What proof of hometies are required apart from funds (statement of account), employement letter, pay slips, marriage certificate, wedding pics, child birth certificate & school fees? Please kindly educate.

Those are the things required but they were still not convinced.
Sometimes it just does not work out.
Perhaps best to wait a while, then apply again.

Hi Vicjustice, i've got 2 back to back refusals from German embassy and 1 from Austria.Purpose of travel is for work training and reason for refusal for all is that they are not sure i would return. Documents submitted were all complete and my reasons very genuine. as a matter of fact, the refusals are already affecting my appraisal as i have not been able to go for trainings required of me this year. Is it advisable that i apply to another country for the Schengen visa? Please advise.

You now have three refusals on the Shengen database.
Applying to another country will not help you until you improve your strong ties to return home.
You must work on this before applying again, unless you like wasting money.

You must do research to find companies seeking highly skilled workers in areas that you have qualifications.
You apply for jobs and if successful the company will sponsor your visa application to work.

Not they can only employ highly skilled people, no place for barbing or security!

It is always worth remembering that the best jobs go to the best students at well regarded schools.
Many Nigerians looking to study in the UK are seeking the cheapest schools without checking their post study record of employment.

Top grades will help to get you noticed by people who can push you forward.
Working part time, partying and only looking at study near to exam time will get you a low degree and no job offers.
All that money spent and it's back home to sell yams in the market!

You will need to re-submit another application, last years is dead.

Does this mean the visa will be refused at the long run? Please anyone ever gotten this and still granted visa? I need any glimmer of hope now am so worried getting this email.... I applied for EEA family permit va?

Usually this is just the UK system that is fixated on meeting targets.
They are telling you they will miss the target date.
It could be nothing, or they could be checking something further.

Fraud is taken very seriously and you will have been banned for ten years from entering the UK.
This record can also affect applications to other countries like the US.

Did you overstay somewhere, then get the fake stamp to try to hide it?

It is very simple
Your visa expires on 3rd January.
After that date YOU DO NOT HAVE A VISA!
You can not travel with an expired visa and you have lost your money.

Complete and utter waste of time and money.
You do not have any right of entry , even with a visa.
USA are well known for sending people back from point of entry, Ireland is copying them.
Grow up and get over it.

You need a new up to date bank statement. One that old might cause problems.

Scholarship in the U.K. is usually on merit with funds going to the very best students with exceptional grades.

Plan to go to ANOTHER country.
Your visa will be on record with your entry refusal and any attempt at re-entry will also be refused.
You must have alerted the entry officers by your actions for you to be refused entry like that.

I got my visa today. Am so happy. I applied again after d first one was rejected. I stated emphatically that my Tbills means funds which is readily available to me and that probably the ECO overlooked it.
Now I want to ask, must I use d hotel I used in my aplication? I intend booking another one again.

But make another reservation and MAKE SURE that it is valid,
and they can be contacted by officer when you go through point of entry.

Do not get fixated on an invitation, you do not need that. (book hotel)

Strong ties to return home after your visit.
Sufficient funds for the trip and reliable income.

Sounds like you have no "strong ties to return home" after your visit.
You will look a poor risk to visa officer unless you can get better background.

You were refused and did not declare it.
Now you are looking for a back door.

It is because of MONEY!
Plead guilty and the lawyer gets paid for a few minutes only.
Plead not guilty and the lawyers can stretch the case out thus raising their fees.
So they always advise people to plead not guilty,
even when they were found with with a knife and dead body covered in blood.

Sounds like you have tried to gain entry without declaring previous refusals.

@worry and d rest tank u 4 ur contribution, but after d banned i sent a message to shelfied in uk to comfirm if the ban is trully on dere system and they repply by asking me 2 go and read d refusal notice,which means d officer could not see it on dere sytem. Also i could remember dat i read d post of a lady in part2 of dis forum, whom d eco also discover fake document in her application,she was banned,later her company apply 4 her to attend a conference an she was given d visa,how did dis posible if truly 10yrs ban is program on uk sytem?

If you don't believe us re-apply for a visa paying the fees and see what happens.

You have made a bad mistake using fake documents.
This could also affect any attempt to get a USA visa or even Shengen.

Others should learn from this!

1 Very difficult.
2 Of course you will be stopped if caught by immigration.
3 Your records are on computer system for any official to see, and the information stays there for ever.

Those things are tiny changes in your life.
Ten years means ten years.
and it will not be easy even after that.
Try for Shengen, Europe visa.

There could be someone even now using your documents for fraud.
