First mistake you have paid deposit to school which CAN NEVER be recognised for visa.
They are not on the UKBA list of trusted sponsors.
Try to get your deposit back (but I suspect that you have lost that money) I hope you have not borrowed it from your Uncle.
You must go and tell him the truth!
You are trying to move money about to boost a bank account.
You MUST have funds for maintenence avaliable when you get to UK, empty bank acc is no good.
The boarder agency at airport can check and school will check, it is part of UKBA requirements.
Your friend in UK has not helped you.
You should go to your uncle and elders to seek advice.

You have problems!
It has been said on many many posts.
Use of a buisness account is often not possible.
Immigration will take it that a buisness account belongs to the company and not your uncle.
They often reject for that reason.

You are facing many problems if you try to follow this path (much wahalla!!!!)
First they may check your funds and refuse visa, they are allways on the lookout for "boosted" bank accounts.
At point of entry to UK it is possible that someone will ask for proof of funds for fees and living expenses.
But you biggest threat is the school. As part of being accepted by UKBA schools now have much more responsibility to make sure students are genuine.
Your school is very likeley to require proof that you have sufficient funds avaliable, if not they can cancell your school place and notify you as not complying with visa.

No REPUTABLE school is going to ask you to cary cash to pay fees.
Carrying cash risks being robbed (Probably at Nigerian airport by security)
You should arrainge for money to be in a bank account or as a cheque.

What POE may check is that you have funds avaliable. What they will want to see is bank statement or something.
If you flash wads of cash money you are asking to be robbed by someone.

If your school insists on cash payment then be very worried.

It sounds like they may have taken them a FAKE which brings ten year ban.

If you told the TRUTH on the original application then you should have no problem remembering what you wrote.
If you LIED and can not remember what LIES you told then this is justice.

If you were refused for insufficient funds but your bank acc has now been boosted you will have to proove where funds have come from.
They may suspect that you have just borrowed funds to swell your acc.

How can you have Visa ?
One of the requirements you must proove is that you will not be a burden on public funds.
You will have to show bank acc statements.
Are you sure you are not dreaming Visa?

If you had done a simple Google search you might have saved yourself money & wahalla.
A Google brings up hundreds of articles which say the school is "For Profit" they never fail anyone but the qualifications they give are Worthless.
No one will employ people from that school!

The lady never asked you any questions because she has been briefed that the school is worthless.
Also by going to Abuja with poor school you look like desparate visa seeker who will overstay. So again sign for rejection.

He must be able to show he can accomodate you in "Suitable" accomodation.
Sharing one room in student lodgings will not qualify.

Most important will be to give proof that you are going to return after your visit.
You need strong ties to home like property or school enrolment letter.
Prove you will not overstay.
You will need to show where you will be staying in UK.
This will need to be hotel booking or letter showing tha someone will give you accomodation. They will have to proove that the accomodation is suitable and that they can have guests.

& the rest is just paying fees!

Best way to look at this is
Which country has the best detention centers or prisons.
When the husslin goes wrong and you are arrested
who has the best prisons?
UK has signed an aggreement to send criminals back to Nigeria to complete their sentence.
Imagine being poor boi in Nigeria jail with no way to pay for food or to stop beatings.
At least in EU prisons you will be fed & only beaten r-aped by other criminals!
