You need to be worried about your life if you aren't suicidal because, wishing an innocent man a jail time can come back on your head and you will end up going to jail for what you knew nothing about. Trump is not someone that can be hauled to jail to make democrats feel good. US justice system still requires a crime to go to jail and since you can't manufacture eveidence, Trump will remain elusive to your evil plans against him.
