The project manager will be in charge of supervising a designated project to ensure that the funding parameters, desired budget, goals, and objectives are met within the time frame specified. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities
Manage projects for company-operated locations as well as other projects as assigned.
Design and define the refined scope of assigned projects to ensure a detailed and complete project scope while keeping the project budget and timeline in mind.
Set expectations, needs, and timelines with various teams that will be supporting the project and those that may be impacted by it.
Develop detailed project plans to be shared with clients and other team members.
Examine, evaluate, and approve contractor and supplier invoices for accuracy.
Coordinate weekly status meetings to communicate project updates such as overall status, timeline, potential roadblocks, and design/new requirement reviews.
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
other assigned duties

Qualifications
Minimum of B.SC in Project management or other related fields
5+ years of exceptional working experience as a project manager.
Proficiency in the use of project management software tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of building codes and standards of practice.
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proof of completed projects within the outlined scope, budget, and timeline specified
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong leadership and organizational skills

Salary: N200,000 - N250,000
