nnachukz:Don't forget 'we are on top of the situation'. They love saying that as well! ![]() |
Good! Can't wait!! ![]() |
honourhim:I knew you buhari minions will be here to 'celebrate' more than the people getting the embedded power supply! You act as if b'cos of this we should all now be expected to queue in line to kiss buhari butt! That a few stuff done in the twilight of his four year term in office with an eye on the forthcoming elections would be enough to cancel out all the wickedness and neglect the bastard has visited on Ndigbo...not to forget how his hands are stained with the blood of innocent Igbo youth! Listen mate! Go back and tell your god that even if he turns the SE to Dubai, it can never be enough to make us forget! Personally, i'd take one GEJ over a thousand buharis' any day! Cheers! |
Paperwhite:Femi and his team are not having it! ![]() As we speak they're adjusting their own figures of lives lost during the PDP years! You'd soon hear there's an extra 100,000 dead they missed which they're adding to the figures they released last week! ![]() |
stevnwigw1:The one in Anambra...Buhari, Baru and their NNPC aren't interested in, it's to go and waste millions of dollars searching for a needle in a barn full of hay! Nigeria, the theatre of the absurd and ridiculous! |
investnow2013:Where will the money come from? By rights Onitsha should have a network of flyovers similar to what Lagos has! This will help the city flow better and also help development and access to all areas of the city! |
eagleu:Hehehehe ![]() |
arinzeejikonye:Nice one Arinze! But why does it seem to be taking forever for us to see finished structures, streets and occupied houses in this Heliu Estate and Centenary Golf City? At least for the Centenary Golf City, by now we should have started seeing neighbourhoods, parks and tree-lined streets! |
orisa37:When did Nigeria win? Nigeria 'won' and 48 years after the same traducers and murderers of Biafrans are still spilling their blood? Or you erroneously think Biafra is all about a geographical space being governed by Biafrans? If Biafra is dead, would the murderous fulani-owned federal gov't be running about helter-skelter over a weekend to get a dubious court ruling declaring IPOB a terrorist organisation? So if they ask you, you'd boldly assert that 1999 constitution Nigeria is currently forced to use is a reflection of the wishes, desires and hopes of 'we the people of Nigeria'? And besides, since when did a mere constitution cobbled together in questionable circumstances trump the universally accepted fundamental rights of a people? Is the Nigerian constitution so sacrosanct and unchangeable as to render it immutable and written in the stars for all of mankind? |
ozoebuka1:Hehehehehe ![]() Dude is putting a negative spin on the Imo numbers! He can't help it.....na the bile and bad-belle cause am! ![]() |
somto10:It's because we're smartasses in the south...with some forming 'sophisticated'! We're too clever by half! |
Lancevancedance:Was wondering as well why he had to mention the tribe of the guy! |
Hehehehehe ![]() See his best mate struggling to get him under control! ![]() |
What kind of road construction is that biko nu!? See how deep that gutter is...almost like a ravine, yet they didn't think it wise to build crash barriers on either side of it to help prevent speeding vehicles or even people from falling in! This is why we need to give these jobs to competent and tested contractors, as well as paying for a proper job to be done! You pay peanuts....you get a monkey service! |
With the pot hole riddled streets, this is an accident waiting to happen! Nice to see drivers are avoiding driving besides it. |
uncleiykeman:You guys can keep on kidding yourselves if you like! The reality that stares us in the face is that Nigeria is the estate of the Fulani...that's a fact! The richest Nigerians are Fulani; the Fulani have given themselves the most states and local gov'ts; the Fulani have been president and Head-of-state the most since independence; they carried the capital to the north where the Fulani (or their trusted cousins from the north) have governed said capital the most; the Fulani murder anyone bold enough to question their unmerited privileges and hegemony and there's fuc/k all anyone can do about it; and i can go on and on! Like i said, we can keep on kidding ourselves, but facts are facts! ![]() |
Earthbound:Then the right thing to do would be to alert the relevant authorities, capture it and release it in a protected wild life reserve! Not butcher what in all likelihood could be one of the last hippos in the wild in Nigeria! |
investnow2013:Any pics? |
investnow2013:I doubt it. I think they said the plans are in the pipeline...not yet materialised. The pics might be what they're aiming for. I hope they build it as shown in the pics. They should also kit out their personnel (esp' those on the factory floor) with correct PPE and branded company overalls..they should look professional! |
princeade86:Buhari the nasty bigot first considers the core muslim north before the rest of the country gets a look in! Remember when he told the MD of the World Bank to focus his developmental efforts in Nigeria in the north? For me, i've just resigned myself to the fact Alaigbo will be cheated in this current APC/Buhari regime, and i'm praying not too much damage is done to us before either the man leaves Aso Rock (by whatever means) or Nigeria self-destructs! |
Briteiyobo1: |
kayjay69:Spot on! |
What i fail to understand is how the rest of Nigeria keeps quiet when these people kill anyone that challenges their hegemony! They killed Abiola, they killed his wife Kudirat, they killed Dele Giwa, they killed Ken Saro-Wiwa, they've probably killed Mazi Kanu and his parents.....and but for the fact Ikemba knew the demons he was dealing with and went into exile in Cote D'ivoire, they would have finished him off too! |
Movic1:The key thing is that they didn't roll over and accept any shi't the fulani 'owners of Nigeria' tried with them....they put up a fight, no matter what you may think of their efforts and the end result! If at least two other ethnic groups had individuals with the guts of Ikemba and Mazi kanu to seek for the emancipation of their people from this prison we're in, and more importantly, if they equally had the kind of mass following these two men had, then i bet you things will change overnight b'cos the northern oligarchs will realise the game is up and it's either they agree to restructuring or they loose everything! But i suspect the Yoruba prefer being in Nigeria than going it alone as a independent and free Oduduwa nation. They don't have that self-belief that they can succeed as a people on their own without Nigeria and all the advantages they think they have by being Nigerians. With the likes of Tinubu being their leader, you can just perish the thought of Oduduwa nationalism and any thoughts of emancipation of the Yoruba ethnic group! They'll tell you they 'don't need any emancipating thank you very much' that you should mind your effing business! They'll tell you that what Nigeria needs is Buhari, APC, and to kill corruption....once these three factors are in place then everything will be fine! ![]() |
DrGoodman:Don't mind them! They're working overtime in the rumour mill just to make it look like there's a balance of terror! The fulani herdsmen should just leave the south and middle-belt and confine their activities in the core muslim north! Gov't should import grass for them so the rest of us can have a moments peace! |
This man is opening his mouth, but nothing sensible is coming out! In one breath he says indices used for the report were compiled when Nigeria was in recession, hence the findings are not a reflection of what's on ground today (28.06.18), and in another breath he states that poverty will go down only after the infrastructure in the pipeline are completed. See how he's giving out conflicting statements in one sitting just to try and cover the shame of this useless, visionless and directionless gov't! Also, if he's stating that the indices used for the report are old since they were taken during recession, is he saying that now we're supposed to be out of recession that whatever benefits derived are now trickling down to the masses on the street? If the masses are yet to see the benefits of Nigeria coming out of recession -which is the common belief among economists- then how is the Brookings Institute report wrong? |
RevenGeMission:You're asking rubbish! It's not that difficult to see you're a Buhari apologist! Wasn't it you guys that were screaming 'change...change', and tricked some gullible Nigerians into voting for that islamist bigot? So if we assume for the sake of argument that GEJ didn't arrest any of the fulani herdsmen, didn't you guys claim you're coming in to 'change' things from how they were b/4 to a new era of 'peace, prosperity and and unprecedented happiness'? Now you've been in power for more than three years, what do we see? We see even worse levels of insecurity in the country; we see a higher incidence of suicides by depressed Nigerians who just can't carry on in penury and misery any longer; we see Nigeria going in to recession for the 2nd time (first time being during the first coming of Buhari); we see Nigeria bestowed with the dubious honour of being the country with the highest number of broke-arsse niggahs; and a litany of other negatives! GEJ wasn't perfect, but any dereliction on his part wasn't due to active connivance and support of the terrorists (bokos who morphed into fulani herdsmen)! Bear in mind, that part of the north that despised him and plotted to get rid of him in 2015 (they talked of making the polity ungovernable, remember) were probably the ones behind some of these attacks (like the Chibok girls scam) just to make it look like GEJ was weak and ineffective! Buhari may not be the one sending these murderers out to kill, but given the untenable situation of things at the moment, how come with all these thousands that have been murdered these past three years, we still haven't seen anyone tried, convicted and sentenced to death? Buhari can over a weekend, tag IPOB as terrorists and proscribe/ban the organisation, but a miyetti-allah that has made many provocative and incriminating statements are tagged naughty boys! What is obviously ethnic cleansing is tagged 'skirmishes' between farmers and herdsmen, with Buhari admonishing the victims to be accommodating of others! Can you imagine! On more than one occasion, the victims have identified some of the attackers as wearing soldiers uniforms and even accuse the military of suddenly disappearing when the attacks are ongoing, only to turn up long after the assailants have done their worst and left. This is another pointer to the fact that powerful and evil notherners either in gov't of close to gov't are supporting these murderers and giving them logistics....that is if said murderers aren't the soldiers themselves. Fact of the matter is the core muslim north gave tacit support to these bastards when they saw it was making GEJs position weak. But now they've opened Pandoras box, the madness has become unmanageable and can longer be contained.....they just have to live with the consequences of their actions. |
prettyjo:Nobody ugly ehhh! |
arinzeejikonye:Looks promising! But i don't know why there's no 3D rendering of these projects so we can see what they look like. I have absolutely no idea what that glass tunnel is all about! ![]() |
There are some other individuals i'd like to see them bring on board. People like Prof Soludo and Okonjo-Iweala, and one or two business moguls like INNOSON and Ibeto. |
