Only 1 heater is on at once. Not more than 1hr 30mins daily. No electric kettle, no microwave. There is a fridge n a boiler present. The boiler is regulated. Auto on n off.

What's the size of the property, £75/month sounds cheap if it's all electric. I'm seeing some people quoting bills of £250+/month for an average sized house.

House, people with all electric houses, how is your billing like? I'm looking at a property that uses electricity for heating with a storage heater. EPC rating is C, with no reasonable options to upgrade it.

This is similar to mine. All Electric, same EPC rating. Spend between £70-75 per month. Prepaid meter. 2 bedroom. Just myself and my partner

Whatever he is doing, let him not make the mistake of traveling with dollars from nigeria. The exchange rate for usd to pounds is terrible. Yes you can pay his remaining school fees with form A. It's cheaper for you.

I find that having a separate savings account helps with a standing order in place to transfer a fixed amount from salary account to savings account.

Wrong way around. Heater during the day. Wear woollen lounge wear and stockings. Sainsburys does some cute ones.i m Wearing some now. You can layer thermal wear under it since you are not yet acclimatised. Marks and Spencer does thermal wear.Turn heater off at night when under TOG 13.5 Duvet.

Just be careful with the heating sha. Moved into UK 3 days ago. First day of entering apartment, racked up 20 pounds of prepaid unit . Omo the next day, we off everything o. Only turn ON heater at night and turn it OFF when everywhere is warm. Blanket and sweaters are your friends this period.

Not all mast are owned by them. sometimes they act as tenants on a particular mast belonging to an individual, they pay maybe monthly or yearly. the mast vendor or owner is responsible for fueling and maintenance of the power system. This is why you can see multiple communication gadgets belonging to different telcos on a single mast.
