Any one in Sydney, wanna grab a drink sometime this week? |
Kingdolla:Yeah it’s possible if you have a good passport other than Nigerian passport. |
I don’t see the future but what I could tell you is, I met a Ghanaian masters student three years ago. He was studying at linkoping university, he was very keen about the future in Sweden until last week Saturday morning (Australian time) when he texted me that he is nearly done with his masters thesis and unable to get a job. He went further telling me he thinks he made a mistake moving to Sweden and asked me to help him to get into Canadian university. I’m sure this might give you a starting point to an answer, employment is everywhere but you have to be exceptional and have something that the Swedish labour market needs. YourBestWriter: |
Im Swedish and speak fluent Swedish my experience is different from a foreigner who moved to Sweden. My reason for leaving Sweden is not significant to you or anyone as it’s still my home country Bammybestowed: |

Just got to Sydney today, the place is just as I thought |
Hi everyone, Is English exam mandatory for student visa ? Asking for a friend |
Abeg I say make ask, how person fit notarize documents if the person is in Australia already and wants to apply for school with Nigerians certificates ? |
sir Nothing to share, me personally would move to an English speaking country if I was moving from Nigeria and had the means for it. I’m Swedish Nigerian, speak Swedish fluently and English fluently. I moved from Sweden for my own personal reason and might be different for other people Canada is cultured and diversified from bottom to the top while Sweden is prominently white people controlling the monetary value with less limited resources for most immigrants who isn’t good with the language. janda1: |
Why not use dhl or fedex Emmandu: |
Wow that’s very interesting, your cousin most have raised a good capital to have such business. I have a friends in Poland, Swedish/Gambian who are studying medicine in Poland who dislike the racist remarks the have experience in Poland and bluntly say that most Africans in Poland are either married to polish women for papers or have babies with polish women to secure their papers. I personally visited Poland, Warsaw,Poznań and Wrocław five years ago. Upon getting there I noticed that racism is still bluntly a thing and also polish girls love our black brothers a lot and income there is below thresholds for Swedes like me. No lemme educate you on something, if as an African trying to move to Europe, I would prefer you move to Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Paris and Scandinavia countries. This countries are somewhat immigrant friendly provided that you are 100 fluent with the language. Is racism everywhere ? Yeah it is, as love and hate is natural to coexist. Will I advice my younger siblings to move to those countries knowing that they are career? minded ? I would say it depends on 2 things. 1) if they are studying something that is in high demand with less native tongue (Engineering and IT careers) then I would approve if that was the last option. 2) If they have no interest in any of those professional categories then I will advice they move to a native language immigrant friendly countries like the USA etc. If I was a a francophone African countries and my French is my official language I would personal move to Belgium,Switzerland, france and any other French countries out there. The reason is that I will be able to stand up for myself while asked why I wanna work as a doctor or a project manager. Do you get it ? I have to say this countless time, if the only option you have to japa is Europe then go for it but still have it at the back of your mind that 80% of none English European countries are not immigration friendly. You either marry a citizen to get your Pr, have a baby with someone legally residing in the country of your choice to get a pr, seek for asylum( which I doubt the grant for Nigerians) or get lucky to get a company to sponsor your visa. Now abt asylum seekers in Europe. I don’t know how good you guys follow the news. Europe is literally in crises now and have quite huge numbers of undocumented immigrants, especially Eastern Europe. Asylum seekers are highly rejected in Europe including sverige. I was in Canada few months ago. While I was spending my vacation there I saw quite huge number of Nigerians who came in and seek for asylum with a good approval rate. I doubt that will be the case in Sweden, as right now riksdagen (Swedish parliament) are actually trying to make life more difficult for immigrants. So please before you spend money coming here try and do your homework and understand it’s not gonna be easy. The battles you will be facing might not be easy compared to the a native English speaking countries. No one is discouraging people but rather telling you guys what and what not to expect. Oh I will be spending New Year’s Eve in Stockholm in case anyone wanna link for a pint Tack Ha en fin ikvall vibrant99: |

so if he leaves the country in that way, shouldn’t he inform incoming people of what to expect and to prepare for the worst ? How can you advise someone to manipulate his way out of a country ? What kind of example are you setting for people ? Focus99: |
