@Emboldened. Its very sad and unfortunate that your only realising that the Yoruba kingdom has lost foresight. Let me help you. The yoruba kingdom lost foresight sight since 1958. They have only rode on BETRAYAL which flows in their blood ever since to attain the acclaimed political heights.
Because the yoruba's has lost foresight like you rightly said, they can't even see the poisonous blood of betrayal within their veins. They can't even see they wickedly feeding each other with the same poisonous substance. Right now, its gradually flowing into their brains and making them delusional, they assume the igbos are responsible for their rot.

You are a thief and a liar, swear with your life that you haven't stolen a penny from this your brother's project? After all leaves don't fall far from the tree. If your sister could do it, you too can. You just had to demonize him to get your hands in. Lowlife scum. brag3: I really done get your point. Are you being paid by Brabus or are you Srupid or what? I am paying for this project as well. Who do you think is payign for it now? Do you think my brother in UK is paying for this phase? What have I said that is a lie about Brabus? Was he not paid for this? Did he not collude with my Sister? This just goes to show how bad our system is when fools like you can spit out utter rubbish.
I came on here to write an honest review and you spill trash. If you follow my threads you will see that I apologised to Brabus if indeed he did not threaten my sister but the other things said were facts so why is a fool like you coming up with thrash?
What exactly is your point here?
That Brabus did not collude with my sister or that you dont have any sense of this topic? Which one? |

Brabus confessed to colluding with the client's sister to defraud the client and you are here saying something else.

Is this your first time of hearing anyone being called "fraudster" on nairaland? Or did those people go to court before calling them such? Just shush it already. The client is well within his right to call him that if he feels he's been defrauded. While I share the blame between the two, no one has gone to court before labelling anyone on nairaland, so don't shakara him joor, or do you think because he's a doctor, he can't get down and dirty? Sit down there! Eghosajonny is at fault for walking away from the job he received money for, and you should focus on how to resolve that, he probably doesn't have money now but he can apologize and offer to put in some work if possible. Any court of law will find him liable should the client head to court. Beulah09: This is becoming defamation of character. Someone is considered innocent until pronounced guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction (not even police).
Police can declare him wanted. Police can charge him to court. You are not in a position to call him a FRAUDSTER until the court pronounced him so. You need to RESPECT his RIGHT to FAIR hearing. |

I think brabus is still one of the most transparent builders here, and all he needs to do is be honest the first time and stick to his gun. Many would want to exploit him since he's handling his job like a kid. If you go through the comments, you 'll see that many have been waiting for this moment, and brabus is making their day. @brabus, it's up to you to wake up before you are run under to make way for Lego builder to enter your area. Or is it a personal vendetta against brabus for not have been the one in charge of the the juiciest part of the job? Maybe you wish you had been the contractor for your brother.
@brabus, you have to know that this "way of life" with others doesn't work for you, a lot of people get away with worse than this, don't you know God wants you to be very honest since every little thing you do is magnified? I really hope that we haven't come to that point where we use rape cases to destroy people's lives just because we hate them or can't have our way. The lecturer should hire his own private investigator if his hands are clean, and check out the girls previous lifestyle if there's been blackmailing in her past, ask the court to subpoena her's and parent's phone records. I mean when you are using the cheapest materials and employing cheapest labour and ignoring some construction details, thereby making 18million the cheapest.
As i stated earlier construction cost is been determined by site location, quality of material, and the labour involved. If the building design will be a storey structure of about 2floors then it will cost you at most 50million for construction. If the building design will be in separate units just like estate design it will cost you at most 40million. Quoting out of experience.......... |

Are you saying N18m will build your average 6 units of 3 bedrooms flats? I've been given some figures from N48m-N60m. Please expound further on this, thanks. Oh! btw, are you an Architect, engineer or just a builder? spill: Construction cost depends on site location, quality of material to be used and labour cost around the environment. From your write-up, one block of the 3 bedroom flat will cost nothing less than 2.9million naira from the substructure to superstructure, roofing, fixtures and finishes. You are only feeding people who haven't been to america this hogwash. Show me what those you mentioned did for Africans if money wasn't involved. No one needs to be bitter, the fact is out there for everyone to see. My point is you "AA" are worse to Africans in America and no amount of your gloss crusade will cover it up. You think Africans are stuppidd and that you could come here and lie when we live it everyday. Just do your thing, we know you and what you stand for. The only reason you are now pro Africans is to give you a large number of people that have been killed by white and make it a race affair, when average African would do everything to avoid you in real life to stay away from trouble as any African that hangs around you ends up dying in some cases. You built it but, others rule and lord over it, what an accomplishment We know white our way, not with preconceived notion that you have allowed to hold you down You didn't lay any foundation for Africans, we came to pay it with sweat and blood and our taxes. Iwiyisi: How can I not be " African "? Its this view that many Africans my family included place upon "AA"s. Just because I'm a second generation Nigerian doesn't make me any less " African ". I was there when Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Louis Farrakhan, KRS-ONE, Chuck D and many Pastors and Social Activist spoke up for Amadou Diallo. Where was the Guinea community that was his support base NO one absolutely NO one spoke up for that young man. Abijade the " AA "s in Savannah GA damn near rioted trying to get his death case reopened. Those were "AA"s not Africans, You honestly think if Africans were being beaten that "AA"s wouldn't care your wrong. Who spoke up for Deng Manyuon, who was shot and killed by a police officer in Louisville KY. He was Sudanese, it was "AA"s it where was South Sudan? where was Somalia? Nigeria? Where was the African Community? Exactly it was the "AA" who've been in America for centuries who built this country and know more about it than anyone fighting for this African.
Most " AA " do not care who you hang around with even if they are white. They know (whites) alot more than Africans do so maybe when Africans learn who there true mortal enemy is then they would wake up. IF we were only fighting for ourselves the Civil Rights act that MLK ushered wouldn't help you? How bout Brown vs Board of Education, How bout The Affordable Care Act? helps everyone Africans included.
Look you can either be "BITTER" or "PROACTIVE" Me I would rather help both sides. BUT if you want to sling mud and be an Angry African then you are on your own. And we Africans need to get over ourselves, "AA"s are saying either you are with us or against us. which is it going to be? |

At least we know Buhari will use it for what he took it for, what about $20B that is in private accounts? Didn't finance minister Ngozi Iweala steal the same amount in her last week in office just for the fun of it? Let's just pray that Buhari will bring all the money stolen and stashed overseas back to the country. bnovative: I consider myself a nationalist, but I am beginning to have doubts about the Nigerian federation. The news is that Nigeria has accepted to collect a $2.1 billion loan to rebuild the areas destroyed by boko haram. Note that this is a loan and not a gift. Which means that Nigeria will pay back. And when you talk of Nigeria paying back, you are talking about the south- South . So put succinctly, one section of the country FOR NO REASON AT ALL wakes up and starts destroying their home. And another section of the country is called upon to rebuild and compensate them for destroying their home! I am really beginning to suspect this union called Nigeria. |

Who are the people that spoke for Amadou Diallo and in what capacity? They added Ajibade to already existing cases to make it look good politically for numeral advantage. You have to be an "AA" to hold this view, cos no African would agree with you, and it's ok for you to protect your side but this is the fact. It's a known fact that "AA" discriminate against Africans and we find easy to hang around whites than you cos of your inferiority complex you flag at every turn. You are fighting for yourselves only and not for Africans, you are just too selfish to fight for anyone that doesn't speak like you. If what is happening all over the country is in African communities, you lot would have kept quiet unless there is money to share. You cause Africans problems where none should be. If you want a brother, you have to be one first. You are not an African, just be proud of who you are. Iwiyisi: You are wrong, African Americans spoke up for Amadou Diallo, they spoke up for 22yr old Nigerian college student Matthew Ajibade who was recently killed. Whites are NOT friendly to Africans, they know you don't know your rights and that you will take less money and do the worst jobs with no benefits. Look if you don't like "AA" fine BUT just remember the ones who are fighting in America there fighting for the rights of all Africans in America including Nigerians.
First of all I'm both "A" and "AA" but if Africans continue to act indifferent its them who will be left behind. What is funny is that I've been in America my whole life and have not had any issues in the work place with "AA". I went to college with them, I've been to their homes I don't see how Naija can be so cruel to them. Africans struggle in America is the same as theirs, Africans get discriminated in the workplace they don't get jobs because of their last names. We have to stop this fight between us, thats all im saying. I see Black Americans fighting for themselves in America and over the world. I rarely see us doing it anywhere |

Do "african americans" support Africans in America? The answer is NO! Whites are even more friendly and will treat you somewhat right, whether is pretense or something else. Every problem an African has encountered in America is orchestrated by an "african america", be it a workplace or others, there are just too many stories about that, the only place Africans can have peace of mind and enjoy working along side "AA" is where the latter are outnumbered. You "AA" paid for your emancipation, You didn't pay for African immigrants. African immigrants are still fighting for their rights, because their constitutional and civil rights are violated daily with no recourse, and because they don't believe having lawyers on speed dial and work to pay lawyers, they allow many out of this world craziest false charges that even some lawyers say they have never heard or seen before against them to slide. Keep up your struggle, our struggle is different from yours. You atleast know your rights, Africans are still trying to figure out theirs cos we are treated differently. sexybaby22: i have done some reading on the struggles of african americans after emancipation in their struggle for equality between whites and blacks and i feel we afrocans should be grateful for them because they suffered and died to challenge racism. if not for them blacks wouldnt be able to live freely, test clothes before they buy them. even in a bus blacks will jave to get up for a white to sit. africans should really support them and put pressure on their govt to protect them. #BlackLivesMatter |

Really sad, but I'm more worried about Africans whose rights are almost suppressed in America and do not have anyone to stand for them. Most don't even know their rights or if they have any.
