It may cost you more in cash bribes at boarders and towns than an air ticket would cost.

Are you sure that they did not say that your letter was FAKE.
Could have gotten ban.

Also are your finances better?
What visa did you apply for? Student, visitor, buisness?

Make sure all documents are genuine not fake fraud.
Make sure all dates and names are real and match.
have good finance no boosted accounts.

Most of all have good very strong links to return home.

Your passport photograph will have to be standard format showing your whole face.
When you present to immigration you will have to show your face.
If you wear hijab then you may be refused boarding of aircraft.
You will CERTANLY be refused entry to western country.
They will think you are Muslim terrorist, they may strip search you for bomb stuff!!!

If visa is to India then I do not think it would be a problem,
However

Two problems show up straight away.
Your accomodation "might" not meet approval with just a single room.
This could require booking hotel room.

Reason to return might not be very strong, try to get a letter from her school stating thet she will return to finish education.

Because you are from Nigeria they will assume that your documents, details and finances are fake so everything will be checked.
It is because so many Nigerians in the past have used fake documents that now everyone is suspect!
Enroling with school and claiming to pay on arrival is now seen as a scam.
What the visa official will see is someone who wants to get visa then upon entry will look for illegal work.
So immediate refusal and possible ban.

To be honest anyone who posts on here about using fraud should not get any help. They are only spoiling things for honest travelers.

You should check very carefully what other documents the agent submitted.
If the age was changed then other "FAKE" documents might have been used.
Even if your hubby did not know he will be held responsible.
Try to check the exact reason for refusal.

You are an example of why the UKBA is now going to charge people for appeal.
You have made people go through much work and cost but you now say you are too poor to travel.
Why did you waste everyones tim if you cannot afford to travel.

Can you pay airfair for you and your family if visa is granted? YES OR NO!!!!!

Having a fake Nigerian passport or visa stamp will probably only result in being refused flight & ejected from airport.
However being caught with fake diplomatic passport will be much whalla!!!
I would expect police to attend and person arrested!
When you are in police station beaing beaten sorry questioned will you blame agent who tricked you?

You could be asked at departure airport or at arrival airport to show proof of funds.
What UKBA are allways looking for are people coming on study or visitor visa but having no funds for support.
Are you travelling on study or visitor visa?
do you have accomodation Hotel booking or letter of invitation?

Could be big wahalla if you are caught!

Thank you for posting that loop hole that can be mis-used by Nigerians.
State governments are being updated to notify all hospitals to monitor applications.
The loophole is being closed to all Nigerian applicants.

What have you done to be so worried?
You are worried about balance being checked and you are worried about photo identity!

If you have used fraud to boost money or false identity then you can be looking at ten year ban.

Banks are co-operating with visa checks so any fraud will show up .

You have to consider the employment possibilities from any university you choose.
Big companies wihh hold seminars at Uni to try to attract the best graduates to work for them.
They will start at the top with Oxford & Cambridge then work down the list. I doubt that they ever get to the cheapest schools or to Scotland.
You may pay more money up front but if that gets you a job then it is worth while.
Ask the Uni about their job placement sucess ib you study area. That will tell you if you are wasting money.
