If True Then Ethiopian Airline Should Be Sued For Wrongful Deaths
Boeing themselves claimed the simulator training was not really compulsory as pilots can easily adapt to the new planes with moments of familiarisation training on there iPad software.

They are trying to blame the dead pilots for the plane's design flaws.

Why will they allow that small boy to fly that big plane in the first place??
Mumu, so an experienced pilots with hundreds of hours of flying experience is a small boy.

Boeing made a plane that is faulty causing two fatal crashes in just space of five months. They should take full responsibility for those crashes and should never push blame on dead pilots.

I don't think it should be for the camera though. This is high level intelligence we're talking about here.
Probably the last time we will here about them in public again.

I remember they advertised the job position for Geospatial Analyst last year. It is good to know they fell through with it.

Laudable development. The importance of this can't be overstated.

Hmmm, so Chad, Niger and Cameroonian forces can strike in Nigerian territory and in return we strike deep into Cameroonian, Chadian and Niger territory. This begs the question, are the coalition nations fighting the same terrorists? Or this suggest the coalition forces are perhaps at crossed purposes.

In the first instance, why couldn't Cameroonian, Chadian or Niger forces go after whatever terrorists Nigeria sees fit to strike into their territories for and Nigeria attack the terrorist Cameroon, Chad or Niger sees fit to strike into Nigeria for?

In the second instance, crossed purpose sugestes that following from the question above, we actually doing tit-for-tat or Nigeria is mearly allowing Cameroonian, Chadian and Niger forces to flex ego by being in Nigeria territory just so it can legitimise our very real efforts at battling the terrorists.
Truly, have you ever heard of Nigerian soldiers crossing into Cameronian territory in pursuit of terrorists?

The only time I hear of Nigerian soldiers entering Cameronian, Chadian or Nigerien territory is when they are escaping from terrorists.

OPERATION YANCIN TAFKI: BOKO HARAM LEADERSHIP OVERWHELMED AND IN DISARRAY

As an aftermath of sustained air and land operations of the ongoing Operation YANCIN TAFKI, information from captured and defected Boko Haram fighters indicates that the leadership of Boko Haram terror network has been overwhelmed and are currently in disarray. The former fighters who are receiving humane attention further divulged that morale and fighting spirit of Boko Haram fighters is very low as a result of growing insecurity and the inability to replenish stranded fighters in the islands with food, medicine and ammunition.

It would be recalled that an integral part of Operation YANCIN TAFKI has been a series of well coordinated day and night Human Intelligence as well as Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions conducted by the Air Forces of the Lake Chad Basin countries; Chad, Cameroon, Niger and Nigeria, leading to successful and devastating air interdictions which have destroyed Boko Haram logistic facilities and fighters in TUMBUM GINI, ABADAM, AREGE, TUMBUN REGO and DAGAYA environs between 7 and 11 March 2019 . Additionally, In the last 4 weeks of the Operation, about 70 Boko vehicles; mostly Gun Trucks, facilities; such as fuel dumps, weapons and ammunition have been destroyed.

Furthermore, since the commencement of OPERATION YACIN TAFKI several terrorists have surrendered while others are battle - weary and have indicated interest to surrender. Morale of fighters is at its lowest, while desperation has also set in, leading to intrigues and in-fighting. Reliable sources say internal crisis led to change of Boko Haram leadership on 3 March 2019, it could be recalled that the Islamic State West Africa Province announced the sack of the former Boko Haram Chief, Abu Mus'ab AL Barnawi and the appointment of Abu Abdullahi Ibn Umar AL Barnawi.

The frequent execution of Boko Haram Commanders and fighters which have been observed in the past few months as well as the recent replacement of its leadership are clear indications of the effectiveness of recent past and ongoing OPERATION YACIN TAFKI. The Multinational Joint Task Force is therefore poised to sustain current operations until Boko Haram capitulates and its leadership brought to justice.

Please, disseminate this information to the general public.

Get a new Airtel 4G sim. It cost just #100. If your phone is 4G enabled, then you automatically get a one-time 4GB.

TIGRITIS:
Listen to what the commander said:

Rely on natural cover, rely on natural cover, stop exposing yourselves, don't stand near the mortar, if they aim the mortar, it will get to you (or words to that effect)

Natural cover is not limited to trees or big rocks or mountains. Taking advantage of the rough terrain by lying down while observing is also a natural cover because in that situation of absence of perfect natural covers, the best option is to reduce the chances of being hit by the bullet.

The mortar might be their target and once they aim at it, it might get to them. The best thing to do is to lie down flat on the rough terrain.
Thank you for educating them.
The Commander is aware that APCs are RPG and mortar magnet. That was why he told them to move away from it and find other better cover because the fragments of RPG and mortar shell that land on that vehicle will most likely injure/kill those soldiers around it.

NAF AIRCRAFT DESTROY MEETING VENUE, NEUTRALIZE DOZENS OF TERRORISTS AT KOLLORAM IN BORNO STATE

The Air Task Force (ATF) of Operation LAFIYA DOLE has neutralized several Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP) fighters as they assembled for a meeting at their hideout in Kolloram on the fringes of Lake Chad in the Northern part of Borno State. The operation was conducted on 24 February 2019 following credible intelligence reports indicating that some of the ISWAP leaders and fighter had assembled for a meeting in a group of buildings at the centre of the settlement.

A Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platform, which was deployed for confirmatory surveillance, observed the presence of the terrorists at the location and subsequently called for 2 Alpha Jet aircraft to attack the group of buildings. Bombs from the first Aplha Jet hit the desired mean point of impact causing damage to the building and neutralizing some of the terrorists. Some of the surviving fighters, who formed the outer security cordon of the meeting venue, were seen engaging the NAF aircraft with Anti-Aircraft (AA) and small arms fire. The attack aircraft continued to engage the target area with bombs and rockets in several passes, mopping-up the terrorists who survived the initial strikes.

The NAF, operating in concert with surface forces, will sustain its efforts to completely destroy all remnants of the terrorists in the Northeast.

This makes sense. You could actually see the terrorists firing at the Fighter Jets immediately after the airstrikes. I hope NAF got one of their core fighters.
