap: 6:00pm On May 14, 2023
I intended to recharge my airtel line with N1,600 from my bank account but mistakenly did N16,000. The money didn't even enter so I went ahead t recharge N1,600 again. The second recharge entered my phone then later the N16,000 also entered.
How can I get my N16,000 credit returned to my bank account?
Called the network customer care and they advced I go to my bank. Can anyone help with a better suggestion, pls?

This Osedeke or whatever his name is needs psychiatric evaluation. He is the cause of what staff of university's are facing at present; withheld salary's. University's are closed during election, Osedeke or whatever ho and lecture empty seats.

Business / Do Atm's Underpay Or Is It Deliberate? by wordychap: 10:22am On Nov 28, 2022
Went to a GTB ATM machine in the banks premises to make a withdrawal of 40k. Normally I make such withdrawals Iin 20k batches ie. twice, but this time, seeing the 40k option I picked it and it paid!
I'd expected the machine to dispense it twice; in 20k batches, but surprisingly it pushed the bulk through for me to take. Got the money and decided to count. To my surprise the money turned out to be 39k. Didn't believe it so had to count over and over again; I was the only one on the machine at the time. When I was certain I hadn't miscounted, I supposed maybe 1k got stuck inside so decided to withdraw 5k hoping it'll push out my 1k ( such things can confuse a man). My 5k was what was given to me, nothing more.
Made a complaint and was told it could be a rare dispense error that after 24hrs they'll check and if there's any excess 1k it will be returned to me.
Well, I gave them more time and returning to the bank today, I was told no excess was found and 'like my 1k is my donation to someoe.'
Guys it's gotten to counting money you withdraw from an ATM but unfortunately if it's not complete, sorry.

I live in Akwa Ibom and i must say the must unqualified aspirant is Udom Emmanuel. If he cant govern akwa ibom, how is he supposed to Nigeria. All the achievements of the former governkr Godswill Akpabio has been undone by him; damaging roads eg adjoining roads to emom iman junction by blocking the junction in the name of constructing a flyover, audio companiea etc

Politics / Re: Fuel Subsidy: Nigeria Will Pay A Price, Borrowings May Continue – Femi Adesina by wordychap: 10:07pm On Jan 27, 2022
This govt should stop decriving themselvee.
Crude oil price determines price of petrol.
At a certain price of crude oil, no subsidy is paid for pms. Lower than this, nnpc makes profit from sell of pms. At a higher crude oil price, subsidy has to be paid for pms to remain 165naira but at this higher crude price, nigeria earns more because nigeria exports crude. It has always been a blessing to Nigeria when crude oil price goes up because the country earns so much more foreign exchange compared to what they have to pay for subsidy. But in buhari's government, nigerians most sufer/borrow when crude oil price goes up becausr they have to pay subsidy. Tell us what you do with the extra foreign exchange at high crude price.

Why did you pay if you got authenticate papers from the office? why did you pay?
I got the papers from the BIR office through a staff there i gave money to. I overhed the VIO conversation with his office telling him my papers ought to have expired February 2021(just checked now through autoreg and its true), then i saw their script of a fine of 50k for fake papers. Mind you they were working with policemen and the option was to take the car to their ofrice- that usually attracts more expenses at the long run especially this being a weekend and time was far spent risking the car sleeping at Vio office.
Its just a sad experience which will never happen again to me.

Just used this link to check and verify that my vehicle papers had actually expired in February 2021, meaning the last one i did that february was either faked or offline (whatever that infers). Thanks

My brother. This generation, we don't go to their office to renew papers anymore.

You can do that in the comfort of your bedroom.

In Kaduna, we use "https://kadvreg.net" to renew car papers at zero cost.

I think anyone can use it from any state.

Sorry bro, but I still feel your document were correct.
Maybe they lied to swindle your hard earned money.
I overhead the conversation with their office, cthe phonecwas on speaker.

why not go to their office and pay genuinely 50k instead of bribing 40k , thats very bad of you and because you don't have anger problem like me. I will always weight my option first before I make my decision. After all they won't seize my car. Assuming you give them half of the money as bribe is still OK. I had similar experience too but its INSURANCE paper that is fake that time and the penalty is 5k I told them to collect 2k but the man insist 3k then I will rather go their office and pay 5k to govt purse
Getting to their office could bring many more boiling matters

You saw cars reversing and you didn't follow them to do so? What if there was armed robbers ahead on the ambush?? Driving is all about being alert to the going ons in your surroundings..Next time you see people running away, driving away or reversing away from a particular direction, pls follow suit..
Learnt my lesson, bit on another note, the policemen that were close to them caught one car reversing while i was there with the vio.

Is there a security agency that has not been compromised in Nigeria?
Yes there are all compromised but going to the level of issuing fake papers withoit the customers consent is unheard of.
