Good.

But I heard the alert always read incomplete payment.

Btw, what do u want civil servants in Abia state who have not been paid for the last nine months to do with this news? I just feel the pains of civil servants in Abia state but unfortunately, all we hear everywhere is sycophantic praise singing in all TV and radio stations.
Concerning Abia state....it serves them right! Not just the civil servants, but the entire docile electorate that prefers to sit by while incompetent thug after thug befuddles them and gets to become governor!

Imagine litte Ebonyi putting a whole Abia state to shame! The likes of Dr M I Okpara and Dee Sam Mbakwe would be spinning in their graves! sad

This is drone pictures of Efab estate Awka before the land issue, they are roofing now
There doesn't seem to be much preliminary works done on these new estates before they allow building to start. If we want to start doing things the right way, then a lot needs to be done underground before we actually start seeing buildings being built. I doubt this was done.

The state gov'ts have the power to enforce adherence to minimum standards in all these new estates being built. That's if they're serious, and if they actually know what these minimum standards are.

Anyway, lets wait and see what the finished product will look like.

When nationalists lead their country you see it in their attitudes when the nation calls. They rejoice when their country is blooming and mourn when things aren't as it should be.

Mere looking at the French president and his Croatian counterpart, you'll see nations striving to hit the top, young vibrant youths with modern day know-how.

What do we have here? Partisan old greedy fascists with analogue brains whose interests are to move party ahead at the detriment of the nation. Old religious bigots who are still searching for oil wells in the 21st century when the world is searching for alternative energy, when auto manufacturers are going electric.

In Africa today, take a look at Ethiopia, Angola, Ruanda, Tanzania and even Ghana and compare them with Nigeria.
It's a pity we have dumb mumus as youths who refuse to claim their country from these parasites.
A sobering thought! sad

And those who have the balls to want to do something about the unworkable status-quo are ganged up against, given a bad name and crucified!

Some bastards actually think all we need is APC-change and Buhari!

Dude, i think you're barking up the wrong tree! First go and look for someone (and there are many out there) gullible and daft enough to believe their vote/PVC would actually count under a Buhari/APC regime, and who thinks they stand a chance of voting these demons out come 2019!

I knew ab-initio that the election results would go against the flow of expectations....the growing cockiness of you APC dickheads as the D-day approached gave me an inkling of the nasty surprise you had baking in the oven for Fayose, et-al! wink

I've long given up on your shithole of a country, and find amusing all this talk by PDP of 'voting out' that demon Buhari! Any semblance of free and fair elections went with the going of GEJ in 2015!

Something violent has to happen before Nigerians can claim back their country from the clutches of evil that presently holds them in bondage!

Cheers! smiley

And of course as for forgiveness
This is why i see people who say 'get your PVC to vote out APC in 2019' as being very naive and gullible!

You look at the desperate and power hungry likes of Buhari, Amaechi, Tinubu, Timipre Sylva, Oshiomole and Hell-Rufai, and you think they're prepared to stand by and let your votes count, which invariably will lead to them being thrown out of office and made to answer for all their wickedness? Fat chance of that happening!

This is how to clean gutters!

Not what we see where people scope thing out of the gutter and dump it on the street. Then leave it there and walk away for weeks. Within the time, rain fall washes everything back into the gutter and makes the hitherto clean streets to become another terrible piggery.

I just love Enugu Governor for doing things decently. I wish others will learn from him that anything worth doing, is worth doing well.
Would have made more sense if they scooped the dirt directly into low, purpose-built trucks instead of into all those bin-liners! Would be cheaper too!
