How can his word prove anything?
Will he promise the VO that he will kidnap you and ship you in a box back to Nigeria?

You must prove that you will return after your visit, no one else.

These are Western rules not African rules.
A company account is for the business of the company, not personal spending.
Business acc. and personal acc. should be separate.

Taking Medicare is fraud and will cause you immigration problems in the future.

Could that b the reason for denying me and have been denied last year at abuja buh today was in Lagos ... Can re apply and take along my statement of account with me .. Thanks

You were given a paper with the refusal reason written on it.
What is written there? 214b or something else?

You will have been given a refusal paper
what is written on it? something like 212a and some details.
Tell us that.

Yes, I do intend to hold the documents when I submit my application next week; just in case. I look forward to sharing my experience whether the documents are requested for or not. I am curious to hear the experiences of others in the forum that are also participating in the pilot. Nonetheless, it is such a huge relief knowing that one might not be asked to submit the documents and that the process could be expedited for both applicants and their dependents.

I very strongly suspect that if the UKVI are not checking the documents or funds
that they will make the schools responsible for this.

I think QCF_NQF7 would do. Congrats on getting into Cambridge. Are you aware of the new pilot visa rule for those heading into Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial. They are not required to submit financial statements or academic documents in their application. Do you plan to apply under the new rule?

N.B.
This is not an easy back door!
This is for elite students in 4 top schools.
You can submit fewer documents with your visa application: you will not need to include any financial documentation or your previous academic qualifications.
Please note that UKVI can request this evidence from any applicant as part of the visa process and will be making spot-checks under the pilot. It is therefore very important to ensure you hold these documents in the manner required although you do not need to submit them with your visa application.

Are you telling us that you have been admitted to a school in another country
but you have not bothered to research how to get a visa?

The VO will check the ONADA rate from the day of your application. If your funds are way off then as said you must top up and start counting again.

There is a very strong chance of being refused another visa, or being sent home from POE.

In other words it is a waste of our time suggesting top schools like Cambridge or Harvard.
The reality is that he is looking for a cheap, backwater school.

Stating the truth makes a big difference to the advice that you get.

Some schools are world leaders in one subject.
Just comparing overall results is not enough.

Does he have funds like son of Dangotti, or will he hussle to eat?

@worrry359, at point of entry, she declared that she would be staying for 3weeks and ended up staying 2months, though her visa is still valid,she worried that she might have issues

One week does not sound bad.
She should just have an honest excuse to give if asked.
But she must not overstay again.
