Too many people from Nigeria submitting the same old story.

Also they are trained to scan the documents that you submitted and the way you present on the day.
USA says that you WILL try to immigrate unless you prove otherwise.
If they are not satisfied it's 214b rejection letter.

Good day everyone. Gurus on nairaland made me understand the applying to a community college is a red flag. So i applied to a community college and a university and i'll take the university I-20 to the embassy and i'll transfer when i get to the US if i get the Visa by the grace of God

I've recieved both the uni and the CC admission letter, but in the Uni's admission letter. they said i'll have to pay a part paymnt of the tuition fees $3000 before leaving for USA.

Im confused right now cause i dont plan on attending the university. Now what i dont understand is that will the transferring be done right at the POE or the University will do it for me Or should i just apply to another Uni that wont collect part paymnt from Nigeria ?
Please help me

It is simple
The school are sick of people using them to gain a visa then not turning up.
Probably leaving them with empty spaces in a class and loosing money.
So you must pay first.

The more that people like you do this the worse it will get for future students!

We can not keep repeating the same information endlessly for every newcomer that asks tell me everything.
Do some studying, then come back if you have detailed questions.

Then healthy finances.
Travel to other African countries does not impress them.

Your problems are in red.
To the visa officer there is no connection between your job and your area of study.
You have night school and your sponsor does business in USA.
It looks like you are trying to go to work with school as second thought!

Please gurus in the house...from most of the transcripts I have read here, people put how long they intend to stay in the US in "days". Please any explanation would be helpful. I am yet to attend my interview though and mine is in "weeks". I don't want to be denied this visa o...53k nor be beans abeg!

You must be honest.
If you intend to stay a number of weeks then say so.
Be ready to explain what you will be doing, and why you need to stay that time.
Your story should be simple but strong.

You may also be asked again at point of entry when you will be given a time limit for your stay.

No school is going to give you anything without paying.
That is a recipe for people to miss use the system just to gain entry.
They got wise to that many years ago and closed the door.

There is no magic wand that is going to wipe away your past indiscretions.
You will have to work very, very hard to get another visa.

When booking a flight for international travel, does the booking fare include transit visa cost from those country or is one responsible for the transit visa cost?

Air ticket just covers the air-plane costs.
If you need a visa to enter the country (most countries for Nigerians.)
You must obtain and pay separately for it.

You need to read back the USA and Canada sections here.
Also go to the visa sections of their websites and read up.

You can not just move to those countries because you want to
It is more complicated.
Read back and you will learn.

Just tell the story like you have here.
Look for a ticket that allows you the layover in London. Do not buy it but have the details.
Attach a copy of your school enrolment and payment as evidence.

Keep it simple tell the truth.
