MobilityExpress: You're yarning cra'p! Care to point out where in my post i stated that everything should be kept for just '3 tribes'? If you can't comprehend the thrust of my argument then keep off! You people love to act 'fair-minded' and all that, but when the time comes you revert back to ethno-religious cleavages! If you're so fair-minded, how come when you shout and threaten that power should come to the north (so called 'one north')...how comes it's ALWAYS the Fulani that get to put a candidate forward? How come you lot don't consider all the (possibly) hundreds of other ethnicities in your 'one north'? Or is it only when it comes to the Igbos that you expect altruism at its best? Coming down south, we have the other arm of those championing the relegating of Ndigbo to the back-burner as punishment for their 'hatred' and not playing politics the right way...the Yoruba! Going along with your argument of inclusiveness of other ethnicities in the power game, as against the 'big three' grabbing everything; care to explain why, when the time came to put your money where you mouth is by supporting someone from the so called 'other tribes' for the presidency, suddenly your love for said 'other tribes' took flight and you went and supported yet another Fulani....a nasty nepotistic bigot to boot!? If your argument then for not supporting GEJ was that he was 'clueless' and didn't support Yoruba interests as much as you'd like, how about the other many ethnicities in the south? Couldn't you have insisted the APC (since that was your party of choice) bring up another candidate outside the 'big two' from the south....just to show you care for the 'other tribes' besides the 'big three' as you want us to believe? |

Shukuakukobambi: Dude, you're waffling! Point is, from 1999 to 2015 Fulanis' were given prominent positions in governance even up to the position of vice-president, yet there were election cycles when the north-west (where they are 'lords of the manor') were voting for Buhari over the PDP candidate! They were not shut out from prominent positions in governance because of this! The Igbo that had prominent positions in governance during this period were not giving the Fulani the evil eye and shouting that they should be shut out of governance because they didn't support PDP...that's the difference between your kind and mine....you're so full of hate, bigotry and shi't! Attached is a graphical representation of states won by the top three contenders in 2011. States won by GEJ are in green; states won by Buhari are in red; and state won by Ribadu is in blue! Despite this voting pattern, nobody heard Igbos screaming that the north should be shut out of top positions in governance because of this! I reiterate, this is the difference between you and i! Is the gov't some Igbos are demanding inclusiveness in owned by Buhari, APC or the Fulani? Are human and natural resources not being exploited from Alaigbo for the use of the entire country as we speak (note: i said ALAIGBO and not SOUTH-EAST)? Shukuakukobambi: I think you'd do well to STFU! You're most likely Yoruba or Fulani; no set of people despise Igbos more than these two groups! You may be surprised to know that sensible Igbos who have realised there's no place for us in this shithole of a country, actually agree with you Igbo hating bigots position that NOTHING should be given to the 'yeebos/nyamurees'! Of course we know that you're using the voting pattern in the last election to justify your stand, but you and i know that even if the pattern had been different you would have come up with another excuse as to why the Igbo should be shut out from top positions in governance...it's just your bigoted nature innit! At some point during this latest 'democracy' experiment since 1999, the north-west were constantly voting for Buhari in presidential elections! Funny how you bigoted scum didn't use this same justification to call for them to be shut out of governance! At some point, the core-muslim-north were screaming to the high heavens that if power does not return to the *north (*read: Fulani ) that they will make the country ungovernable! I didn't see you penning epistles on how they have a 'sense of entitlement' and all that cra'p! Why you've taken notice this time....why it rubs you up the wrong way is because this demand on inclusiveness is now coming from some Igbos! These naive Igbo fools for some funny reason still believe in 'one Nigeria' and actually think they have a chance of being viewed as equals by nasty bigots like you! It will be a cold day in hell! Now answer the following questions: are there two or three 'dominant/majority' (whatever you wanna call them) ethnic groups in Nigeria? If so, who are they? If you answer in the negative, would you then say that ALL the ethnic groups in Nigeria command the same level of prominence in the polity? |

Anyway, i don't blame your kind....your bigotry and disdain for Igbos is ingrained! It's the useless 'one Nigeria' Igbos who are yet to wake up and smell the coffee that i blame! These fools are the ones bringing this embarrassment on Ndigbo and they're yet to realise there's just no changing your kind! We can never reach our full potential as a people when we continue sharing the same country with a people who measure their success in life by how well they hold down the 'hated Igbos' so they can progress over their heads! All these useless groups know how to do is talk! They actually think the Fulani ‘overlords’ that want Nigeria to continue existing with the present status-quo maintained loose any sleep over their noisemaking! Just yesterday, Buhari said he will dedicate the rest of his cursed life to ‘ensuring the unity of Nigeria’! That’s all they’re concerned about....’unity of Nigeria’, because it’s apparent they can’t survive on their own! And by ‘unity’ don’t think he’s talking of all ethnicities and religions holding hands in peace and harmony while singing KUMBAYA MI LORD...KUMBAYA! He actually means forcing everyone to remain in ‘one Nigeria’ by the threat and perpetuation of violence! 2 Likes |

Guestlander: I knew at some point one of you will bring up this lame argument to try and justify you dislike and bigotry towards Ndigbo! Like i’ve stated in the past, if you have a problem with Nzeogwu and co (who were not all Igbo) take it up with them or their immediate families! Unless of course you want to hold the entire Igbo race responsible for the actions of no more than ten people! Your argument would be tenable if you can prove Ndigbo voted for the first coup to be carried out and leaders of other regions killed! If for the sake of argument we go along with your assertion that the ‘big bad Ndigbo’ agreed as an ethnicity to carry out the first coup and kill leaders of other regions...if we go along with this argument, can you explain why you guys (you’re probably Yoruba or Fulani) haven’t reversed all you blame Ndigbo of doing in 1966/67? After all, no Igbo has been head-of-State/president since then....it’s been the Fulani or Yoruba holding power at the centre for the most part since 66/67! If you say these problems ‘caused by Ndigbo’ can’t be undone then it just goes to show the kind of country you’re running, and would even beg the question as to whether you want the status-quo maintained because you think things the way they are favour you and your ethnicity better....in which case you don’t need to be told to STFU and never complain again about Ndigbo spoiling things for ‘one Nigeria’ in 66/67! 5 Likes 4 Shares |

LegoMetahuman: Dude, you sound idiotic effortlessly without even trying! Just goes to show your limited knowledge of the tenets of democracy when you list the pathetic and fairy-tale excuses you listed up there as justification for Buhari/APC excluding/marginalising Ndigbo! For the record, Ndigbo generally have made it clear we do not like Buhari, and if there were to be another election tomorrow between him and GEJ, just know that GEJ will send him to the cleaners in the south-east! It says a lot about the honesty of a people and the fact that they trust the strength of their convictions when they send out the message, for as many times as is necessary, that Buhari has no place in the south-east! Buhari took part in the murder of defenceless Igbo officers in the counter-coup of 1966...for this, he has the blood of my innocent kinsfolk killed in cold blood on his scrawny hands and on his black conscience; Buhari locked up Ekwueme in prison in 1983 after his ill-advised coup, while allowing Ekwuemes' boss Shagari to relax under house arrest; Buhari has been a remorseless champion for the enthronement of Sharia in Nigeria, and as devout christians, that doesn't sit well with Ndigbo; it was Buharis' unbridled thirst for power and intolerance that led to the slaughter of youth corpers in the north in 2011; Buhari made a statement on assuming power in 2015 to the effect that Ndigbo as a people and south-east as a region should not expect to be treated fairly because they gave him only 5% in the 2015 presidential elections; Buhari then went on to put his '5%' statement into practice by excluding Ndigbo from the leadership of the security architecture of the entire country....a country they've been told they must be a part of; your malevolent, hateful and vindictive god then went on to starve the south-east region of development commensurate with what other regions got...only recommencing works on the 2nd Niger bridge few moths to the 2019 elections so you bastards can use it to make noise that Buhari is 'fair to all and loves Ndigbo'; Buhari sent his fulani brothers that are the Nigerian army down to the south-east to murder defenceless Igbo youth agitators in cold-blood...till today, no enquiry has been set up to probe this wicked misadventure and bring the culprits to book! His wickedness, bigotry and hatred towards Ndigbo is self-evident, and if you're expecting Ndigbo to be falling over themselves to support and vote for that villainous bigot then expect again! Fact of the matter is no one forced him to pursue his presidential ambitions, and once he found himself (by whatever means) in Aso Rock, the tenets of democracy dictate that he's not allowed to hate back any region or group he feel hates him! If he feels he can't treat all sections of Nigeria equally, no matter the number of votes he got from whichever region, then he has no business spending a day in Aso Rock claiming to be President of Nigeria! You keep on prattling on and on about the actions or inactions of a handful of Igbo army officers in 1966! Not minding the fact that a Igbo was last president/head-of-state of Nigeria in 1966, and that since then you 'capable saints' have had ample opportunity to undo whatever it is you say said officers did back then (but have failed to do it simply because you hateful, hypocritical and deceitful schmucks prefer the present status-quo).....setting this glaring fact aside, care to tell me when Ndigbo as a group voted to send Ironsi, Nzeogwu, etc to go do whatever it is you're blaming the entire Igbo race for? I could just as well blame the entire Yoruba race for the actions/inactions of the likes of Awo, Adekunle and Shina-Rambo....or blame the entire Fulani for the murderous acts of Fulani herdsmen and almajiris! You see how daft and illogical your argument is? You claim that Ndigbo 'don't beat anyone on the poverty index' and that our IGR is the lowest! Leaving aside the fact that hateful bastards cut from the very same cloth as yourself have built Nigerias' political economy around cheating Igbos; holding us down; and stealing our God-given resources and placing in another state....leaving aside this glaring fact, can you upload or provide links to these developmental index you refer to that show the south-east carrying the entire country for head? The fact you want to use IGR as a measure of a states/regions viability shows how thick as a plank you are! A lot goes into consideration in arriving at the final figures released every year as IGR receipts for states! A state may have deliberately decided not to tax its citizens and businesses as much as it should in order to encourage them to set up in the state or grow their business; a state may have an advantage over others due to past or present federal attention it got/gets over that given to other states; a state may not have put in place strategies and systems to enable its IGR collection to be as effective as it could possibly be....this has to do with governance issues in the state concerned and little or nothing to do with its economic viability! You may just as well have claimed in 2013 that a state like Ogun was not viable based on the returns it declared in IGR collection, when it actual fact it was just a case of the state gov't yet to implement its strategies for increased IGR receipts! If you had declared Ogun unviable based on its IGR receipts for say 2012, today you'd be laughed out of your economics class based on what the state returns presently! You're yet to tell me your ethnicity! Just want to see if there's a group of saints in Nigeria we're yet to know about! |
