I get where the op is coming from. I once went out with a guy for seven months who was broke because he was owed up to seven months salary. i noticed that when he eventually got paid, he disappeared for some time only to show up empty. When he disappeared the second time after he got paid the second trench, i kicked his stingy ass to the curb. See him begging and all sorts, i was done. I am a working class lady and i pay my bills. the last thing on my mind is to have a stingy man in my life. I learnt that he was naturally stingy, so it is not the case of me being a gold digger because i work hard for the money i spend. I only wanted to be sure that he was responsible enough to take care of me in the future.

The message might have been passed across wrongly. The directive stated that commercial banks should not sell dollar more than 20% above the official bank rate. The current official rate is N306 and it changes. I am yet to see where the CBN forced them to sell at 375. The 20% was around 375-378 when the official bank rate was 315 a week ago. The 320-325 was when forex liquidity was better than what we have now. These banks need to be checked.

Most SW states don't have access to adequate water. Haba bros. When most of the indigenes have access to free water such as borehole, pipe borne and spring water unlike u people who siphon poor citizens hence sell water, a free gift of nature. You said cars and buses? Well while trailers load lot of goods from SW to your hungry region. Dangote, lafarge, etc load cement on daily basis to your region. Abeg how many of goods rather than your substantial products from aba that u bring down to your fellow colleagues in lagos t buy.

Well most stop @ sagamu and proceed to Abeokuta or ibadan while commuters are there in Benin en route to any city in SW.

What business will one wake up and go to SW cities to transact...minus Lagos...
What drags people to Oshogbo on daily basis...capital NOTHING..
Most industries in Ogun state have their transaction offices in Lagos, were visitors go and transact business...
People flood into ABA, ONITSHA, and NNEWI on daily basis.....
3 hot spots in SE....NNEWI, ONITSHA, ABA..
1 hot spot in SW.....only LAGOS
