MrMaestro:Lol just like the Coward Captain in pirate of the Caribbean Island who didn't get involve during the struggle but celebrated with the gallant soldiers after winning the war. Perhaps when AB InBev Brewery, Mainone Cable data centre, Ford plant and other industries start operation hence massive employment and economic growth for the state, they would claim this development right? Heard they said they are responsible for the development of 10 fly overs construction in Abeokuta. ![]() |
EMMAUGOH:Shey we know talk am? These peeps are very predictable. From Lagos to Ogun, later to Oyo and Ondo. Btw, is ogun no longer a skull mine state as stated by u? |
Gazzy88:Gone are the days where people buy land and even encroach other people's properties for their gain in Ogun state. It is now an old story. The CFO is made compulsory for the indigene of the state first before other indigenes of SW of which the favour still tingle to them as well due to what was unfolded of recent as regards landed properties in the state. It's not about boasting but I couldn't but totally agree with you on the bolded. Visited kuto and sapon market some weeks back as I almost felt am in Onitsha market (not about the dirty aspect which ofcourse most markets in Abeokuta are clean but the language..., na so so Igbo language naim I dey hear) The massive emigration of SE indigenes to SW most especially Lagos, Ogun and Oyo is becoming alarming. |
"I want to say that Yoruba land is a blessing to us, the non-indigenes. Most of us who have become somebody today come to Yoruba land with nothing. If you are the most hard-working or the most intelligent person in the world but the environment is not conducive, there is nothing much you can do.Yet their P & I crooks from Abiama of rising drugs downgraded our region as the most archaic in Nigeria. It is one of their liberal sons confirming this oo |
Lol shey we no talk am? These people eh! Any developed section in the world, na dem build am. |
I spent my Christmas in filling station yesterday. Kudos to our wicked leaders and greedy oil marketers. |
Very good step |
HeyCorleone:Heard the fuel scarcity is extremely terrible there as well |
After spending 12hours at filling station today. Wicked leaders ![]() |
Once I get fuel, I will share it. This is the xmas food I look forward to sharing. |
Second and third looks presentable. I can bank my vote on them rather than the two old fools who wants to compete for presidential seat. |
The ones I hate are those withdrawing 1k in four times when they can withdraw the whole 4k at once. |
Oladimeji Ramon The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria says long queues at petrol stations in Lagos and Ogun states will soon disappear as the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation has flooded the Ejigbo depot with Premium Motor Spirit. According to IPMAN, the Ejigbo depot supplies no fewer than 900 filling stations in Lagos. The chairman of the Lagos Chapter of IPMAN, Alhaji Alanamu Balogun, was quoted in a statement on Sunday as saying that the NNPC had responded positively to the oil marketers’ complaint about shortage of petrol supply to them. Balogun, according to the statement, said the NNPC had now increased daily supply to Ejigbo from six trucks to 80 and has even promised to increase the supply. “Before the fuel crisis, the NNPC was supplying our members only six trucks daily, but since about five days now, the corporation has increased the supply to 80 trucks per day and promised to increase the supply. Our members and the NNPC staff are now working 24 hours daily to ensure that fuel circulates all over Lagos and Ogun State regularly,” the statement quoted Balogun as saying on Sunday. He said the problem of fuel scarcity would soon be resolved and urged members of the public to panic buying. “The NNPC has repaired all the existing facilities at Ejigbo satellite depot to enhance fuel supply to the public. The situation now is that the fuel scarcity in Lagos and Ogun state will end within the next few days. Members of the public are advised to stop panic buying of fuel and storing petroleum products in their homes which could cause fire disaster. “The NNPC has promised to repair all its facilities in Ilorin, Ibadan and Ore depots to ensure regular fuel supply nationwide,” he added. http://punchng.com/nnpc-has-flooded-ejigbo-depot-with-fuel-ipman/ |
tsdarkside:This is someone with sense. Let's take the case of AGO and DPK for example, with full deregulation see how much it costs to get 1L of these products. |
Lol What a comic relief. Thanks for sharing OP ![]() |
The real reason for this fuel scarcity is not really clear to me now. |
These people sef. They know how to look for trouble but when we start our own, they would start crying like a baby. A region where there is massive emigration compare to a region with massive immigration. One should do the algorithm to know which is more civilised, developed and industrialised. Is it not the same Umuahia (Abia) Onitsha, Nkpor-Umuoji (Anambra), etc I visited of which my high expectation was disappointed. |
Angeleena: u no well |
Whenever I see okorocha mentioned in the news, it would definitely be on controversial views and comic relief ![]() |
Aregbesola has really tried for Osun in terms of infrastructural development just that he needs to replicate this achievement in salary payment. Kudos to him and for someone up there saying their region is far develop to Wasteland, weldone oo! I recently ply your region and aside onitsha ( very dirty), Awka ( okay), owerri ( okay), enugu(okay), Nnewi(quite okay), others are village settlement to me. Nkpor, Umuoji, etc in Anambra are rural settlement. The roads are in terrible conditions. Umuahia doesn't look like a state capital at all. It would have been preferable to choose Aba which is just 45mins drive If the road is good to PH but then again Aba is not looking good either. Looking forward to visit Ebonyi ![]() |
I can see some people already bashing the OP. To be honest, Nigerians generally have a wayward mentality that would only take grace of God to correct. I have come to realise that this fuel scarcity is solely the fault of greedy oil marketers. I discussed with one slowpoke that owns a filling station. The reason he gave for the current scarcity is irritating and disgraceful. Even at N3 or N4 they get from getting fuel at IPMAN, they still adjust the meter for their personal optimization of profit |
sinaj:Is masquerade now a spirit? ![]() |
pocohantas:Check my previous comments to know my view on this present administration. As for the OP, he should meet his outsourcing firm to claim his money. Why should he wait after 22 months before erring his grievance? |
pocohantas:The other day you mentioned my real name and from that moment, I think I know who you are. |
chemali:This answers the question. You are intelligent bro |
markbenny:Lagos sir ![]() |
No fuel here |
They spoke the truth. Fuel has indeed disappeared. |
The fuel scarcity is worse than worst now. Everywhere is scanty. |
This has been the oral pronunciation of "women" since the days of Noah nau. Feminists most especially the Nigerian version can twist anything to make them feel good. It's crazy they want equal respect which I am not against but when it comes to finance and responsibilities, they fizzle out. This species of these female are very dangerous. Their emotion are very unstable as they seems to get perplexed easily. |
I stopped reading where he mentioned bola tinubu may defect to pdp... If these guys continue in this manner, this time around their defeat will be massive. |
Gazzy88:Brother, let's admire the healthy rivalry for development in SW region. Whether Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo and Ekiti, as long as it is all developed, No wahala. |
